Personality: Kotaru is a more silent "get it done" kinda of person. He despise when people doubt his strength and spiritual pressure. He is mostly calm during normal situations, but changes his mood and attitude when in dangerous situations. He is often Cool at times by the way his acts, and his thinking process is sorta quick to notice things. If there is somebody he know of and don't completely like them, as an ally..he'll think of them as an enemy.
Biography:
Kotaru, being the Good Twin heir of the Mishino forture and family was originally from Osaka when his parents first moved him there. He didn't like his city much, but not by the attractions and the view of it. He just plainly didn't like it, from compared being back in Beijing with his true family. When he first was new to the Soul Society, he was indeed confused for the first time ever in his life...but got used to it as he got older. He gained a certain type of power that was indeed very unique in a way for others to see in presence, while others when they see it gain fear of him. People gave him the title of White Soul by his white hair and that of his spiritual pressure of being.....Pure....yet Evil. He had a twin brother which was Garuda Mishino, when they were younger. The two twins went out at each other at a tall pillar that reached the heavens people say. But in the end, only one was left standing (Kotaru)...but he has a feeling that Garuda will be back again sooner or later on. And this time, he's going to end it one way or another.

Cosmetic Affect:
A giant crescent scythe, that has kanji symbols written into it meaning to seal of entities of different worlds, but it's just rumored to be like that. Also gains the user a mask and long cloak with hood to cover face, that temporarily takes control of the user sometimes.
Performance Affect:
Wields the power of dark-based attacks in the blade itself by the ancient symbols carved into the blade. By doing this, it has the power of darkness which can also separate things in two or multiples. This Shikai's power is shown by how strong one's will is and their reiatsu on how pure or how dark it is. (Weak Reiatsu=Short Scythe/ Strong Reiatsu= Long Scythe) By this happening it can take on most powerful attacks in it's way by one slash in the middle across or above it.
Shikai Attacks:
1: Oni Ketsu- Creates a barrier around Kotaru made of darkness that absorbs then reflects them back. (Protects Whole body, or parts)
2: Oni Gashi- Kotaru can make a clean rift in the air or ground that launches a ranged attack on the other side of the hole.

Cosmetic Affect: Kotaru loses the cloak and hood a little and becomes ripped and and messes up. But the mask is longer down his face and surrounds his whole head besides just the front of his head.
Performance Affect: Increases Strength, and speed of swing. can create more rifts and large black rips through air.
Shikai Attacks:
1: Seismic Rift- Makes a rift that blocks attacks naturally.
2: Oblivious Rift- Creates a dark aura around blade, then started twirling it around at a fast rate of speed that makes a humming sound to it, and would be very dangerous if swung or thrown at.
