Avia kept looking over her shoulder after every couple of steps she took. She was determined for her sister or momma not to follow. They were always following her around. Checking again, Avia bent to the ground, edging slowly forward. She was oh so stealthy. No one could sneak up on her. No one could take her. She was simply the best. Grinning at her victory of sneaking off, Avia bounded over a log, and yelled "Ah!" trying to surprise what ever awaited on the other side.
A few birds that had been picking around for food flew off in a hurry. "Ha! Scared ya good, didn't I?" Avia swished her tail happily, grinning at the bright sky. "Stupid birds. They didn't have a prayer." Sneering, she continued to prance along her way, not worrying about looking at where she was going. She was just that awesome.

 Rakshi had heard the birds go fluttering off, which wasn't unusual, but the rather snide commentary afterward was. He sighed, What is with all the girls that hang around here? He wondered if he'd ever meet another colt. Deciding to observe for the time being rather than intrude upon someone else's adventure, he smirked and walked lightly to catch up to the dork that wasn't masking their footsteps at all. If he'd learned anything hiding your footfall was a must in the forest with all the bigger mares and nasty things that ran around, but this one seemed brave without much intelligence.
He snorted, then bounded outward, "You might wanna stop. There's a hole over there." He figured it was the least he could do considering he'd seen his sister biff it into that hole already and from what he'd heard from her it wasn't fun for her thin legs.

The voice that suddenly came from her side caused Avia to jolt into the air with a start. Wide eyed and startled, she jerked her head in all directions until she spotted the white and pastel colored foal, a little bigger than she was. She didn't much like his tone she realized when the adrenalin faded as quickly as it came. Turning to face him, an eyebrow raised and her eyes skeptical. "Thanks." she said in a curt way, lacking of any gratitude in her voice. Flicking her tail left and right, Avia pursed her lips. "What are you doing here?" Still suspicious, she took a step toward him, her wings fluttering once.
Avia had never met a boy before. Mother had spoken about them. How thats what father's are supposed to be. Avia hadn't seen her father yet but she imagined a giant white stallion warrior. At least thats what Avia picked up from the answer's Chastity gave them when they asked questions. Avia hoped they all weren't like the colt in front of him.

He could tell that she wasn't too happy about his presence, but she would have gotten herself hurt stupidly if he hadn't said anything. He wondered if he should be mean, like he had been with Blake, then thought better of it, "I'm hiding from my sister who has an affinity for playing a dragon." He smirked a bit and flicked his electric blue tail a bit, "I also didn't think it would be fun if you did the same thing my sister Leila did a week ago, which was face plant because of that hole." He had a rakish quality to him, so of course some would be suspicious, "Of course, I'm sure you with your wings could have managed to get away from it, but I didn't know you were winged till I stepped out." He grinned at her despite knowing she didn't really think much of him.
"What are you doing around this part? I know a few foals who sneak out to from their mothers. And seeming every last one of them around here is a girl." He sighed, reminding himself once again about his lack of male friends.

So he was fleeing the company of his sister as well. She wondered if he too was the youngest. Her irritation subsided a little at his explanation and she figured she ought to offer an apology, ever reluctant about it she may be. "Er.. well.. thank you... again." She seemed to have more meaning in her second apology, her long tail flicking about sporadically. The image of his sister sent giggles into her snout that she suppressed. She would of outwardly laughed had she not wanted him to think she was serious. She'd picked up that seriousness most of the time made you seem more formidable. She was unaware as a foal, the principals didn't apply. It probably only made her look older, and bored. She certainly wasn't going to let on that she couldn't fly yet. Her wings weren't big enough to carry her body so she'd have to wait until they grew more. "Yeah, you're probably right." He shrugged, trying to make it seem like it was obvious to her as well.
She didn't want it to sound like she was like everyone else, so she lied quickly. "I.. live by myself actually. I'm all alone and come and go as I please." Smiling a little smugly, Avia approached closer to the colt, her tail still flicking about damn near on its own. "I'm just exploring, that's all." She didn't comment about being another girl. She hadn't ever met a boy before so he was definitely curious. He smelled very different from Momma and Radiance.
Her jaw dropped as she noticed what she had found so curious about him. "You.. don't have a horn." She breathed, leaning very close to his face examining his forehead. "And... and.." As she looked him more closely over, she also noticed his tail. "And have a weird butt!" Wide-eyed with curiosity, Avia tried to circle him and get all the views. "Weird."

There was something in her voice that told him she was lying. But he'd let it pass for now. She'd either want to appear cool by being a "lone foal" or she'd end up admitting she was just like the rest of the foals around here, and trying to escape the oppressive adults who tried to keep the foals out of trouble. But how in the heck where they supposed to learn if they didn't get into trouble now and then?
He was shaken from his own thoughts as she suddenly made remarks about his lack of a horn, and his butt being weird. He clicked his tongue, "You know, not every soquili is the same. I've seen ones with tails like yours, two horns and long cloven hooves like a deer. Those were interesting ones. You one horn, you have wings and...you've got that long tail. I'm pretty sure you're a cross breed like my other friend." He grinned a bit, "Of course you don't have fins so you're not a water soquili either." He couldn't help showing off his knowledge, he and his sisters had gone on an adventure and found several different kinds, though this was his first run in with someone who had wings. "Now then, madam thinks I look weird, I would say a white foal with pink cheeks, wings a long tail, and horns is a bit more unusual than one with a fluffy tail and no horn." He couldn't help his tone being a bit sarcastic, "I mean, I'm pretty common looking and you're...more unique...especially in color. I don't think I've seen many pure white soquili, but then, I'd be lying if I said I'd seen that many." His tail fluffed a bit and he smirked at her. This other foal was obviously inexperienced when it came to life, so her ploy of living on her own would soon fall by the wayside, unless she chose to make an excuse of being a lone hermit and never leaving her cave. It might be an entertaining afternoon rather than the boring one he'd thought it would be.

She snorted at his evaluation, but felt the heat burn beneath her fur as he called her unique. She felt a quiver in her mid-stomach, rather than flashing anger she expected. A compliment?
It was true she hadn't been very experienced in types of soquili, and could easily lay out the numerous questions his listing of features brought out, but she wouldn't show that. Nope. She attempted a bored expression as she wandered about, but staying close to the foal. At his conclusion, she rolled her eyes and turned just her head to face him. "My mother tells me my father was very.. unique himself." She smiled happily, looking away. "He had absolutely no color, what so ever. Not even in his eyes. Just pure white." She smirked, visualizing her father. He was surely magnificent, gorgeous, and more importantly... powerful. She sighed wistfully, her tail unconsciously twitching left and right as cat would do while sun bathing.

Rakshi smirked as she pretended to be bored, and then she went bragging about her father, that was a little bit of a sore spot for Rakshi, but then, he'd met his father and this filly hadn't, since she was describing him from what her mother had spoken of, "Sure he wasn't just a ghost?" He thought for a few moments and smirked, "Must be interesting to have a dad who's pale enough to hide in snow. But personally I like color a bit better, rosy cheeks are always a good sign of health, rather than being white as a cloud." He grinned rakishly, figuring the foal would get annoyed with him soon enough and take her leave. It wasn't like he had to stick around and talk, but he did enjoy poking at those he didn't know.
"I'm guessing you have this whole romantic idea of how cool your father is, but you know, the real thing is never as awesome as you imagine it to be, so hopefully you never meet your father, you might be super disappointed." He spoke from his own experience of his father being a lazy stallion who rarely got motivated to do anything. He thought his father was fairly cool, until he realized that the lazy lump was having his sisters and himself run errands for him to keep from having to exert extra effort.

Okay, this little show-offy colt was getting on her nerves big time. Narrowing her eyes, she abruptly turned to face all of him, a snarl crinkling her muzzle. "I would think I'd know more about my own father rather than you. It's certainly not my fault, nor my problem yours is a waste of space." She felt a rhythmic rumbling in her chest and noticed it made a noise, but she didn't care. Her anger was what was front center right now.
Feeling the anger ebb away, she turned once again away from the foal, making her way some where else. "You've turned into a huge disappointment. hmph." Flicking her tail again, she started through the trees.

Rakshi curbed the need to knock the filly's head for a loop, pointless as it was, he shrugged off the irritation, and almost laughed when she growled at him, it wasn't like she had to get defensive, it was only her father, "Well, since I'm disappointing, and you're on your way elsewhere, I'm going to head back where life is less boring, and less cranky." He smirked and turned the opposite direction, good riddance to another girl. it was not like he needed more of them, he had plenty with two sisters, and this one had an arrogant attitude for miles.
