Sadie was looking forward of the trip to Darien Lake for a long time. She kept a journal to tack down the days left until it came.

Leon walked down the path from his house, a bag over his shoulder. He kicked off his flip-flops as he walked up to the lake. He set his bag down, "There better be fish in here" He muttered as he pulled up his pant legs above his knees.

Leon sat on a rock as he put the fishing rod together. He whisteled softly standing up again, "okay....lets hope" He said clenching his jaw as he cast out the line. "now...wait" He sighed watching the line

"Maa. What are we gonna do there?" Sadie asked.
"A whole bunch of things!" Jane said.
"Why couldn't I stay at my friends house?" Cody asked.
"'Cuz, this is a family trip and your part of the family." Alex
said.
Cody snarled.

Leon then smiled widely reeling in a fish. "Ya- oh.....so damn tiny....I can't eat this!" He yelled staring at the two inch long fish. "God damnit!"

Cody was really mad at the fact that he had to go on this stupid trip anyways. He didn't see the reason for it.
Sadie was soo excited for this trip, not knowing what was going to happen.

Jane pulled up to the administration office. "Keys for Jane Marie." She said. The lady handed her the keys to trailer 118.
Sadie laughed and said "Were here! Were here!"

Leon glanced over at the campsite across the lake. He sighed remembering when he was left here a few years back, "Maybe they did mean too" He said looking at the water a frown on his face.

Sadie ran out of the car and said "Ma, can Cody take me on a few rides?"
"If Cody wants to hun, Cody?" Jane asked turning her head over.
"Do I have to?" Cody said.
'I'd appreciate it while we were unpacking." Jane stated.
"Ughh. Fine, come on sis." Cody demanded.
Sadie skipped along next to Cody's sobbed walk.

Leon rubbed his head lightly walking out of the water. He put back on his flip flops and took apart the fishing rod. He packed it away, "maybe I should pay the camp a visit..." He said seeing how he goes over there every two days just to do something.
