Hello everyone, well anyway cutting to the chase here is a thread that will be breaking down the duties in the guild to the Crew.
These jobs have been made into something along the lines of a career. The usual guild duties of checking the requests and sending out warnings to inactive users will be shared, and we will run those duties through weekly shifts, so that no one will be stuck in doing those rather boring jobs forever.
Guild Jobs
1.The Planning and Writing Department
(aka~The Chaos Order Executive Producers Team xp )
This group of people will be in charge of our guild wide events. They will arrange everything from the conception of the event idea and how it will play out. If they choose to run a guild wide RP for an event, (Like the Christmas Ball) Then they will be in charge of the plot creation and the setting up of threads in the event forum .
2.The Art and Design Department
(aka~The Chaos Order Special Effects Team mrgreen lol)
This department will me working rather closely with the planning and writing team. Because this department will also play a vital role in creating the graphics that go along with the events. This department will also create other graphics that will be put throughout the guild.
During the events this team also will be in charge of sending out invites to the events.
3.The Moderating and Recruiting Department
(aka~ The Chaos Order Police Force ninja )
This team will be, obviously moderating the guild. Watching out for members that do not adhere to the guild rules, break the Gaian TOS, or exhibit negligence and ill will towards a fellow guild member.
They will also be going into the Barton town forum and recruiting for new members.
4.Special Projects Department- (Presently working on the Battle Arena)
(aka~The Chaos Order Applied Sciences Department eek )
At the moment this department will be seeing to it that the battle arena we have in the works is completed and run efficiently. To apply for this department please know that quite a bit of research and work will need to be put into it, so be prepared.

To apply to be put into a department, simply post your name and guild rank here in this thread, along with your department choice.
Once all of the departments have a complete team, I will be creating separate stickies for each department, to meet up in, and do their jobs. The first order of business in these sticky threads will be to choose a team captain. There will be a poll in the seperate departmental thread where all of the department member's names will be listed. The team members will vote on who they want as their captain and in a 24 hour time span the captain of the department will be decided. 3nodding
So guys start signing up biggrin I would like all of our crew to take part in this.
So once you choose the department you want to be in post your choice here. 3nodding
Of course there are those that can not be online due to delicate circumstances, and as such will be give due time to sign up once they are able to be online more often.

Im Never SeenBefore, call me Mugiri, Archer or Loki and im a crew member. Id like to be in the police force one. Though, Id rather recruit certain people, not make ads

Okay!
I'm Bristi, and I guess I would like to be in the 3rd department seeing as how I don't have much to offer in the other few. I am willing to lend a hand whenever I have either the chance, time, or proper tools, but for now I'd better stick to something I can handle. Can you be in more than one department Crow? Or would you prefer people sticking to only one?

I am willing to lend a hand whenever I have either the chance, time, or proper tools, but for now I'd better stick to something I can handle. Can you be in more than one department Crow? Or would you prefer people sticking to only one?
So no one will ever be constantly doing just Art or Writing, or Moderating, there will be times when you will be needed by another team to do something for them.
So I would advise against going into 2 departments because you will probably be helping out in all of them through your department at some time or another. 3nodding
