 Is this a picture of Kenshin and Kaoru's wedding? I'm working on a fanfic that mentions their wedding and used this picture as a reference, but my beta reader doesn't think it's their wedding because in a traditonal Shinto wedding, the man wears black and the woman wears white. Then again, since when have Kaoru and Kenshin ever been traditional? rofl Informative answers are appreciated.

Truthfully, I don't know. But it certinly looks like it could be their wedding picture. Like you said, since when have Kenshin and Kaoru been traditional?

i think it is because one there not that traditional and i once found a kenshin picture just like this one in a gallery but it was part of a slide show

Oh! That's a bonus pic. Is something that's been growing popular among Manga Artist. They put like a bonus picture, sometimes like a portrait to capture their essence. 3nodding In my Manga, I did the same, but it is a female Soccer player, in rivality with the most popular girl of school, so I drew them facing each other. 3nodding The soccer player was holding the ball, as in trying to hit the other girl, and the other girl had a cheerleader dress, and was ignoring her... xd

Well this is more of a fancy occasion attire. There are just oddly bright colored yukata and kimono. They have been a couple but this is just another couple picture. Nothing much of anything else. They must be going to have a party! biggrin

it is formal attire, though it isn't actual wedding garb, though you could edit it in photo shop or something, but also you have to consider that niether of them really are traditional people.

no one can really tell really.. i mean they never showed their wedding on any of the OVAs so no one can tell if it's accurate or not. But i did see that on a fanfic sight and about their wedding and stuff.
