At first glance a typical metropolis area, Downtown Karakura is a bustling hive of people, hovercraft and lofty buildings that seem to touch the sky. Set as a simple cross with four main structural "pillars" at its center the main street crossway runs Northeast, Southwest, Northwest and Southeast running forty-five degrees from the cardinal directions of North, South, East and West each an above view of Downtown Karakura resembles a giant "X" with buildings beginning with the four, all linked at several points to one another before dropping off to much smaller buildings and building outward in groups of structures gradually growing in size until a sizable structural "wall" is created thirty-seven miles from the center crossway. At surface level, there isn't a great deal of automobile traffic, as the size of the city is only the "top" of a pyramid extending deep underneath Karakura, one of the main reasons it survived the meteor was its extensive underground. Just below the surface of the streets is a subway and auto-way for not only moving around the city itself, but the highways in Japan are all presently connected via an underground route. The subway however; is limited to only Karakura. Most of the power generators are set in this "half" of the pyramid.

Karlos walked slowly through the streets. He'd passed the people, the lights, and all the hustle. His breathing was calm and steamy due to the cold. It nipped at him and made his eyes water. He sighed as he walked his sensing abilities were rather good, and he could sense a few ghosts in this area. They were old. Having been here for years which was odd. How had they stayed away from hollow, shinigami, and his own kind for so long? He didn't know nor did he care too.
He turned a corner and found himself looking at two of them. A young looking girl and an old man. He then began to hum. The air became dense, the sounds of his humming seemed like an echo. But the ghosts couldn't resist. There eyes became milky, as they walked toward him. "Come my pets..." He whispered breathing deeply in. The old mans form crumbled first, and like just another gust of air filled Karlos's hunger. But he still continued. The girls form seemed almost liquid as it passed into him, he wouldn't hunger for souls for a week or so.
He couldn't help feel as if he were alone in these big cities. I hope I find at least one other... he thought. He looked about and continued toward the next street. It was busy and bustling as always. He looked around from face to face. Any of them could be like him, how was he supposed to find them?

Alex pulled the collar of his trenchcoat to protect his neck from the breeze, he had been wandering the streets in search of a meal, when he felt an unusual twitch in the back of his neck. He rounded the corner and saw two spirits flow into another man. Don't tell me, could this guy be a Bount too? He decided to wait for this man to get out of public so Alex could talk to him safely.

In the front was a male cab driver with a black haired kid in the back. There trip began from an airport beyond the city in on that was much farther away. The person that was in the back looked out the window at the city at all the people that were walking the sidewalk and the ones driving there Japanese cars alongside them.
The kids name was Antonio Avila, a foreign exchange student all the away from Portugal. The flight was long and tried him out, but the good thing about this cab ride was it was paid for by the school and the apartment he would be living in while he is here. It would hold no other people, so it would be lonely for Antonio, but it really did not affect him that much. During the ride he was trying to feel for Hollow or Shinigami pressure in the area, but there was nothing for him. Antonio gave a sigh as he looked forward. With each passing moment, the more the kid hungered to find a soul reaper. All his info he gathered landed him to Japan, and hoped that he would be able to find those beings that took his parents away from him.

Karlos stood in a group of humans at a cross walk. He watched as a green cab drove past, and heard the whir of a low airship, most likely a zeppelin, over head. He watched as the red "STOP" turned into a Green Man. He took his first step walking slowly. A splash here and there thanks to a recent rain. His spiritual pressure was only slightly raised. He wasn't looking to attract a hollow or Shinigami, but a Bount, or maybe even a Human. That could make things interesting.
Karlos rounded a corner, and felt watched. It seems someone has picked up on me. He considered facing them, but he knew better. It's no Shinigami...They could care less. If it's a Bount or Human... He toned down his spiritual pressure to nearly nothing, if they were interested they'd have to keep up. He quickened his pace to just under a jog. He rounded another curve and headed toward home.

Alex felt the stranger lower his spiritual pressure. So, he can tell i'm onto him, he doesn't seem to know where I am though. Alex lowered his own energy as well. By the time they turned the corner, Alex had to pick up the pace to keep up, fortunately this was the way he went home so he could come across as someone who was in a hurry to get out of the cold.

He looked around in till the watched a man that was waiting to the light to allow him to cross. As the cab passed Antonio looked at the person from the back window, before it made the next turn that would lead to his new home in a matter of minutes. The good thing to add about this was the unknown pressure was already moving that way, which would be nice to find out what he was. ══════════════╝ ═══════════════━╫━═════════════ I was give the worst pain a child could receive….

He really could not believe he was here in Japan, even being from Portugal. Some of the world still held a grudge against them and their people about a war in the past that they started and ended after getting what they wanted. Antonio really did not know much about, because it happens before his birth.
As he walked, he looked at the stores, and businesses that were to his sides, each with their own goods and items for sales. They had small flags outside the doors, with the name of the store, or what the sold. This was just window shopping for Antonio as he passed by heading towards the north part of the city. He was heading towards the area that looked like a nice spot to train and it was out of the way of people to. That would be his first location to check out and if that was not good he had a few more other to look at. ══════════════╝ ═══════════════━╫━═════════════ I was give the worst pain a child could receive….

Daichi seemed to glide from building to building with his Advent charge slumped over his shoulder. He knew there was a hospital somewhere on this side of the city, the only problem was finding it. Even as the Captain that dealt the most with the human world, he didn't visit often, and when he did, he usually had to steer clear of heavily populated areas. His huge reiatsu would have adverse effects, even on regular humans, though it made a good show of scaring off Hollows.
"You're lucky we were there... You would have died if I hadn't knocked you unconscious..."
Daichi said absently to the human. He knew he probably couldn't hear him, but he still wanted to dissipate some of that hatred he held toward his kind... In the end they had there best intentions in mind.... Well, most of them. He couldn't speak for all Shingami. Eventually he caught view of a hospital in the distance, recognizing the giant red cross that they were known to bear. He quickly made his way there, still trying to figure out he could get the human some attention without looking suspicious. Floating in and dropping him on a bed wasn't exactly an option.

Antonio just was lying down in the green looking at the blue sky. Soon voices began to speak all around him, with just one quieting the rest. The voice was that of a child's, a boy to be right. "I see you failed and end up in this sorry state. Did you really think trying to save the girl would help your quest? It would only put you to death." The child said as Antonio rose up his upper body. To see the boy, this was his in a young age. "Maybe your right, but that would make me no better than a shinigami." Antonio said as the hills went a blaze and the once green land was barren. The blue world above turned red. The child eyes became red as an evil smile appeared on its face. "They killed mommy and daddy. We saw the reaper kill them along with the hollow. The other ones of them never come to protect are town if there was trouble, just when they feel like it. Kill them, kill them all." The child cried out as he voice slow changed into a monster. "I remember the deeds very well." Antonio slowly got to his feet. "My goal to get revenge is still within my heart, but I will not sink to their level at all. I will help my fellow humans from all spirits and not have them feel the pain I was given." He said as the child continued to so happiness, as the area began to break down. "I still good to hear that are still human. I really don't think death will ever take you in. Now time to wake up me." the child said.
Those last words caused Antonio to come out of his coma like state. He looked round the best to get an understanding of where he was. What he figured out he was back in the city and was being carried by a person. On closer study, Antonio found out it was a Shinigami that was holding him. "Put me down." he said in a horsed voice. "Do it now, I may be close to death now, but it does not mean I'm harmless." He slowly moved around well he tried to charge for an attack, but it was not working that well. ══════════════╝ ═══════════════━╫━═════════════ I was give the worst pain a child could receive….

Daichi felt the shift in weight, and even heard the hoarse demand for him to put down his charge, and even the almost sad attempt at a threat. Even if the boy was at full power, he wouldn't be able to do much more then annoy the Captain. He slowed a bit, but never broke stride to accommodate the humans wishes.
"Look... Let me explain something to you... We Shinigami are divided up by rank. You see this white thing I'm wearing? This means that I'm one of the highest ranks there is... You would't be able to hurt me. I don't know what happened to make you hate us like this, and maybe it's none of my business, but I'm curious... If you..."
Daichi began rambling a bit, but when he felt both the Captain Commander's and Hayate's reiatsu disappear, he knew that something was going on, especially considering he had felt Hayate's reiatsu flare as if he was fighting, and the other reiatsu hadn't disappeared. He had to go.
"I'm sorry, but I have to go... Just remember we're not evil."
Daichi quickly dashed the rest of the way to the hospital. As soon as he set the boy down, people were calling out for help, seeing him there so badly hurt. The 8th Division Captain opened the Sekai Gate, and left.

The man did ask why Antonio was like this, but before he could tell the man, his tone soon changed and told the kid that he had to go and that they were not evil. That shinigami placed his body on his ground before leaving. People that stop him ran over calling out as medics came out with a bed. When all this was happening Antonio watched the reaper create a gate of some sort and left this world.
Once inside the hospital, Antonio was pushed on the bed staring at the passing lights. The bed jerked each time the hit a door with it, but soon the entered a room and started ripping off his clothing. Robotic arms began to move in, and slow began to work on his body. Blades and lasers cut open his skin, to reach the inner depths of his body to fix the damages. Shots were soon given, causing the kid to pass out, just in case he started to freak out at the sight of his opened up chest. The operation took four hours of none stop work and once Antonio woke up, the cuts he was give had been closed up by laser and skin graft so the scars would be minimal. He was now in a room by himself, lying on a bed with tubes connected to arms. His cloths that he was wearing were fold on a chair in the corner. "I’m out of here." He said getting out of his bed and grabbed his cloths, he was still a bit weak, but he could still walk. His bones were fine and everything else felt sore. He soon began to get changed while pulling of the tubes that were on his arm. The machines began to get out a annoying sound telling people that is pulse was gone.
Once Antonio was done getting changed, two nurses came running in. They were shocked to see the kid up and walking about. The soon began to yell at him to get back in the bed, but he just looked at them. "I fine, so I be going home now." he said pushing past them and into the hall way with one grabbed his arm. She told him to get back in bed or he hurt his body once again. "I going home ma'am. Now let go." He said to her was his glared at her. Her hand slowly released him and he went down the hall waving at them. "Thank you for care." Antonio said to them.
He exited the building and entered the streets once again. His head looked side to side trying to find the way back to his home, but he really could not read the signs, so he just picked a way hoping that it was the right way to take.
