Backstory;

-Adopted

-Born out of FEAR from a plague in an ancient era. She was born, but remained dormant for a long time deep within a tree. Her body represents the decaying of the beautiful land that was infected.

-Dragons/Wyverns/etc were revered as sacred in her family, as they were said to be able to tell the future, and bring good fortune to those graced by their presence. Thus why she wears the skull upon her head.

-Bells were common items used in the healing practice. They were said to be the communication with a person's soul, their chime so pure that it echoes right into the core of one's existence.

She was once apart of a beautiful world, and birthed into the royal family who ruled with easy respect.
A plague managed to take over the inhabitants of the world, killing most of them off, and bringing chaos.
But Ishkavette's parents managed to create a doorway to another world, so that their offspring may survive, and maybe find a cure. But as Ishkavette, and her youngest sister were making their escape, the eldest sister, the warrior, sacrificed herself to get them to safety while the portal closed.
But both rescued sisters were still effected, giving their once beautiful body's ragged and disgusting appearances.
Thus leaving them to walk the lands with their hideous hides, in search for an antidote, and way back home without killing or infecting anyone in the new world...

Being the philosopher/oracle of the sister trio, Ishkavette knew what was needed to heal the plague.
Dealt with having a deadly touch with her front appendages, causing anything they touch to decay, she has found talismans with of a bell and ribbon combo to encase around her front hinges and prevent such things from happening.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? She wants to learn how to make a life for herself, since her old home is impossible to now reach. It's best, she thinks, to adapt to what may very well be permanent than to wallow in mourning and despair.
Class wise, she would most likely be interested in; Botany, Creature Feature 101, perhaps Great Works of the 20th Century or Stealth, and I'm sure she would love to learn how to heal... though with her plague, she is uncertain if it will hinder her or not from such things. Of course, with her talismans, it may be possible.

Natural Ability:
-With her petrified state of her plague, she's also found that she can make things decay if she touches them with her hands; unless she has the bell talisman's on her wrists which keep it harnessed and under control. Allowing her to touch things. This isn't to say she kills as soon as she touches, but she just drains or speeds up the processes of decomposition. It's not a fast acting thing either, and depends on the item/being/thing being touched. The bell's can only be removed by other's if they're experiencing a strong emotion, and if she is weakened. She herself can remove them at anytime... but she rarely does.
Of course, this would mean her weakness would be that she can accidentally harm those she doesn't mean to if she's reckless or extremely weak from fatigue, or battle. If she decay's something for too long, she goes into a sort of drained/'blank' state, where she become's empty for a short period of time until she get's rest, or relaxes completely.


FEAR:


Physical Description: Lean, delicate, elegant, graceful, lithe, regal, feminine. A bit busty as well, not over the top, but tasteful, and enough to be eye candy to wandering eyes. xDD;;
Eye Colour: Her 'eye-whites' are black, her iris is a very icy blue; almost transparent blue, and her pupils are tiny black dots. <3
Hair Colour/Style: A rich auburn orange, with lush curls that frame along her face, the ends reaching to her collar bone. {colour}
Skin tone: A light tan tone. {like the picture for the loincloth}
Clothing Style/Colours:
-Top; in the style of Freya's Top, from the Compass of Seidh item. The main colour being cream, and trimmed with gold.
-Bottoms; a loincloth like this, in a cream,
-Helmet; The skull itself is a sort of dusty cream tone. The little tattered coif is dark brown, and the front horn is silver, and the tribal etchings are red like blood. The long red plume, {reaches and trails a little on the ground} which at the end has a cream piece of fabric to wrap around a section so as to serve as a sort of 'scrunchie' for a ponytail, a little tuft of the silky fur plume on the other side of the wrap.

- Accessories;
`gold bangles on her ankles.
`a little clear vial tied along around her neck with a string, filled with a {color} liquid inside.
`a rustic key tied around her neck with a string that's been looped around twice, worn like a choker, the key resting just above the tiny vial.

Extra: (mutations, bulbous nose, freckles, etc.)
-a fewteal markings along her thighs, torso, and shoulders, in this {Midna's markings are a good ref} kind of style. Not really heavy, just very tattoo like, and not glowy either.
-Her arms, up to just before her elbows is slightly transparent, in a gradient fashion; the hand being more see through and further up the arm less and less, fading back into the normal skin tone.
The same goes for her legs, up to just at the center of her calves.
-design under her left eye, in the teal the same as her body markings. Please note that the design I drew doesn't have to be exactly like that. It's just an idea, since.. I was just quickly scribbling junk. xD;
-A silver bell with a little white string bow on the top, the bell on the top of her wrists, and a red ribbon streaming out from either side, curving around the wrist to float freely; the tips cut in a dove tail fashion. {I think that's what it's called... like the ends of this one's.} All in all, a bit like the one here These bells are the talisman's that keep her 'deadly touch' harnessed.
