How about this...
An old, old, beat up southern trailer park. Trailers, mobiles, hoes, and beat up sheds are rusted nearly to death, with pieces of the rusted metal falling from the supporting structures. The tailer park appears abandoned by humans, now hosting a small colony of insects, and various small and probably disease ridden animals. The ground is covered in either bare whispy dirt, or a sparse covering of yellow aged grass that breaks in half on contact. Around the ghost town of a trailer park, Thick trees cover all means of both escape and interference from ground-fareing humans and other such creatures, at least for the most part.
On this hot, muggy, and all around uncomfortable day, the fighters find themselves suddenly just... there. They are bound suddenly with a crazily enticing urge to fight, as if some greater being wants this with all that it happens to be comprised of.
Good for you?

OOC- I adapt.. So it's perfect.. I'm using Akio.. My only character thus far.. I admire you character though. I have an idea of how I might have to fight him; but I'm pretty sure you've read my profile also. So you know what Akio's capable of.
Akio observed this seemingly desolately location he had somehow wandered into before even glancing at the tall man that seemed to be the only other person around. The man's energy was immense; Akio could sense that the stranger was not normal. His amount of energy actually felt similar to a celestial being/warrior Kyoto had faced before. "I won't underestimate you..." Kyoto said as he extended his arms out horizantally towards the man; each of his five fingertips were binded together while pointed directly at his opponent.
"We'll save the formal greeting for afterwards.." That was basically Akio's benevolent warning that he was about to make the first move. Suddenly five beams of cobalt energy fired from his fingertips. They'd reached the man almost as soon as they appeared and pierce right though nearly any being of flesh. If he dodged they would simply and instantly come to a halt while still connected to Akio's fingers. (Quite similar to the character Kakuro's puppet strings. ~Naruto~)

Aoski flipped his glasses up to get a better look at this opponent. The man was surely an interesting lookin' one. White hair? Was he that old or something? Oh well, Not like it truely mattered. age wasn't so much a great factor in fighting; Aoski had been beaten by those of a younger age then he before. Aoski sniffed, and sensed the energy around Akio. So he was powerful to boot as well. Almost... Familiar. This fight was bound to be fun. Aoski cleared his throat " Of Course, Something of that source would be unwise. And likewise, I shan't underestimate your abilities. " His voice rung clear in the muggy air.
Aoski watched with a detached interest as Akio launched the beams of energy. They were quite speedy of course, And absolutely packed with a power that Aoski would find himself unable to pinpoint. But back to the Beams, Aoski brought his left knee forewards, and angled the leg sideways, which dropped him quickly with the weight his body presented. The Beams passed over his head not .3 miliseconds later. Aoski watched as The Beams, who had moved at such crazy sppeds before, instantly and inexplicably stopped their motion. this left them floting in the air, still connected to Akio's fingers. That was an intesting notion. Aoski guessed that Akio would use the Beams as extensions of his arms, or as some sort of extendable and contractable force to create some sort of near-unblockable and nigh undodgeable force. Whatever reason, Aoski would need to prepare. Aoski twisted down, and threw his weight to the right. This would result in a turning motion, which would remove him from underneath the Beams near as fast as he had gotten there. Now, located to the right of where he had been, Aoski took the force which had been used for the twist, and took it back into himself. Aoski then ran forewards, sending the light particles of dust into the air with each step he took. The kinetic energy exerted from the running was taken back, as well as the dust rising and falling from the steps. This caused the Dust to just stop where they were as the energy was taken. As the energy was taken, More potential energy was formed from the gravity in that moment, and then became kinetic once again. This resulted of course in small, miniscule amounts of force being taken in for each particle of dust that was taken.
The increase in energy within Aoski increased his speed, but of course, on a very very small degree. However, It was enough to propell him into a new attack. Aoski threw his weight forewards, of course taking energy from his movement, and extended his hand. His hand would extend to the ground, and hold Aoski up as he progressed into the next set of movement. His torso evened out with his arm, and Aoski began twisting his abdominal muscles in a counter-clockwise motion. As his legs would raise, each muscle with the leg spread outwards, which would create a windmill motion. This was not the attack however, As Aoski was still only five feet away from Akio. Of course, The weight that Aoski had thrown himself forewards with was still active. As the weight would begin to throw Aoski forewards, The arm holding his body in the air still would bend at the elbow and shoulder, and then push. This resulted in the entire body's weight being thrown up, and slightly off center. with that movement, Aoski's entire movement was thrown sideways and forewards. This attack was, in all simpleness, an extravagant Spinning Axe Kick. Aoski would be thrown over Akio's head, and as a result of the twisting legs, Akio would either be hit around the head or shoulders, Or if dodged, The ground behind Akio would be rent open in a long indentation of the leg. This would of course result in a slight damage to Aoski's bone in the landing leg.

Akio's eyes slightly widened out of curiosity and delight. After sensing his opponent's power he assumed that the adversary would use an energy based attack. But; Akio was actually pleased to see this unique close-combat technique. *He has to be skilled in some sort of martial art* Akio didn't move as Aoski approached; he only observed every movement. Like he'd do in any other battle. Akio was baffled for the moment as to why the dust that collected from Aoski foot prints seemingly froze in mid air. As Aoski closed in; the extended beam slowly curved making a U-turn; forming a hook.
Akio waited for Aoski to actually attack before the beams rushed back just as quickly as they previously emerged while Aoski was in the air. Akio saw this as the perfect time to go for this counter-attack or at least as perfect as it would get. He liked to think under pressure. Simultaneously Akio suddenly brought his left forearm up horizontally over his head the meet Aoski's leg with colossal force. Without his demon strength; stopping the weight and force of Aoski's kick in this manner would have been near impossible for a normal person of his stature; at least not with one arm. A loud thud was heard as Aoski's leg and Akio's arm collided. Some of the broken grass tumbled in air from the shock wave. Akio's knees slightly bent and his feet left indentations in the extinct yellow-greenish grass beneath them. *Will he dodge..?* Akio mentally questioned himself while also pondering what he would do next in the event that Aoski does or does not dodge. He was on his guard; again the beams would pierce though Aoski's back and abdomen if not evaded or blocked and fly right over Akio's head. If this move does fail; Akio will dispel the energy beams completely.

With Akio's block, All the force, From Akio's movement, The block itself, and Aoski's release of potential energy, all of it, was sucked right back into Aoski. This left Aoski and Akio's arm both frozen in place for a second before Gravity took place again. Akio would feel his arm go weightless for a moment, and grow crazily cold. Frost had formed upon Aoski, as well as Akio's arm, as a result of the loss of all atomical movement for that singular second. Then, ot of the corner of his Eye, Aoski saw the Beams extending once more. Just as they were moving, the force of Gravity was restored once again. This would cause Aoski to flip head over heels forewards. While this effect wasn't what Aoski had wished, It served a decent way to dodge the Beams energy.
Aoski landed gruffly on the ground to the back of Akio, and set to work. As Aoski landed, He twisted his right leg to the left, and as it crossed his left leg, Aoski would therefore flip over onto his back. Aoski then twisted his legs one direction, and his upper body another, which therefore made his twist in a big circle before he extended his hand. The hands extension caused Aoski to be thrown up slightly, which then allowed the other hand to push his own body up further. With the twisting and raing motion Aoski was now in the proccess of doing, Aoski would then be raised to his feet, and the entire force of the energy used was pushed to his arms. The twisting motion was of course left on its own to continue, and therefore, Aoski's left arm became similar to a meteor hammer. the momentum from all movement was then released as some sort of contact was made, and as soon as some sort of effect had been made, sucked right back into Aoski.

After blocking Aoski's kick; multiple thoughts raced though Akio's head. Mainly about his left arm and the feeling he got as it touched Aoski. *I don't understand his technique.. What was that..?* He thought.. Kyoto felt fortunate that he had a counter-attack ready or that could have turned out a lot worse for him. At least he believes it could have been worse; he was not entirely sure. As Aoski tumbled over Akio's head; Akio spun around on his left foot counter-clockwise while slightly crouching; after spinning a complete 180 degrees his right foot rested upon the ground again he instantly covered his right fist in a solid aura of cobalt energy (about the size of a boxing glove; a bit smaller) while simultaneously throwing a and blindingly fast uppercut with his right hand.
This attack was actually his guard against Aoski's attack. Block an attack with an attack. He was now thoroughly studying his opponent. As their attacks connected Akio would throw a hard left hook at Aoski's jaw with his protective aura covering this fist as well. Intending to surprise Aoski with a straight kick with his right foot to the gut right before the hook connected or not. Akio would also cover his foot in the aura; if it connected it would cause both of them to slide a short distance away from one another. (about 6 ft approximately) The atacks would almost be thrown at the same time. Akio came to the conclusion after fighting numerous types of battle in the past; that the element of surprise is an effective tactic. It only takes one to win a fight; depending on what the surprise attack is. Take Akio's second attack for example.
Akio figured that his mastery of his energy manipulation would seem to be his greatest weapon for the moment. At least until he found out more about this guy. He would try not to physically touch Aoski again.

Aoski smiled ever so slightly as the attack he had thrown was blocked with an attack of Akio's own. Akio had moved with considerable speed, and Aoski was elated he had such a well versed opponent. This battle was going to be very nice.
Aoski watched as the Hook came directly for his face, and simply pushed his head forewards to make Akio's blow land directly behind his head. However, Aoski hadn't been prepared for the foot to the gut. Aoski was, as stated, thrown back a few feet. Aoski of course sucked this energy away. However, as a result of Akio's hand behing behind Aoski's head, and the sudden movement backwards, Akio would be severely thrown off balance for a few seconds. In this way, Aoski and Akio had once again come out on even ground.
Aoski wouldn't let the opprotunity pass; Akio was off balance for that moment, or at least would appear to be. Therefore, Aoski ran forewards, Now excelling the speed of sound with each step, Aoski would rush forewards, and would send a shock-wave behind himself. This force was of course, once again absorbed. It was ready to be used almost quite as fast as it was used. With a second step, Aoski extended his left foot, turned it sideways, bent the knee down, and lowered himself to the dirt covered ground. This was in order to wind his arm back, and therefore throw his entire weight up into a uppercut. The upper cut was increased in both power and speed as a result of absorbed kinetic energy. With this puch, If it so happened to miss, Aoski's weight would be thrown backwards. Knowing this, Aoski prepared to have a kick to the torso ready in that case. The leg would be extended as the weight was thrown back, and hit just as hard as the punch would have.

Akio admired his opponent's style and technique so far. He was starting to feel as though Aoski was trying to show off a bit. *Now it's my turn..* Akio stumbled backwards a few steps due to the fact of Aoski throwing him off balance. But; Akio was very good at planning his next move during battle and quickly and gracefully somersaulted backwards as Aoski closed in and ducked. The somersault was actually intended to be a dodge and a kick with his right foot to the chin. (Similar to Marshall Law's backflip *TEKKEN*) But even if the kick missed Akio would point each of his ten fingers at Aoski in mid flip; this time they would be slightly separated and instantly fire the thin energy beams in a horizontal line from Akio's fingertips slightly downward at Aoski as Akio landed securely.
The attack was intended to cause his adversary to jump backwards or up. The beams would disappear as soon a his feet rest upon the ground again; suddenly he'd seeming disappear into thin air. Only leaving a small cloud of dust and broken dead grass in the air. He could only be seen if his opponents eyes could keep up or when he finally stopped moving in his random pattern around Aoski. He'd seemingly disappear and reappear in random locations around Aoski. He was currently toying with Aoski; but his guard wasn't down. Suddenly he appeared directly behind Aoski throwing a swift left hook; but if Aoski dodged or not the left hook would miss. Simply because of the fact that this was an afterimage of Akio; he had to circulate his spirit energy throughout his entire body to even move at such speeds as when he first vanished. Almost simultaneously Akio would appear in front of Aoski; his right hand clenched, cocked and charged with a sparkling cobalt aura this time. "Spirit Devastator..!" He said as his threw an unbelievably fast hay maker at Aoski's abdomen. This attack would cause a huge explosion of energy in the form of a dome.

Aoski's backward momentum carried him away from the sumersault kick, sending him back and up at least five feet. The momentum created by his moving body caused him to furth spin, and land on his feet, seconds before the cobalt beams fired. Aoski performed a dance move; Twisting his entire body around, simmilar to a barrel roll. This was performed by falling, and whilst falling, twisting his abdomen, and then moving his feet in accordance. This barrel roll was made further effective by small pushes of his various joints, which would send out quick bursts of kinetic energy as he turned. Each burst was sucked back in on the return trip, and then reused for the next burst. This held Aoski at an angle, which performed a dodge, and a very effective dodge at that.
Once Akio landed, and the beams ended, Aoski extended his arms and legs, catching himself on the ground. He stood up, and realized Akio was moving at high speed. This happened to be wonderful for Aoski, as each time he could, Aoski absorbed some of the kinetic energy given off. Each time this occured, Akio would find his musles chill slightly, not an uncomfortable feeling, yet one that was noticable. The absorbed energy further powered Aoski, and therefore, his senses. He watched Akio move around, and once he appeared behind, Aoski jumped straight up into the air, while throwing his feet forewards, and his torso down. This forced him to straighten out, just above Akio's head at that time, Before he twisted back. Akio would then appear infront of Aoski. Aoski thought quickly, and instead of panicing, reacted. He carried his weight forewards, and just as the words began to form in Akio's mouth, Aoski kicked forewards. With the aim and hieght, Aoski's foot would land in Akio's upper chest or throat, which would make him catch his words.
With that move, either missing or hitting, Aoski then forced himself to drop, while twisting left. His right arm would stirke forewards, in an efforet to connect with Akio's face or head in general. The punch contained the momentum of his weight, as well as the brunt of an axe drop punch, as this move would be later named., as well as Aoski's weight. Whether either move hit, aoski would drop down onto his back only a few seconds later, as weight carried him down to the earth.
