Ok so in the book it says that there was 2 victors from 12 before Katniss and Peeta won. So one was Haymitch, but who was the other and what year did he/she win? Dose anyone know?

I think his name was Cosmo. I am not sure about the year.

I don't think the books ever really say, because he/she is dead during Katniss's time. neutral

It never says the name of the victor just that it's one of the two other victors from district 12 other then Haymitch. But I'm pretty sure they refer to him as a him so It's a guy.
