This thread just makes me even more mad that I couldn't got to Ozzfest. Because I heard Priest were just AWESOME. I've only got Point of Entry, and I've only listened to it once because it's on vinyl and my record player is broken. Wah.

PatentDragon Still looking forward to March 26th... So am I. I'm trying obsessively to download that song, but nothing is right. There is a ton of stuff that's like 13 minutes of silence, and the only one that works, has a weird voice, and stopps after like a minute. gonk

It seems that when my dad was in college, he bought all of the lesser-known albums, and left the popular ones for everyone else. Or maybe his roommates just stole them.

'Cause if it's the '70s albums you need to look into those, as they're the best. xp

PatentDragon Still looking forward to March 26th... The ears are still ringing, and probably still will be for a day or two... Priest at the SECC in Glasgow were fantastic, with more of a stage show than I've seen in Scotland since probably the Scorpions on the "Blackout" tour, or Kiss on the "Lick It Up" tour. Rob was in fine voice - I can't imagine seeing Priest without him up there, to be honest. Highlights? Of all things, the aucostic version of "Diamonds And Rust" was a surprise, and it was great to see the Harley getting dusted off for the encore. Oh yeah, and the Scorpions were outstanding, as always. Just a passing nod to the latest album, but wall-to-wall classics. Hope they went down well with anyone who hadn't seen them before.
