 She's hunted...the bearer of the red cross. She's known as the Night, as Blood, as Poison, killing people for her own empty shell. But in truth, she's not. Born into the warrior clan, Xadurtaz, she's a vampire and the last remaining Xadurtaz clan member. During the day she blends into the race of humans, acting like them; during the night she's a vampiric warrior, fighting against those who wish to harm humankind. But she's misunderstood. Vampire hunters, born into the Oroledus clan, live to never forgive and the Xadurtaz's natural enemy. That's where he comes in. As a warrior for Oroledus he was assigned to find her. To bring her to them. And so he did. He was succesful capturing her, sneaking up while she was asleep and injecting a small dose of intoxicated blood. Now she's chained, kept in the deepest parts of their clan's property. And he's to interrogate her. But during the time together, feelings will develop and a mistake will be learned. Will it be too late?

Rules

- Violence is encouraged,
- Cussing is allowed but make your point clear!
- Use "" for speech, '' or italics for thought and (()), [[]], or {{}} for OOC. DO NOT USE ** or -- for actions!
- Be semi-lit please. Have at least four sentences per post.
- Post frequently! Post at least three times each week.
- No godmodding. Giving a hug, giving a kiss to the cheek, or a slap to the face etc. are acceptable action. Forcing the other character to kiss back or knock out are not.
- Don't take every hit, don't hit every character every time and don't dodge every hit. Although you're a skilled fighter you can't do everything!
- In order to make the pairs (gladiators/human) easier to notice, please use the assigned color given to your pair on the Profiles post!

She fights to keep humans alive from a dark force that can only be destroyed by a clan member. She was captured while she was sleeping and taken deep into the Oroledous clan's property. They keep in chained in a cell, basically depriving her of blood. She's endlessly interrogated by a young man that she hardly responds to. (Accepted! We'll start after she's been drugged and taken to the Oroledous territory.)
Katherine's crimson eyes fluttered open halfway. Something was wrong. She shifted a bit, finding herself on her knees, her arms spread out to her sides. As she moved a soft clinking made her eyes widen in terror. Chains. She tried standing but the thick iron links connected to the wall from her wrists held her to her knees. They were too taught to stand. A thick, iron collar had been placed around her neck and two large chains ran to the two walls opposite each other. She was trapped in a large room with only one door. And that door was far out of her reach. Her dark, silky hair draped over her face as she fell foward, the chains catching her and causing her to hover three feet off the ground. They had caught her. Fear gripped her and she stared unblinkingly at the ground ahead of her. What now? The effects of the drugs hadn't wore off completely and Katherine felt drowsy. Her vison was slightly blurry. Though she forced herself to remain wide eyed.

((Dang! if this was a book I would keep reading, And I hate to read!! XD))
Jhonny pitied the fact that he HAD to do this. His father forced him. He hated the Xadurtaz people, But he did not want to capture them. He believed that the two clans should just mind their own business. Go their separate ways.

Katherine felt a surge of panic. What could she do? Nothing. She lifted her head, her eyes flashing. Her throat felt dry. She hadn't fed for a while now. And she had a feeling she wouldn't for a while. What did they want with her? As the last Xadurtaz clan member, keeping her like this was an enormous risk to the balance of humanity. She strained against the chains, hoping to break free but to no avail. They must be vampire proof since the Oroledous clan were hunters. She hissed angrily, her fangs elongating and piercing her lips. Her own blood would do her no good but the metallic rang felt strongly relaxing.

Zeldza called Jhonny to his room.
Jhonny heard the bell for him to report to his office. He really didn't want to go, but on the other hand he also did not want to get killed.
"Son, I need you to write a destruction paper for me." Zeldza demanded.
Jhonny sighed, grabbed the paper and started right away.

Katherine took the time to study her surroundings more. A dark room with concrete walls and a single metal door. She snorted. Dull, she thought. She flexed her fingers, mostly since there wasn't much she could do. At least none of the Clan members were around. Or in this room with her. She'd probably go on another fit of rage. The lack of blood was begining to make her a bit moody. Sighing irritably, she shifted again, making the chains clink quietly.

Jhonny was in the middle of his first word. He really didn't want to. He kept thinking of how much pain the Xadurtaz chick was in. He was against this. He hated to hurt people. And he had this feeling inside of him as if he did something wrong, "Guilt'. He said to himself.

Katherine sighed again. This sucked. Absolutely sucked. They could at least do something with her. Were they planning on waiting until the blood deprivation drove her mad? The chains felt cool against her skin and the dark room made it seem ever cooler. Her sharp eyes could see every detail, though there wasn't much to see. Her ears could pick up the faint sounds of others, but the concrete walls were thick. "Stupid Oroledous clan." she mumbled.

"The destruction of the Xadurtaz clan is all my fault. I should've just owned up to my stupid father." He thought. Streams of sweat rolled down his face as he sighed. "F**k this!" He said as pushing the paper off of his desk, walking out and slamming the door behind him.

Katherine decided to take a shot in the dark...almost literally. "Hello?" she called out, wondering if anyone would hear her. Her voice was thick from the drugs that had been previousy injected into her and weary with thirst. Her crimson eyes were brightening, begining to show her growing bloodlust.

Jhonny walced over to his dads office with great pride in himself. As soon as he got there his throat quenched with excitment. He knew that as soon as he walked through that door there was going to be respect shown for him. He busted the door open and started complaining. "I'm tired of being your f*****g puppet! Do your own damn work. You need to respect me as your son, not your accountant. Got it?" He said. "It's about time you stood up for yourself." Zeldza admitted. Jhonny got really frustrated. He clentched his fists and said "So now you understand that I ain't doing s**t for you, right?" "Yea. Bye now." Zeldza said as he took the paper back from him.
