15 years after the events of the 'Whoever, Whatever RP' Earth is in turmoil. The moon has been thrown out of orbit (due to Seth & 100 crashing a meteorite into themselves while stood on the moon) meaning it is going to crash into the planet very soon. The massive sleeper ships destined for the vast emptiness of space have already been launched - including the one headed for Ares - but many people remain on Earth, doomed to their fate. Almost all of the resources on the planet have been used on the sleeper ship; cities lay in ruin, entire sections of earth have been ripped up in the search for usable resources, gunfights have broken out, any fuel there may have been has been taken and a state of almost constant panic ripples through those still on the ground.

After gathering together an army of werewolves to take on the Angelus Corporation, Tsukiko is finally squaring off against his greatest enemy & has prevented them from leaving the planet on a personal sleeper ship. Not willing to sacrifice the army who had followed him so loyally, the alpha werewolf plans to put them on said ship & launch them into space, yet remain on Earth himself.

Thus we join the story. The moon is about to collide with the planet, directly above the city that housed the main Angelus Corporation building. Something evil is approaching, but not from the giant rock hurtling towards the Earth, this thing is already here. Now the ones remaining must ask themselves one question; if you only had one day left to live, what would you do?

With the breeze ruffling his hair & jacket Tsukiko gazed down towards the open space he knew would soon be a battlefield. He could smell the burning city on the air; mass hysteria didn't bode too well for the human race, they'd quickly descended into violent & destructive behaviour, bordering on madness. Houses had burned, buildings were broken into, people were stabbed in the street. Although, the arrival of some thousand werewolves (along with the humans that were also loyal to him) had soon quelled the rioting. It wasn't as though they'd had to do anything exactly, their mere presence drove fear into the heart of the people, making them go into hiding. Speaking of the werewolves, he could hear their excitable noises behind him. Some were still human, but a large number were making barking and growling sounds that could only come from their wolven forms.

A long sigh escaped from him, it had taken a long time to get to this point & now, with the world ending, his pack were going to follow him into a battle that some would not emerge from. He knew that every single one of them was loyal to him & would fight till their last breath but, even now, he didn't know why they were so devoted to him. He didn't think he'd ever discover the answer - since the werewolves didn't seem to know themselves.

Directly in front of him the Uratha could see the towering building that housed those that remained of the Angelus Corporation. Today, one way or another, the fued was going to end.

Takara stood in the first row of awaiting werewolf combatants behind Tsukiko. They had been seperated for some time, but she and Tsukiko had found each other by accident when Earth fell into turmoil. She was beside him now, second in command, apprentice to the stars, right hand...woman?

The female clenched a fist as she heard a gentle sniffle behind her. The woman's blonde muzzle wrinkled as she let out a low growl and whipped around. But once she saw what, or rather who was behind her, she closed her mouth and whined softly.

A small tan werewolf boy - only around ten - was cowering behind his jet black scarred father (who ignored the sobs and scowled at Takara). Takara took in the expression of the pup, with his tan coloured muzzle damp with tears, and her fist clenched tighter as she fought back her own. She may be blind in one eye, and ready for a fight, but she couldnt stop the hurt that came when she saw the child in line to fight.

Takara knelt on one knee and beckoned for the pup to come to her, the boy looked up, one ear cocked and his head tilted to the right a little. Takara motioned again, and the boy slinked over to her, perching on her knee and burying his head in her snow white fur. He sobbed as he felt the comforting arms of this strange white and blonde werewolf around him. Takara looked up at the father, who's gaze had not shifted from the back of Tsukiko's head, and then lifted the child's head to face her.

"What's your name hun?"
"Tommy..."
"Tommy huh? Well, Tommy, my name is Takara,"
"Hello Tak...Takara,"
"Tommy, your daddy and me need you to be brave right now...you think you can do that? Do you?"
"B..but I don't wanna fight! A..and daddy said I...I have to!" the boy cried, erupting with more tears. (A few other werewolves had glanced over, not including Tommy's dad).
"I know...it's hard Tommy. But we all have to try and help out...we want to get off of this planet don't we?"
"...yeah..."
"Then we gotta be strong..okay?"
"mkay..." Tommy answered, hugging Takara tightly.

The tan boy stepped back, but didnt let go of Takara's hand. Takara glanced down at their hands and shed a tear as she knew that she had just given this boy false hope, and that there was a chance neither of them would survive this forsaken planet.

Ryuu stood with Tsukiko Hayes as the elder of the two spoke about how he was both nervous and excited about the upcoming battle.
"God, Ryuu, this is just like when we were younger. Do you remember?"
A small smile crossed the white-haired man's face as he remembered the thrill of battle, being along side both Tsukiko and Aikio as they fought countless humans and demons alike. He remembered Aikio's face as she helped bandage them up after fighting, how she used to smile when they had won, how she would tell them that "At least none of us died!" When they had lost. God how he missed her. Tsu must have been thinking along the same lines as he now was looking down at his shoes, a hand running through his hair.
"I-I miss her."
Ryuu paused as the two looked at each other, before placing a hand on Tsukiko's shoulder.
"So do I, but we can't get wound up in the past. We have to focus, Tsu."
The older man nodded and looked over at their leader. It was coincidence that Tsu had met this other Tsukiko, and he had been sucked into the battle of these werewolves against the Angelus Corporation, dragging Ryuu and Aikio into it aswell. He felt a pang of regret, maybe if he hadn't, Aikio might still be alive. Tsukiko shook his head. No, he shouldn't think things like that. What happened, happened. There's nothing he can do to change it. He just hoped he would be able to help the other Tsukiko and stop more innocent people from dying.

Tsukiko didn't turn around to face his pack, but he still knew that Takara had found the child. He'd known the pup's father was going to fight & that there was a strong possibility he'd tell his son to as well. The scarred black fighter was proud, often too much so. Though the alpha knew that he needed all the fighter's he could, he just couldn't bring himself to send a child into the heat of war. The others were older, more capable of fighting & already adjusted to their new werewolf life; this one had only just gone through his first transformation.

With a long, heavy sigh the werewolf looked up at the sky, the ominous presence of the moon filling up a large portion of the sky. Tsukiko knew that something was coming, his instincts told him so, but it wasn't the moon that was bothering him right now... it was something else.

Striding back to his army with his jacket blowing around him, the alpha approached Takara and the child. His dark, penetrating gaze shifting down to look at the pup as his deep, commanding voice rang out.
"You will not be fighting here. I want you to join the medical platoon."
His eyes softened ever so slightly,
"Can you do that for me son?"
If there was any complaint from the father, it was ignored by the alpha as he turned his attention to Takara.
"I must speak with you, we have much to plan."
With that he moved off, his scarred face deadpan so as not to give away his deep regret at the battle that was to ensue. He had met many werewolves over the years, some had become his good friends, others were simply in the rank & file; but he had tried to learn as many of them by name as possible & he didn't wish to lose any of them. There was also the added complication of his old friends - Tsu & Ryuu - they'd joined him as well, only to lose one of their friends as a result. As he glanced at the faces - both wolven & human - that stared at him, he couldn't help feeling a twag in his gut. They trusted him so much...

Takara's eyes glittered as she saw the impressive male come over, she straightened her back, smirking as the pup mimicked her. Takara watched as the ever gentle Tsu relieved the child of his duties, much to the dismay of the father - but he daren't challenge the alpha, even if he did want that position badly.

A female werewolf that worked at the medical platoon was sent to collect Tommy, and led the boy away. Takara ruffled the boy's fur as he bade goodbye, trying to smile, but she knew that even though he wasnt fighting....he wasn't going to make it to see either his father or his new friend Takara. At least the boy was happy now...even the father shed a tear he strove to maintain a strong appearance and simply called "Goodbye," to his son...

Takara tilted her head, wiping tears from her cheeks and muzzle as her alpha requested her. She felt that ever present twinge in her chest that she always did when she was talking to him.

Her love for him had originated when they were fugitives in a facility that she had no desire to reminisce about - she never was told why she was taken there... Anyway, this love has remained, but alas, Tsukiko never notices. It breaks her heart to think that she will die without her love even knowing how she felt.

Takara followed Tsukiko, ears pricked listening to the hushed conversations of other army men and women as she kept close behind
the alpha. The female glanced behind her, suddenly overwhelmed by the sheer size of the group that that shown up to support her mat..I mean, her alpha.

A single tear, not looking back as he steps onboard, a voice calls out, that of a young woman, he turns, the door closes, but he catches a glimpse.
Koko...

The ancient man shook himself back to reality, which was literally a world away from his brief flashback.
He had been stood on top of a half-collapsed house, staring at the moon that obscured most of the sky.
"I hope you were right dad..."
The dagger that he had once carried had now grown to its former size, now decorated with golden patterns around the hilt.
He leapt down to the street below, walking amongst the army of humans and werewolves that had been assembled by Tsukiko and himself, who had called for assistance from all of his allegiances, many of them being otherworldly.

He approached the Alpha, with whom he had become friends after a long fight, with neither being the victor, they decided to settle their disputes with a drinking contest, which neither of them remember.

"Tsukiko my old friend, Quite the army you've assembled here! They may outnumber us greatly and be better equipped, but they have nothing on our morale."

Hikaru and Minoru soared above the gathered army, they had heard about it even over in their homeland and had decided they'd come help their old friend. Their keen golden eyes scanned the soldiers; Hikaru pointed out their old friends Ryuu and Tsu to his brother, they would have to go say 'hi' later but right now they needed to find a certain werewolf.

The twins knew he would be at the head of the army and so focused their gaze there, it took only seconds for Minoru to spot him and, after informing his brother, angled their bodies to where he was.

The two came to a stop in the air above Tsukiko and a female they didn't know.

Though Hikaru, being the pest he was, decided to flip over and hover face to face, upside down in front of Tsukiko a smirk on his face and a mischievous glint in his eyes. His twin giggled above them, they were both still pests.
"Hey there big guy, long time no see!"

Ryuu spotted something above them, tilting his head slightly before smirking.
"Hey, the twins have come to join the party."
Tsukiko looked back at Ryuu, a hint of confusion on his face before it twisted into a grin.
"The kids? Christ, I haven't seen them in ages!"
Ryuu gave his old friend a smile. They were both hurting but this wasn't the best time, he needed to keep Tsukiko positive. Christ, he needed to keep himself positive and he was certain the mischevious twins could do that.
"Shall we go say hi?"
Ryuu looked over at where they had stopped. It seemed they were talking to Hemming. The white-haired man shook his head.
"Not yet. Let them finish them conversation first."
He watched them for a bit, noting the other man with them. He seemed a lot older than Hemming, carrying a rather beautiful sword. Ryuu looked down at his own, a pair of handmade swords. He felt slightly old-fashioned, running around with swords while Tsu had guns, but he felt safe with them. He knew how to handle them, better than what he could do with a gun at least.

The two werewolves continued to walk until they reached the place the alpha had been while surveying the future battlefield. Just as Tsukiko opened his mouth to talk to Takara his ancient friend approached, causing a faint smile to pass across his lips; he rarely smiled anymore, prefering to keep impassive in case he betrayed the wrong emotion & created uncertainty within his followers. At Alek's statement the alpha werewolf turned his head a little to look over his pack.
"I hope you're right Alek... but I know we'll lose some good members today..."
His swivelled his gaze back to the man, his brown eyes fierce.
"But not without tearing most of them apart!"

At the appearance of the twins, the Uratha blinked slowly, not used to having someone face to face with him - even if they were upside down in the air. Being at least 6' 5" there weren't many who could look him in the eye anymore. The pack immediately brought their attention to the winged twins, perceiving them as a threat, a few snarls rippled through the air. After a moment of staring at Hikaru, Tsukiko reached round & grabbed him by the back of his shirt, turning him right-side up & holding him out in front of himself.
"Still the trouble-maker I see?"
A small chuckle escaped him & the rest of his pack relaxed when they realised the new-comers were no threat. The growls faded & the wolves went back to their business. Tilting his head up to look at Minoru the alpha rolled his eyes before bringing his attention back to Takara without letting go of Hikaru.
"These guys are Hikaru & Minoru, a couple of little trouble-makers I met years ago. Haven't changed at all..."

(Haha! Me thinks you mean Hikaru and Minoru XD Hikaru and Kaoru are the Ouran twins XD)

Hikaru pouted as he was turned right way round and held up by his wolfy friend, above Minoru was now doubled over with laughter at the sight of his older brother. The older twin folded his now fully formed, red tinted white wings to his body and kicked his legs slightly.
"And you're still tall I see. We're the same age as you, why are you so tall, damn it?!"

Still chuckling, Minoru fluttered down to alight his feet on the ground. He looked up at Tsukiko while wiping tears of mirth from his golden eyes.
"We're not completely the same as we were back then, we're much better at not getting caught now!"
The younger twin grinned and reached up to place a hand on Tsukiko's shoulder. His grin softening.
"It's good to see you again."

"Yeah, it's bleeding wonderful. Now will you put me down already!"

Takara dipped her head in greeting to an ancient man, clearly having some respect for the aged man. The female werewolf felt a little awkward - she only knew Tsukiko. But she felt even more awkward when the strange twins showed up, and was among those who instinctively growled.

When Tsukiko introduced her to them, she smiled a wolfish grin, flicking her ears back a little. Takara then placed a paw on tsukiko's bicep, secretly marvelling the Uratha's physique, and asked him in hushed tones "What was it you needed Alpha?" She loved calling him that - the sense of power and admiration she held for him could not be understood by others.

"Always with the tearing and ripping with your sort... It'll definitely come in handy today.... That said, we need to talk tactics."
With that the ancient man turned away, recognising many of the faces in the crowd. He continued to speak to the Alpha.
"Our saboteur managed to take out their radar before we lost contact, so we'll have the element of surprise if we attack quickly".
He turned back to the black werewolf.
"And our scouts have confirmed that they have a large number of 600 class infantry (Quicker reactions and accelerated ageing as well as some 220 class teleporters with a couple of 500 class brutes, built like a war-form MHC, often covered with gatling guns and stuff."
Alek sighed, he knew he'd played a part, if only a little bit, in the creation of these abominations, but it was all for her, if he hadn't given them the technology, she would never of been created and loaded onto the sleeper ship.

The small shack was an old favourite of his, the perfect vantage point, out of the sun, out of sight and brilliant visibility. She would be shooting for real this time, her first kill.
They waited for two days, she never took her eyes off the desert trail.
It was nearing midnight as the target's vehicle appeared on the dusty road, it was some kind of high-speed hover vehicle, travelling at around 200 miles per hour. She fired once, aiming not for the target himself, but the craft's stabilizers, sending the vehicle crashing into the dust and turning it into a fireball. A little messy for his tastes, but a good shot nonetheless.
She was good, almost too good.

He shook himself back to reality once again, his flashbacks had become more and more frequent, It was how he knew this was what he was supposed to do.
PostPosted: Mon Mar 14, 2011 2:35 pm

(Damn ^^; Well, good thing I fixed it ='D )

Looking at Hikaru as though he had only just noticed he was there, Tsukiko raised an eyebrow then set him on the ground. He couldn't help a little bit of teasing & slipped unknowingly back into the accented voice of his youth.
"Sorry 'bout that shorty, forgot I had ya there."
He grinned at the twins for a moment, returning Minoru's statement that it was good to see them too, even though he didn't say anything.

His attention then turned to Takara. The Alpha didn't comment on the female's paw - which rested lightly on his arm - as he'd gotten used to her touches. Though he had no idea about the affections behind the touch, he was still as clueless as he had been when he was younger in that sense. His voice returned to the crisp, commanding voice he usually took, his accent fading again (he figured that pronouncing his words properly was more professional).
"Takara, I will need you to command the pack half-way through the battle. I'm afraid I will not be there to do so, I have an..."
He looked towards one of the tall buildings of the Angelus Corporation, easily visible in the distance.
"... important mission to complete. They should not give you any trouble & even if they try to."
He smiled a little at her, his eyes glinting a little in the light.
"I'm sure you'll sort them out with ease."

Finally his gaze shifted to Alek & he motioned with his head that the ancient man should follow him. There were certain things he didn't want to be discussed round the others - like just how many casualties he expected to have....

Hikaru scowled and crossed his arms when he was set down and resisted the urge to stick his tongue out, he wasn't that childish anymore. Really!

Before Tsukiko could leave with the other man they jumped up and down to get his attention back on them, Hikaru quickly snapping out of his annoyed mode.

"Hey, we just want to-"

"Let you know that we're-"

"Here to be your on field medics!"
The twins still had a habbit of finishing each others sentences and speaking in sinc, mainly 'cause it showed how close they were and also because it annoyed and confused most people.
The two then held out their arms to the werewolf, grinning like idiots.
"Hug!!"
