I don't know about you guys, but I'm pretty excited for the weather to warm up here. I live in the NW [Portland OR], so it gets really cold and rainy for a good portion of the year. It's safe to say that late Fall through early Spring is my least favorite time of the year; I'm a little cold blooded. =/
Anyways, who's got some big plans for this Summer? Are you excited for the warm weather, or does the sun make you bare your teeth, hiss, and retreat into the shadows? I for one am quite sick of the cold rainy days, and am SOOOOO looking forward to warm beautiful sunsets and long warm nights out causing trouble with friends. I'm getting my motorcycle cleaned up and ready to ride this week as well; I have so many trips planned for the Summer on it, so I'm really excited. I'm also getting my camera upgrade; I'm buying a Canon EOS 5D MKII with a Canon EF 135mm f/2L USM Lens. I've also been booked to photograph about 12 weddings so far, so I'll be earning a pretty decent amount of cash to fund my trips and other activities this Summer. It's going to be a great one!

Oh god yes! I hate the cold. I can't stand it. Summer times are so warm and comfy and I just can't get enough of it =u= Just like my blanket. whee This summer, I may be going to Ocean City with my best friend's family, so that's great. And then OTAKON~ w00t~ That's always the highlight of my summer. >w<

Wow, your summer seems like its going to be a BLAST! Lol looks like a lot of chedder would be rolling in your pocket 8D
but, I definetley do feel you! I can't wait for the summer but I bet you already know because my avi is dressed very summer like. I like to wear shorts and tee shirts the cold weather is finally gone! :9
My plans for the summer is working and getting tons of money and try to chill with my friends even more! I want to try to do more activites and so I could get busy and get my mind off of some uneccessary things.

Summer here, in Texas, consists mainly of at least 90% humidity and temperatures upwards of 105 F. Not looking for the weather on my end. UNLESS our house gets sold before then, then, in that case I will be moving to Missouri.
I really need a tan though.
Its rather sad when I buy a foundation that warns on it being so light, and that their is only one shade available. And its still to dark for me.

I was sad becuase last year, most of my summer was overcast and raining.... gonk
The only thing that I don't like about summer is that I don't tan....I BURN. xD
hmm....over the summer I'm going to Sea World, Anime Expo, and maybe Knotts Soak City. I'm also moving too whee

I myself am absolutely useless in extremely hot weather. Don't get me wrong; I enjoy holidaying in exotic tropical climates, and I can stand the heat with the best of them - but plant me somewhere where it never drops below 87 degrees for an enlongated period of time, and I'll thoroughly cook to death (over easy) - not bothering to turn over for lack of energy.
I'm more of a Mid August - June individual myself. I enjoy the crisp cold air of fall, and the smell of impending snow. The crunch under my boot as I walk through a silent abandoned city. It's a beautiful time. Unlike Summer when I feel like a cracked egg.

I'm going to go 'the lake' with my boyfriend's family for a week. I live in CA and they roadtrip to a big lake in Utah. Lake Powell. He hasn't been with them in like 5 years and he's really excited that I'm going with them. I HATE the sun but I don't want to miss this opportunity to spend time with all of his family.

Australia. Also winter.
And yet, I'm still wearing only a t-shirt to sleep, because by 10am all the sunlight through my (wall length) windows turns my room into a tropical greenhouse.
But I do like my summers. 3/4 of my wardrobe is summer attire.
Winter, I'm just stuck with my many coats and jeans.

Dear Giwi's & Gaussies: Thank you for tolerating our northern habits of forgetting that you do in fact live on the opposite side of the globe. We do tend to not realize that the way it is for us may not necessarily be the same for another. Again, thank you for your understanding.
