A week had passed since they last met, a week since a certain Charizard had beaten a certain other Charmeleon to an almost literal pulp. A week wasn't much time, but it was enough. Nyx had placated her Charizard quickly after the incident--a task made easier by the fact that Tazieff seemed to calm down after a battle was over and her foe was removed--and had arranged another date for training with Faleen.
A week was enough time.
Nyx waited in one of the training rooms for Faleen. She was seated on a side bench with her Charizard, now calm and laying sprawled out next to her human, having decided that it was time for a quick nap while they were waiting.

I week was more that Charmeleon needed in order to heal up. Thanks to the center, and the pokemon's ability to heal very quickly. Save for a very stubborn scar that remains over the dark scaled skin, he was back to his usual fighting condition.
Faleen was still very reluctant to let him out of his pokeball much, not that she needed to much, since he needed time to heal, what she had seen of him, his demeanor had changed quite a bit, probably embarrassed from being beaten up so badly.
Still willing to try again like she had said in the desert, she made sure to let Nyx know what times she had free for a second try at training the difficult chars. With Charmeleon still in his pokeball, Faleen walked into the training room they had reserved, eyes casting up to see Nyx and Tazieff already there. "Hello Nyx," she greeted, with a polite smile as she walked over.

"Hello, Faleen." Nyx greeted cheerfully, standing up from her seat on the bench. The brute of a pokemon next to her opened an eye and looked at the human who had entered their training room, but made no move to get up. "Are you ready? I'm hoping things don't come to blows this time." At least if Tazieff went on a rampage again, there were no boulders for her to attempt to crush the other pokemon with.

Faleen couldn't help an amused grin at that comment, as morbid as it was, it was certainly true, and Faleen rather appreciated the humor, even if it wasn't intended as such.
"Well, you have Beaker, and I've got Sharpedo to, so things should go better today." She reached down to pick up the pokeball that was Charmeleon's. "I'm ready."
Whatever was to come out of this pokeball, Faleen was ready, and could deal with it. Tossing the ball, that bounced off the ground before spilling the pokemon energy onto the floor. What emerged when the pokeball flew back into Faleen's hand, was the same smaller lizard. standing upright with his arms at his side, head bowed a little. He made no movement at first, or noise, and this alone drew a suspicious brow arch from Faleen.

"That is true..." Nyx hummed thoughtfully. "At least there is no where to run today." Even though there was no desert to make a mad dash into, Nyx was still not expecting nothing when the ball opened. No roar, no growls, no posturing. Nothing.
Tazieff raised her head, her attention drawn to the familiar Charmeleon, and rumbled quietly, still not rising from her spot on the floor. "...Odd. Is something wrong with him?"

"I'm... not really sure" Faleen admitted, eying the fire type cautiously as she stepped to the side, tilting her head as she watched him. "He's not hurt anymore..."
He did lift his head though, eyes slightly narrowed while a soft frown was worn on his lips. Glancing over at Faleen, the women who stole him, then at Nyx, and finally at Tazieff. it was here that he quietly stared.
bewildered, Faleen looked over to Nyx, blinking a couple if times.

Nyx watched the pokemon watch her pokemon. Quiet was not at all what she had been expecting from the normally violent fire type. "Was... perhaps... his head damaged at all?" Some sort of brain damage could have rendered the pokemon more docile.
Tazieff stared back at the Charmeleon, for a long, uncomfortable amount of time. Nyx tensed up, unsure if her Charizard was going to rise up and attack or not. And then she yawned. Faleen's Charmeleon seemed to be less important to her than having a nice nap on the cool training room floor.

"I... didn't think so, but I don't know now" She wasn't sure why he had such a drastic change of character. he still seemed like he wasn't happy, but he wasn't... attacking anyone. "Well, maybe he's learned his lesson about attacking those stronger than him."
Charmeleon eventually looked away from her, crossing his arms and casting his cool glare over at Faleen. In response the agent just frowned, putting a hand on her hip. "Alright well..."

"Whatever the reason, this is better." Nyx nodded and grabbed something out of her pocket. "Lets see if we can't get him to do something." The agent put a few poffin bites into Faleen's hand. Food was the universal pokemon motivator; at least until they could figure out something else that the pokemon didn't seem to hate.
"Tazieff, wake up, time for training." The charizard opened an eye and snorted at Nyx before closing her eye again. "Tazieff. Wake up or no sweeties." That got the pokemon's attention. The orange dragon rumbled and grunted in protest of being forced to wake up, but she lumbered over to her trainer and received a poffin bite. "Good. Thank you."

Faleen Looked down to the poffins that Nyx had given her, cupping them in her hand before she let her fingers close around them. "Thank you." she added. watching the other Rocket get her Pokemon's attention.
Still very surprised that Charmeleon was not out right attacking them, Faleen turned to them "Charmeleon" she spoke to get his attention, holding one of the poffins down.
Charmeleon glanced over at her, eying the treat before he gave a snort and jerked his head away, with a steam jet huff, having no intention of doing anything she wanted.
"Not entirely better it seems" Faleen added with a frown when Charmeleon ignored her.

Nyx sighed at Faleen's Charmeleon. It was stubborn, even if it wasn't going on a rampage. How did you work with a pokemon that didn't want to be worked with. "What... doesn't he dislike?"
Tazieff, now done with the treat her trainer had fed her, looked over at Faleen. More importantly, she looked at what Faleen had in her hand... the thing that the other pokemon was refusing to eat. The Charizard waddled over to the human with the food in her hand and butted her gently in the waist before bleating at her, a sort of pathetic bellow. If Charmeleon didn't want the sweetie, she did.

She sighed a little, trying to think of an appropriate answer for Nyx... something she could use anyway. She didn't know a lot about this Charmeleon, other that it hated her.
Faleen's thoughts were distracted though when Tazieff came over and nudged her. Startled, she blinked at the large dragon while it gave her a long rumbling drone. "I'm not your master Tazieff." though, maybe giving her a treat would be a good idea before she got upset. rewarding goo behavior anyway...
Charmeleon looked back over his shoulder when the Charizard walked over to Faleen, eying her for a moment before he huffed again. he spoke, a little indignant, he didn't want them... but that didn't mean he wanted her to have them childish yeah, but he was butt hurt from being beaten to bad... maybe just a little.

Nyx sighed at her pokemon as it butted into Faleen, "Tazieff, don't beg..." She couldn't exactly stop the pokemon from begging, though, at least she wasn't mauling the human for food. Tazieff seemed to realize performing and getting treats was easier than just attacking someone, and also led to the possibility of more food.
The Charizard stopped trying to goad Faleen into giving her Charmeleon's treat when the other pokemon began protesting. Her great head swiveled around on her long neck and she chuffed at the smaller lizard.

He frowned when she said this, but didn't have a retort for it. he just eyed her and the treats in Faleen's hand.
The two seemed to be communicating, she couldn't understand them. but Charmeleon seemed annoyed by what she had said. What happened next she didn't expect, looking utterly shocked when Charmeleon suddenly stormed over, right up to Faleen and Tazieff. She started to back away when the fire type just held a claw out... and just... held it there.
He'll show her!

"Well... look at that." Nyx chuckled and scratched her head, baffled as to what her pokemon could have possibly said to get the other to walk over to Faleen. "So, you say you stole that pokemon?" Nyx had never stolen a pokemon and kept it before, but she could imagine it would be harder to train one that resented their new trainer for kidnapping them. "That probably explains why he's so unruly..." She honestly had no idea how to train a stolen pokemon.
Tazieff, not one to be shown up, plopped her gigantic rump on the floor and sat as pretty as she could, letting out a rolling purr. She could sit better than Charmeleon, any day.
