My university toilet goes for a hard 4/10 Reasons : The girls and guys toilet are right beside each other. I can hear whatever the guys talk about when they pee. xD The flush doesn't work usually. The tiles are slippery. and yeah, tiny toilet.

9/10 Valley's Toilets are always clean, no puddles of water, not retched stinks, no tagging, which is odd.

My schools bathroom is different. My school is all boys, some are clean and some are clean and some are not as clean as that, I find it unfair how the bathroom closest to the teachers is the cleanest one, the one nearest to my class is kinda okay, the bathroom for the lower years have dirtier one. Whenever my classmates have to do # 2 they just go to the few ladies room in my school that are hardly used since there aren't any ladies in the school. The ladies room and teachers Bathroom is a perfect 10/10 since its always maintained by janitors. The ones for us students would be around 8/10 , guys don't really care if the bathrooms are dirty because we just pee on urinals, and there are not puddles, but sometimes seems a little dirty though, But when I go down stairs in the bathrooms of the younger students, its dirtier, the smell of pee everywhere, dirty shoe prints on the floor, but all the toilets in the school are fully functional.

Music hall bathroom: 2/10 The only thing going for it is that the toilet flushes. The door doesn't even lock.
100 Hall Bathroom: 4/10 Toilet paper and napkins cover the floor. At least the doors lock. But there is no privacy! The echo-y-ness of them is like anyone can hear you breath! D:
Lunch room bathroom: 5/10 It's part of the old building, and it's tagged in a lot of places, but the doors lock, and there isn't so much echo. But no warm water >.>
Other new building bathrooms: 8/10 Yeah, my school is half rebuilt. For the most part, the bathrooms are clean and nice. But no toilet seat covers, and make up on the walls >.>

Building 1: Downstairs: 7/10 They're usually clean except when it comes to the sinks. Upstairs: 6/10 Some people don't always flush.
Building 2: Downstairs: 7/10 Pretty clean for the most part except the sinks. Upstairs: 4/10 Jesus Christ! All the bad things in a bathroom combine. People don't flush, toilet paper everywhere (one clogging a toilet), and a bunch of girl stuff in the sinks. Some tampons of the floor. Just disgusting.

Hmm, I have finished school and university about a couple of years ago. so there is the bathroom in my workplace which I would rate 10/10.
We are a small team and no one else uses that bathroom, it has two lockable doors, no puddles, spotless toilet, working flush and an abundance of toilet paper for all our needs ^_^

Okay then!
3000 Building bathrooms: 6.5/10 - They are usually pretty clean, but every day there are always 2 or 3 toilets that end up being clogged by something. Also, they frequently run out of paper towels and soap and are rarely restocked.
2000 Building: 8.5/10 - Since these bathrooms have more sinks, usually the things mentioned previously aren't always running out. The only thing is, they usually smell of SOMETHING rotten and are too far away from the classrooms to feel comfortable.
1000 Buildings: 6/10 - These buildings are maybe 40+ years old, so the bathrooms aren't fantastic. The doors are very low. I haven't gone to use them a lot, though.
Hundred buildings: overall 6/10 - These buildings are also older, but the bathrooms are more modern. They too smell of bad things and are often out of essential hygienic items. Also they are very, very small. You just feel icky walking in.

6th Grade Hall: 4/10 It's tagged everywhere and on the last stall there is a huge window right there. 7th Grade: 6/10 It's kinda like a Walmart bathroom. Just with a few tags. 8th Grade: 1/10 It's gross. End of story.

Oh where do I begin. I would give it maybe a two. Soap? Ha if your lucky> ne of the toilets has been broken for a few months, and has yet to be repaired. the floor is covered in dirt and who knows what. Paper towels? more often than soap. Toilet seat covers? a dream of every girl in the school. A fairly chubby chick sat on one of the sinks and it broke last year. One sink no soap two toilets that work ok and a smell like a used diaper filled with indian food....Make that a 1/10.

400 building: 7.5/10 It's kinda smelly... and there's not always paper towels/soap but it's decent.
Main building: 2/10 The bathrooms smell like urine. Strongly. NONE of them lock. A possum was found in one of the bathrooms. It used to be a girls & guys bathroom so 4 of the 8 stalls are guy toilets. It's creepy and old and lonely and the tiles are really slick. Names and cuss words are carved into the stalls/walls/etc.
