The nevan gates is a self defense system and a tourist attraction in itself. Powered by incredible amounts of energy the entire wall is extremely high voltage creating a "Beautiful dance of lights" contained inside glass, through the dark outer rim the wall itself is quite beautiful.
The Nevan gates however can fight back there are turrets all over the gate area that can fire out spears with long chords of wires that will use the electricity to shock their targets to death. The defense system is an autonomous machine made by a great mechanist, and he kept the programing basic in case it would turn on him. It can only identify what is a threat to it and will attack the threat.
The gates do greet people as a side programing and the attraction bit.
The gate has also been upgraded with two guards on either side of the gates that request your name and purpose. If they suspect you would do harm to the city then you will be attacked. If you lie you will be attacked.
A loud alarm raises when an attack is going on at the gates that can be heard throughout the city.

The skies grow darker as the train enters the city, and ahead a wall of lights can be seen it appears dazzling at first, then its ominous purpose is revealed as the turrets on wall show themselves. The lights are beautiful, but deadlier still, Enma smiles at the feat that nocturne has accomplished with this defense, he may have trouble getting in, this was a first for him.
He walks to the doorway where two gaurds stop him, they ask his name.
"Enma, is my name, i have traveled this world for many years and I have since forgotten my last name, im sorry for the inconvinience." He says with a bow. "I have been to almost every city on Axiom, save Luimiria, I come to train among its strongest, learn with its smartest, and I've heard theirs no place like High Moon." Enma says with a smile. "In all im a simple tourist to your...nation that is all."

Srin walks from behind her and puts arms around her. He leans over whispering."You sing beautifully.... I wish I could of heard all of it." he smiles and kisses her cheek. Nikita was asleep on his back with his left arm supporting her.

"I see you have finished then? Whose the young one on your back?" She asked, noticing her as she turned around. Lexus was glad Srin seemed to find her, she only assumed he would if he seemed interested; and apparently he was, causing her to smile softly.
"So where too now? Finding the broken side of myself or to someplace more pleasant?" Lexus mused, kissing his cheek lightly in return; smiling as she locked eyes with Srin. Don’t say I’m out of touch

Srin smiles slightly as she kisses his cheek. He places his mask over his face and awnsers"Nikita, my sister, and we need to head to for Kranila, there i can take her there and she can be safe. Finding the missing peices will come faster than you think." Srin takes her hand and leads them out the gates

He had narrowly been attacked by thugs and wild animals, let alone the darkness that ate at his very core of worries. "This place" He said, as she placed his hand on his hip. "Scares the s**t out of me...what I would do for some light." Walking up the small hill, Caleb finally saw the gates to his destination.
Walking up to the gates, hes immediately stopped and shoved back by a guard. Landing painfully on his backside. "Hey! Whats that for!" He grumbled, as he stood back up and dusted his robe off.
~State your name and Purpose~ One of the large guards spoke.
"Uh...Um it's Caleb Blake sir and im here to find out if I can obtain history facts about my heritage, or newly accessed powers."
The guards eyes him suspiciously, but before he could be rejected Caleb entered a quick note. "It's the god's honest truth" Disbelieving that he would actually get to go in, the gates opened. Grabbing his belongings, Caleb hurried past the large guards and into Nocturn.
