Welcome to Captain Murasa's Shipwreck Seafood. The other..... great little seafood place. Unlike other seafood joints, Captain Murasa delivers fresh and high quality fish and other seafood from either the sea or trashed a fishing ship to get it, so you better not complain or (nevermind the plank) Captain Murasa will get mad and go "a** anchor" on you!
Apitizers:
Shrimp bites= Cooked basket of shrimp.
Shipwreck sampler= Salmon, Tuna, Red snapper, and shrimp served hibachi style. Items from the Shipwreck platter menu served apitizer style.
Fishsticks= Cut and batter dipped and served with your choice seafood sauce.
Cheese sticks= Nazrin's favorite! Either Mozzerella, cheddar, Jack, Provoline, or American dipped in seafood bredding and served with Maranera sauce.
Fried Calimari= Batter dipped and fried squid served either with maranera, peanut oil, or yakitori sauces. (or all of the above)
Crab soup= Crabmeat stewed in mozzerella sauce and miso stock. Served with water crackers.
Shipwreck Platters:
Salmon Hibachi= Salmon served Hibachi style served with vegtables and bedded with coastal style rice.
Tuna Hibachi= Tuna served Hibachi style served with vegtables and bedded with coastal style rice.
Red snapper Hibachi= Red snapper served Hibachi style served with vegtables and bedded with coastal style rice.
Fire grilled Flounder= Hibachi grilled and flamed whole flounder served with sliced and diced vegtables and lemon juice, bedded with coastal style rice.
Shrimp Hibachi skewers= Skewered shrimp with vegtables and topped with butter and seasoning served on a bed of coastal style rice.
Lobster Hibachi= Lobster served Hibachi style served with vegtables and bedded with coastal style rice.
Coastal crabcakes= Hibachi grilled crabcakes served with rice and spices.
Deviled crab dish= Deviled crabs open flame cooked and seasoned with Murasa's signature spices.
Sailor sandwich= Favorited by sailors, navymen, and hearty eaters alike. Fried sandwich with pastromi, boloangi, sliced borats and salami. Fixed with cheese. Cooked on butter.
Bucconeer barbeque:
Salmon BBQ= Shou Toramaru's personal favorites. Salmon steak cooked and slathered with sauces and dry rubs.
Sea Bass BBQ= Either which type of sea bass there is, they will be cooked, grilled, seasoned, and sauced.
Shrimp BBQ= Your choice of regular, butterfly, or giant shrimp cooked in barbeque.
Snapper BBQ= Red snapper cooked and slathered with sauces and dry rubs.
Jack Sparrow sampler= 4 items from the bucconeer menu served similar to the apitizer except in larger portions. All cooked, sauced and seasoned.
Drinks:
Soda, water, coffee, tea, rum, sake, beer, and whine/whisky
Sauces:
Signature sauces come in Apple maple, rum spice, Bourbon spice, and yakitori sauces.
Spices come in either signature made or old bay.
