The Jet's "Are You Gonna Be My Girl?" played as the announcer standing in the ring called out for the first opponent. "Hailing in from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The Automated Doll, Astrid Taylor!" At her introduction Astrid stepped out onto the stage pausing to give the camera a small nervous smile before snapping her fan open with a skillful near unnoticed flick of her wrist hiding a majority of her face save for her eyes that shied away from contact behind the intricate designs etched into the thin sheets of brass
She breathed in deeply as if sighing before making her way down the ramp.
As always she smiled at the fans casting glances and nodding her head respectfully towards them before removing her hat and placing it on the head of a nearby fan.
Approaching the ringside she hitched up her skirt and stepped up onto the steel stairs and walked onto the apron. Looking behind her at the camera she gave a wink before shaking her hips and pulling her skirt away in one fluid motion tossing it aside to a waiting attendant.
Inside of the ring she closed her fan with a snap and tossed it out the ring to the attendant as well before rubbing her shoulders and wrists keeping herself warmed up and ready.

I
LIKE
COLAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When the opening lyrics of Me Gusta Cola by FIRST BLOOD hit the PA system, a few cheers came from the audience, directed toward "The Master of Disaster" Major Devastation, who emerged from behind the curtain carrying a U.S. Flag propped up against his left shoulder. He stopped in the middle of the stage and saluted the crowd before making his way down the ramp, zig-zagging to high-five several fans along the way.
"Now making his way to the ring...from San Antonio, Texas and weighing in at two-hundred and seventy pounds...MAJOR DEVASTATION!!!"
When he reached the side of the ring, the Marine handed Old Glory to the ringside attendant and performed a standing leap onto the apron, before stepping between the top and middle ropes to enter the ring itself. Devastation then began climbing the turnbuckles and playing to the crowd for a few moments before hopping down and waiting for the bell.

Astrid looked Devastation over her face blank and almost fearful as she hesitantly moved from her corner as if she really didn't want to be there just as the ref motioned for the bell and got out of the line of fire.

As the bell rang, Major Devastation also emerged from his respective corner, looking somewhat less than thrilled about this match as well...not so much that he felt that wrestling a diva wouldn't be much of a challenge, considering his massive size advantage, but more along the lines of he didn't want to risk injuring her.
He would attempt to quickly shoot in and go for a waistlock. If successful, Major would try to grab Astrid's arm and twist it in an Arm Wringer.

Astrid heard the bell ring and visibly cringed, she even looked to the sympathetic looking ref as if he had just signed her death warrant; the weight and height difference between the two of them was downright insane. She prided herself on her strength and being able to try and muscle her way through a match but there was no way she could do this with him.
As she slowly approached Devastation, who by the looks of things couldn't have been named better, she vowed to find who came up with these matches and throttle them one good time.
Devastation was surprisingly fast, one moment she was looking at him and then the next her wrist and arm was being twisted. She let out a pained droning cry as her hand went to her shoulder and she sank down to one knee.

Major Devastation felt a bit of a twinge when he heard Astrid's pained cry, after he wrenched her arm, which forced her down to a knee to avoid having her shoulder pulled out of socket. He really disliked having to do this, and the thought of inadvertently injuring her caused the big Texan to release the hold. Devastation stepped back and, once he saw whether or not she was hurt, would attempt to re-apply the hold - provided she was okay, of course - taking care not to use quite as much force this time.

Astrid's hand on her shoulder did not move as she felt the pressure lift as he released her only to return again if only a little less as he reapplied the hold. Astrid gritted her teeth striving to keep her voice down as she struggled to push herself onto her feet.

When his opponent began trying to struggle back to her feet, Major could have easily put his truly massive size and strength advantage to use and forced her back down to the mat, which likely would have either dislocated her shoulder or torn her rotator cuff in the process...but he didn't. He would let her get back up to her feet before attempting to send Astrid flying with an arm drag.

Taking a deep breath and bracing herself Astrid tried to move quickly putting her weight in with the attempted arm drag to rather ungraceful one handed kartwheel forwards to reverse the wringer which upon landing brought her down on bending knee. She tried to bring him down by clipping him in he back of his knee with a low kick.

Major was caught off-guard by Astrid's low kick that managed to hit the back of his knee with just enough force to send him falling down onto his back. Devastation's combat honed reflexes kicked in, and the Marine threw out his arms, went limp and evenly dispersed his weight when he hit the mat, to reduce the force of the impact. After his landing, he lie on the mat with a dumbfounded expression on his face for several moments before he began to try to sit up.

Standing up as quickly as she could Astrid tried take advantage of his stun by attempting to land a few stomps just below the Major's right knee aiming for the shin.

Major winced as the first of Astrid's stomps connected with his shin. She managed to get in two more before the big man tried to use his left leg to sweep The Automated Doll off of her feet, literally, before she could fire off a fourth one.

Astrid let loose a small shriek of surprise as she was suddenly swept off her feet landing ungracefully on her backside with one leg, the one she was using to stomp with, flying high into the air.
Groaning and sitting up she tried hurriedly crawl away from the Major towards the ropes where there was a small boundary of safety.

While Astrid scurried back toward the ropes, Major Devastation used the opportunity to check on his lower leg that had just been stomped on. After confirming that it was just sore, he would try to get back up to his feet and invite his opponent to come and play.
