 Ｄｒｅａｍ ａｓ ｉｆ ｙｏｕ ｗｉｌｌ ｌｉｖｅ ｆｏｒｅｖｅｒ
Ｌｉｖｅ ａｓ ｉｆ ｙｏｕ ｗｉｌｌ ｄｉｅ ｔｏｍｏｒｒｏｗ /hollywoodtonightbymichealjackson/Dakota walked to the lake and sat on the shore of the cool fresh water. She may have sworn never to go back into the ocean, but there was nothing keeping her from the lake. Dakota didn't dare take her 70 dollar pair of shoes in fear of the Hermes kids snatching it, so she just laid her head in the water and held still. As her ears submerged into the water the talk of fish began to become clear. She heard just common talk and what she swore was a reenactment of Finding Nemo. Hey, their fish. She loved listening to fish talk. Yeah, it wasn't as entertaining as salt water fishes conversations, nut there is something about fish voices that she loves. [indent]Chase walked out to the lake,the smell of salt filling his nose. He felt his sword and dagger flutter restlessly as he walked closer to the water. Hey,it wasn't as if it was a golf course. He sill resented the fact that Nike kids couldn't compete in canoe races or chariot races or foot races. Well,they could compete in foot races,but most people weren't go enough to try and beat anyway. He saw a girl submerging her ears under the water and found that strange. Dakota sat up in the water. she was in water that was about ankle deep and she was completely dry. "O-Oh. I thought I was alone." She said and stood up and cleared her throat. "Well... Um... I was listening to the fish." Dakota said getting out of the lake a pulling her hair over one shoulder. Great job, Dakota. She said to herself. Which meant she was either Poseidon,Amphitrite,or Triton. "Eh,that's cool. I can most likely guess that your a child of Poseidon,Triton,or Amphitrite. I'm Chase,son of Nike." "A-Amphitrite." She said hesitantly. "Poseidon kids would be completely in the water and they can talk back to the fish." Dakota said looking at the lake. She didn't like talking about her step dad. Or half brother. Or even her mother. The only think she liked about the being a sea baby was the fish. "Hey,nevehr try and get anyt'ing from a Nike kid. I need'd options,so I got 'em. Nice t' meet you,Dakotah." His soft southern accent showed clearly and he scowled at the sound of his own voice. Daughter of Aphrodite Leda walked out to the lake and looked around. She had always loved the lake, simply for how peaceful it felt. Leda silently sat on a rock and pulled her knees up to her chest and rested her head ontop of her knees. She was empty like she usually was, but there was a mixture of sadness there as well. Leda's hair was over one shoulder as she sat on the rock, looking out at the water, and away from the other two that were there. She wasn't really in the mood for socializing, but she knew that she would have to sooner or later. You seem even emptier than you usually do... Ｌｉｖｅ ａｓ ｉｆ ｙｏｕ ｗｉｌｌ ｄｉｅ ｔｏｍｏｒｒｏｗ /hollywoodtonightbymichealjackson/ Dakota's face lit when she heard Chase show a trace of a southern accent. It reminded her of being back home in Georgia with everyone around her with that awesome accent. God she missed home. "Nice dagger." Dakota said before she saw the silhouette of another person in the corner of her eye. She instantly looked at her o see who it was. It must of been a newbie because she's never seen her here before, but her face said that she was a daughter of Aphrodite. Dakota looked down and shifted her weight from both legs to just one leg. I lived in Louisiana up until I came here five ears ago. been here ever since." He knew his voice sound strange without the accent. Bare. Lifeless,but he didn't care. he hated his accent. Daughter of Aphrodite Leda could feel someone looking at her, and she moved her grey eyes from the water, towards the location of the person who was looking at her. She could tell that the girl was a daughter of a sea god or goddess, but the boy that was near her made her look away. He reminded her far too much like her friend who had died, that it made her heart ache for her deceased friend. Leda took a quiet shaky breath as she turned her head to the oposite direction that the two were to avoid looking at the boy. Tears started to blur her vision as she looked towards the other side of the beach that was vacant. Leda brushed the silent tears off her cheeks and closed her eyes for a moment before she opened them again, looking at the sand. _________________________________________
