To become crew is pretty simple, you have to be a part of a crew that isn't in the crew list already, theres no sure fire way of becoming a crew but the odds are you will get promoted if I recognise you in the forums eg. you post alot of have promoted this guild to alot of people.

ok so to become crew u have to have a lot of post ok but how do u become vice?
