Sammael was a sad moment if you get the wrong ending so I'd say 'one.
Pyramid Head is another....the Grey Child and mumblers disturb me, along with the nurses, and lastly I agree with Kyo that the God boss is pretty disturbing. DX

You know it isn't just his appearance that makes Pyramid Head scary but his origin, basically one only appears when grief, and sorrow is manifested within Silent Hill, along with most of the monsters James Sunderland encountered in his journey there. I drew this a while back to be funny about it though...D<

yea the feminine ones are scary but so are schisms which are male, the creept hammerhead shark-human mix... oh and where the Needler's heads are located are creepy too..
