Setting: Lakeside
Ever since she came to this rotten school, it was apparent that she was different, almost like she was back in public school. Except everyone spoke a different language. Understood things differently and just basically having a mental seclusion from the others. In the ravenclaw house, everyone was nerdy. In to their classes and in to learning, something she shared in common with them but still she kept to herself. Quiet and oddly angry at all times, or so it seemed by her facial expression. Enjoying herself when classes were out for a bit of free time. Making her way to the lake and standing there looking over it. Then she went down to the path next to a set of trees that speckled over the place. Where the rocks lead the way to the lake. This place was usually inhabitable and almost nearly ever littered with the children that she seemed not to get along with. Her face had become noticeably more softer.
As she took out her two books from behind her and taking a large sigh before sitting on a larger rock that laid beside the lake edges. A soft and calming look over her as she started to read. The one she had now, was a japanese book of a sick child.. whom made
1,000 paper cranes. She read the story before, but she loved it and probably wouldn't tell anyone. As she read it, it felt like she was in the book.. she knew sickness all too well. Beside her, one other book. A self-teaching english book. One that her grandmother bought her before coming here. Though, she wasn't likely to share that she didn't know the language either. Now knowing a good chunk to get her through classes for now.
Hearing the calming noise of the lake that every now and again would hear a fish jump or two. Silence like this was bliss.. the trees waving about..She liked it here than in a place where she knew no one.

Attor decided to take a Que from his hufflepuff acquaintance. He gathered his art supplies and headed for the lake sure that none of his friends were following him. No one could know he was doing this and there was never really any body by the lake and if he was careful he would see them coming if they were there. He walked a bit farther then he normally would. He wanted to find the perfect spot for his art day. He was getting more and more excited with every step he took. Finally he found the spot! He set himself up close to the water, but not too close. He laid out his stuff and started to look for something to draw. Well this was only half thought out, he liked to do more then just backgrounds. Perhaps if he waited an animal might show itself to him.
Little did Attor know he wasn't really alone to his right down the lake aways sat a girl reading a book. She was so quite Attor had yet to notice her, it wasn't till the sound of a page flipping hit his ear did he ever look in that direction. Right off the bat he was intrigued, she looked different. Different from any girl he had ever had contact with before. Her hair was a beautiful green his favorite color! And what were those beads round her arm? He had to draw her, but he couldn't ask. That would be admitting two things which he was not about to do. So he would stay quite and draw her from a distance. He started sketching her form with a simple charcoal piece. The emotion of the drawing was some what serious yet soft. He wished he could see the title of the book it would help him understand what she was thinking easier. Everyonce and awhile he would look up again to see her hair or other places with extra details.

She read closer in to it and as she turned each page.. she probably couldn't distinguish between a stroke of charcoal against the turn of the page.. and after a few pages.. something dropped out and oh and behold the most astounding thing she could ever have. A piece of paper. A normal piece of paper. Like her book, even some pages moved.. since it was bought in a magical store when coming to Hogwarts. Normality.. what she was used to know of- except herself. Everything here.. was nothing like the life she was living. A paper fell out.. and wholefully was amazed and happy to see it fall in to her hands. Her mother used to do some with her.. Keeping the book steady in her lap.
She pulled herself closer up on the rock and started folding.. and little did she know she had company but even then she probably would try and ignore them but for now.. A softness was showing.. something non of her classmates and fellow ravenclaws knew about. That hard a** angry child, there was no way they'd know this side. Slowly.. she started to fold them.. In to the shade, a diamond first.. then slowly tracing her fingers on the crease and as she folded them. It felt surreal for a moment how lovely it was turning out. In a lightly patterned of maple leafs. But right when she finished- the crane propped up and started to flap its wings!
Taken back as she thought it was a normal paper.. it started to fly off.. Angrily she was about to throw the book before the crane turned her face to look.. to see a certain someone.. in to what looked like a pad of paper.. Was that going to come alive too! Dropping her book without a thought as she now despised magical things. A hiss escaped her as she went on over. Quickly stepping as she came up so close.. that she could almost poke him.
So she stood there. With a not so happy face as before.. All this time she was reading and someone was spying on her! Folding her arms as she peered over to him and less of the painting as it was not apart of her thought process. No. HE was invading the space she thought to be 'safe' for her.

Attor had not looked up for a few moments, he had seen her start to fold the paper, but nothing more. He concentrated on the details he had previously just sketched out lightly for placement. This was so peaceful, he was drawing something he wasn't aloud to do at home. He still tried to at home, but he hid while doing it. Right now he was outside enjoying the weather. What's more this girl he had chosen to draw was different then most girls he knew. Her hair was different, her clothes seems to break all the rules his father had set for him. Attor really couldn't get her image out of his head even when he closed his eyes. Attor decided to chalk it up to his love for different or new things.
Attor was so adsorbed into his drawing he had not heard a sound of her movements or her hiss. He kept sketching away, until a shadow form above him. He blinked for a moment, but thought it was a simple cloud. Attor then lifted his head up to take another look at the girl. The girl who had been far away was now in his face.
"Ah!" He yelled dropping his book sketch facing up as he flew on his back highly startled by the girl haired girl. "Bugger I've got something called personal space!" He growled at her lifting himself off the ground slightly.

Silence..Her whole being was pretty mad as she gave him the 'stank' eye. Yet didn't utter a word. Then she leaned back and merely turned around and went to nab her books. Though now- she was just really angry at the fact that nothing was normal. Normality, picking rice with mother. Dancing to the beat of her father's drum. Making paper cranes, things she used to do... how happy she was and now to come and cope with 'magical' things. It was hard but it was better to get help for her ever growing magical ability then letting it fall in to the wrong hands. Things- these 'people' wouldn't understand. She heard the passer-byes talk. They were sickened by the normality world while she always yearned for it...
They wouldn't understand- she was stripped of her name! With how angry she was, she took the paper crane book as soon as she was near enough and chucked it in to the lake as far as she could... watching it before taking up her english teaching book and heading straight for him again. The male that had spied on her and passing right by him as if he didn't exist.. As if to completely ignore the male that she had come up to.. And while she stormed away, the maple patterned paper crane flew.. and landed right on the male's chest.. Flapping its wings so gently and elegantly..

Had he caught the fact that he was drawing her? No it didn't seem so. Ok, why did she just throw the book she was reading? Was it to do with him? Was that what she wanted to do to him instead. He laughed inwardly trying to figure out what was up with this strange yet so enchanting girl. Attor watched as she stormed by him and was almost amazed at the little paper crane that landed on his chest. He watched it for a moment before cradling it in his hand. Attor grabbed up his supplies with his other arm and ran after the girl.
What was he doing? She had made it clear she was not happy with him. "Um ...Im sorry." Attor called to her as he caught up to her pace. "I..didn't mean to upset you. I wasn't aware you were there at first, but." Should he tell her about drawing her or would that make things worse? "You forgot your little bird. It's quite something..." He held it up to examine it again. "Landed on my chest after you ran off just now..."Attor looked at her hoping he could make things right. He didn't want this girl mad at him for some reason. "My name is Attor..and again I'm sorry I upset you."

When she stomped on up the hill, having him catch up to her. She tried so hard to ignore him. It was easier for her to do that but apologizing. Her mother did a lot of that and it ailed her and made her remember her memories. Slowly she came to a stop and turned around with her only book now in her hands and pressed to her chest. Starring him down for a few moments as he said his name.
"Attor." She blankly said.. and didn't look like she cared much at all. "I hate magic." That sentence could have gotten the school to hate her. A magical being hating magic!? That nonsense! But it didn't seem to phase her.. she watched to see his reaction. As if all his others words didn't matter and now so close that they could have probably kissed if they had wished it but no. That face of pure anger started to set in again as if painted on her face..
The crane softly edging its wings.. In his hand as it seemed to be alive but didn't bother being forceful. It was tranquil in a sense..

Attor looked confused and his face flushed from being so close to the girl. He stood there for a moment trying to process what she said before feeling the crane moving against his hand. He opened hi hand and let it go since it seemed to want to fly away. How could one hate magic? Though the only muggle things Attor knew where painful to do and even think about. That's why he hated the non magical things in the world.
"How can you say that?" Attor asked looking offended in away. "We're both magically beings aren't we. How can you hate it?" Attor stopped to think for a moment, was this a muggle born or mudblood? Oh father would not approve of him even talking to her if that was the case, but it really didn't matter to him for once. She just kept getting more and more interesting. "Will you tell me why? Did something happen?" Attor looked stubbornly curious now if she thought she would just storm off at this point she would not lose him less she went the the girls room or the Ravenclaw common room.
