BUT HOLY DEVIL! SOME GUY LIKE THAT?! He can NOT replace the origonal actor. Oh he is my favorite actor of all time... was in blazing sattles you know... he was like...Billy the Kid play off I beleive. He has such a sinister voice and off beat sense of humor. I love his smile and the way he whispers...
smile its so eerie..
I'm definiatly going to see this remake...even if it staring a shocking person for the role.
Anyone one else hear of this remake? What do ya think of it all?

Johnny Depp - New Wonka
I want to see it. I heard it might be a twisted version. That'd be awesome. Give the kids cocaine laced wonka bars xd Ahem, anyway....I want to see..... I also wanna see the remake of Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy. MY favorite part of Willy Wonka is the tunnel scene where Wilder gets his freaky on

lol. ^^ twisted version. I hear it is atleast going to be darker...
Charlie would be like a Jew on the streets of Nazi Germany and the only way he could escape is finding a golden card to escape to america from the Wonka Chocolate factory... there is gonna be a big battle at the end and all of the children are going to end up fighting in the Battle of the Bulge.
EDIT: okay maybe a bit TOO dark... but ya know...certainly be quite a twist wouldn't it? I'd go to see taht!

course its going to be twisted. the mad director himself is doing it. and we all know that when Tim Burton does a movie with Johnny Depp...its a twisted good time.

AlmsiviConner I'm definiatly going to see this remake...even if it staring a shocking person for the role. I'm going to see it too, but probably not until it comes out on dvd, methinks my girls are too young to watch the twisted version, so I'll probably be renting the original with Gene Wilder in it for the girls to watch ^_^ Oh, and if you don't already know by now, Johnny Depp is playing Wonka 3nodding

ok if depp is in a movie, i am not only going to watch it, but im going to buy the dvd, watch it at home while masturbating and then stalk him a million times to get him to sign the dvd and yakonw.. rape him dry =)

Tessiebean I'll probably be renting the original with Gene Wilder in it for the girls to watch ^_^
my mom showed it to me when she was watching some random porno with her boyfriend at the time and i was sitting there watching it, getting VERY disturbed
*cringe* the original still gives me nightmares to this day

I personally think the new one is a lot scarier looking in comparison to the old one.

the only thing that really frightened me about the origional movie WAS the oompa-loompas! *shifts eyes* neh hah hah...But if Mr. Depp's going to be distracting me in this verson, maybe I can bear it wink
