i've tried to get help with this before but i need some more
ill try here first.
so, 3 months ago, my parents took away my phone and ipod
if i apologize i can get my stuff back
i've never apologized before because i never needed to and i don't have a good realationship with my parents.
I know by just saying "I'm sorry" works, I have tried to and thought really hard about this but I want to say sorry without actually saying the words but with meaning.
i thought about just leaving a note.

but can't you just say I apologize for - yada yada reason.. and get your things back? or is it not that simple

confused I'm a slight bit puzzled. So your parents took them for no real reason. Just because they wanted to, and they you to say your sorry in order to get them back?

I'm on of those people whose proud of the belongings they earned with their own money. And this is theft as far as I'm concerned. I think it's wrong too! But until I'm on my own, I have to go by my parents rules. 2 more years or so until I can move out.God, that's scary.
