Who have they chosen to lock upon? There's a new student in school, a foreign exchange student that has instantly captured Koty's appearance. ☆ This time, I wonder what it feels like To find the one in this life ☆ Name: Keiji StarduskAge: 17Bio: Keiji Stardusk is a foreign exchange student from Japan. He came to America upon the insistence of his parents that he would get a better education here. Having always been fascinated by the human body, Keiji strives to get into medical school someday and become a well-known physician. The English language has always been a barrier to his success and it has never helped that his classmates scorn at him in disdain for his poor communication skills. No matter how hard he tries, they still give him that look that brings down his self-esteem. But Keiji has never been one to be affected by things like this; his own goals drive his motivation. But he would've never thought that a certain popular boy in his class could shatter his aloofness. Will that necessarily be a good thing for Keiji or is Keiji better off alone? Being distracted by love could shatter Keiji's dreams of getting where he wants in life.... ☆ The one we all dream of, but dreams just aren't enough So I'll be waiting for the real thing ☆

 ☆ This time, I wonder what it feels like To find the one in this life ☆ The raven-haired boy rested one arm against the window ledge lazily, his head laid on his shoulder as he watched the teacher bustle about at the front of the classroom. The boy's other arm lay on top of his English textbook. His fingers clutched an HB pencil loosely, doodling random cartoons all over the page. English was most certainly his least favorite class; the teacher went too fast of a pace for him and when he had asked her for extra tutoring, she had told him to pay more attention in class. From then on, Keiji refused to pay attention to her. It was a sort of contempt he felt that she didn't even try to understand where his problem lay. "Keiji, what do you think the three witches represent in the first act of Macbeth?" the teacher called out, leaning against the front of her desk. Tch... Keiji thought to himself bitterly You never ask anyone else these hard questions except me... He glared at her defiantly in the eye. With his thick Japanese accent, he forced a smile onto his lips. "I dont know, maybe ask someone else?" he responded, folding his arms across his chest and smirking. ☆ The one we all dream of, but dreams just aren't enough So I'll be waiting for the real thing ☆

  ☆ I don't mind if you come home late And I don't ever ask you where you've been I just assume if there's a problem, you'd tell me ☆ The quiet tapping of Koty's ink pen against his notebook sounded in time with the clock ticking on the wall behind him. The teacher attempted to pry the answer from an awry of students while the jock's eyes and mind were souly fixed on the new student at his side. The teen sighed contently just before the teacher directed the question towards him, instantly snapping him from his fantasy world. "Darkness?" the jock glanced up at the woman with a half smile. "The three witches in Macbeth symbolize the darkness and depravity of the human soul in comparison to the darkness within Macbeth's own heart as well as their influence on external forces and the temptation of evil." Koty's eyes shifted from the woman back to Keiji with another sigh before returning to his imagery of the new student speaking to him. ☆ But listen and think when I say- Who makes you feel the way that I make you feel? Who loves you and knows you the way I do? Who touches you and holds you quite like I do? ☆ { Current Ensemble}

 ☆ This time, I wonder what it feels like To find the one in this life ☆ Keiji prepared to embrace the teacher's scolding, when another male voice piped up and answered the question in his stead. It was a deep, yet melodious voice that drifted from the back of the classroom. The raven-haired boy turned his head to look in that direction, his eyes landing on a certain brunette - Koty, the popular boy. The girls all loved him, most of the guys were jealous. Keiji never dared to get close; his English was choppy and fragmented that it would definitely be an embarassment to speak with the most popular boy in class. People would probably snicker behind his back, not that they didn't already. Keiji didn't want to aggravate that situation even more. Releasing his grip on the pencil, Keiji's jaw dropped in awe listening to the brunette elaborate in more detail than the teacher was even asking for. Keiji's ears perked up to the 'ooo's' and 'awws' from the his classmates who were equally impressed. Keiji felt a slight heat rise up to his cheeks. He was sure people would see him blushing; he quickly stood his book upright and buried his face from view. He couldn't wait for the end-of-class bell to ring so he could get out of here. ☆ The one we all dream of, but dreams just aren't enough So I'll be waiting for the real thing ☆

  ☆ I don't mind if you come home late And I don't ever ask you where you've been I just assume if there's a problem, you'd tell me ☆ Unaffected by the praise received by his peers and the teacher, Koty kept his eyes fixed on Keiji. The subject crried on and Koty was constantly turned to as a last result correct answer while the jock continued watching the man. A smirk spread over his lips when a cheerleader behind him mentioned to another girl that Keiji was from Japan. On a scrap sheet of paper, the jock hurriedly wrote a welcome to the school in hiragana along the paper's edge and sent it back to the new student in the back of the room just minutes before time for the bell to ring. ☆ But listen and think when I say- Who makes you feel the way that I make you feel? ☆ This time, I wonder what it feels like To find the one in this life ☆ A rush of joy filled Keiji when the end-of-class bell clanged above his head. Stuffing his textbook into his messenger bag, he was about to stand up and walk away from the desk when the girl behind him passed him a note. Keiji raised an eyebrow at her suspiciously, but nevertheless unfolded it to read the content. "Welcome to school?" Keiji repeated, looking from the note to the girl. He was clearly confused. But then he noticed that she nodded her head towards the brunette a few rows away from them. So it was from Koty. Keiji scratched his head, glancing over at the jock. He didn't really know what the jock wanted, but in courtesy Keiji gave Koty a shy smile before heading down the aisle to join the others at the door. Although Keiji would have loved to interpret Koty's message as a sign of friendship, the wariness had not left Keiji's mind. He was used to mockery that his classmates showed him; it would be even more likely for the jock to have been making fun of him. Shaking those thoughts out of his head, Keiji grinned. He had Japanese class next, at least a class he had confidence in. ☆ The one we all dream of, but dreams just aren't enough So I'll be waiting for the real thing ☆

  ☆ I don't mind if you come home late And I don't ever ask you where you've been I just assume if there's a problem, you'd tell me ☆ When the class rushed out into the hall Koty was instantly bombarded by his hockey team friends shoving him and punching him in a playful way while they all seemed to caught up in laughter to be saying anything even though they were communicating in their own primal way. Once the class change came to an end Koty tore off his separate way and walked the winding hall in the virtually empty east wig of the school. Tears welled in Koty's eyes when he walked into the Japanese classroom and shoved himself into the furthest seat from the front of the class. ☆ But listen and think when I say- Who makes you feel the way that I make you feel? ☆ This time, I wonder what it feels like To find the one in this life ☆ The transfer student avoided looks from other students in the hallway, hurrying to his own locker before any of them could say anything to him. Quickly sliding open his lock, he dumped his English binder and textbook inside before grabbing his Japanese material. Before his hand had even touched his book, someone had already grabbed it. Keiji spun around, frowning at the soccer jock who always enjoyed bothering him. "Chris, I'm going to be late to class" Keiji muttered, trying to reach for his book. The soccer jock snickered, tossing the book to his other buddy who was nearby. Keiji glanced at his watch; he was already a minute late to class. He pushed past the soccer jock, deciding he'd be able to handle a class without the book. "Not getting it back?" the jock sneered behind him. Keiji entered through the backdoor of the Japanese classroom, hoping the teacher wouldn't notice him. He scanned the classroom for empty seats, spotting one next to Koty. Sighing to himself, and without a choice, he slipped into it. Koty would definitely notice his lack of a book, Keiji thought. It was all too embarassing. ☆ The one we all dream of, but dreams just aren't enough So I'll be waiting for the real thing ☆

  ☆ I don't mind if you come home late And I don't ever ask you where you've been I just assume if there's a problem, you'd tell me ☆ A smile spread over Koty's somber expression when he realized the class's late arrival was Keiji. The jock discreetly wiped his eyes and instantly noticed Keiji didn't have a textbook. Koty looked around him for a moment and with a screech of his desk moved over right beside of the other with a push of his book nudging it into a straddle against the two desks. ☆ But listen and think when I say- Who makes you feel the way that I make you feel? ☆ This time, I wonder what it feels like To find the one in this life ☆ Surprise was evident in Keiji's eyes, observing Koty pushing the their two desks closer together and nudging the book towards the middle. Never had anyone been this nice to him since he transferred to this school; why was Koty different to him? Keiji had already formed the impression that the jocks in this school looked down on him more than the others. But regardless, Keiji was grateful for the kind act. It was then that he saw Koty's face clearly for the first time. It appeared to Keiji as if the jock...had been crying? Keiji reached into his own jean pockets, pulling out a handkerchief and offered it to the jock. At least if the jock was expecting some sort of repayment, Keiji had done his best. "Chris took my book in the hallway" Keiji whispered to Koty under his breath, his eyes focused on the teacher's overhead. ☆ The one we all dream of, but dreams just aren't enough So I'll be waiting for the real thing ☆

  ☆ I don't mind if you come home late And I don't ever ask you where you've been I just assume if there's a problem, you'd tell me ☆ Slightly embarrassed that Keiji could tell his eyes were watering, Koty gently declined the offer of the handkerchief. When the jock heard that the lesser athlete had taken the student's textbook, Koty's hand reached over to graze over Keiji's. The jock's breath took in quickly and a slight blissful feeling was satisfied upon the long awaited digit touch. "Don't worry, you'll get it back." The words obviously hid an inner meaning and Koty withdrew his hand with a slight sigh feeling the butterflies in his body stir into a rapid flutter. ☆ But listen and think when I say- Who makes you feel the way that I make you feel? ☆ This time, I wonder what it feels like To find the one in this life ☆ A slight blush tinted Keiji's face hearing Koty's words. Almost reflexively, Keiji picked up the handkerchief in one hand and patted Koty's wet cheeks softly. The jock didn't seem so bad; he appeared very different than all the other jocks Keiji was used to dealing with. Maybe there was a possibility for them to be friends, Keiji thought to himself. A small tinge of excitement rushed through Keiji's veins, a soft smile curving his lips. Keiji looked up in surprise at Koty when he felt the jock's hand on his. Not really knowing what to do, Keiji pulled his own hand away a little embarassed. The spark when their hands touched felt magical, but Keiji really didnt feel ready...yet. ☆ The one we all dream of, but dreams just aren't enough So I'll be waiting for the real thing ☆

  ☆ I don't mind if you come home late And I don't ever ask you where you've been I just assume if there's a problem, you'd tell me ☆ The man's skin beneath his hand, no mater how brief or simple, gave Koty a comforting since of bliss. The man shivered softly and he shifted his weight against the desk chair beneath him. The teacher began speaking her lesson and Koty quietly whispered in Japanese lilt to the boy at his side. "I will get your book back." The jock gave a soft, reassuring smile and looked down at the text book only to avoid contact with Keiji's eyes. ☆ But listen and think when I say- Who makes you feel the way that I make you feel? ☆ This time, I wonder what it feels like To find the one in this life ☆ The raven-haired boy turned his face to look at the jock in surprise. "R-really?" Keiji muttered under his breath, his cheeks flushed up by this point. His body felt heated from head to toe. Keiji looked down at his side of the book as well, not really sure what to say. He had never felt this kind of warmth from anyone at this school; he still didnt know what made Koty so different. But he sure wanted to give Koty the benefit of the doubt. "Ano... you dont really have to" Keiji whispered after a while, "I mean I dont want to cause trouble for you or anything Koty-san." ☆ The one we all dream of, but dreams just aren't enough So I'll be waiting for the real thing ☆
