Abandoned Building
In the darkest corner of Baskil slums sits a lone building, black from a fire and entered by only a handful of people. The building was once a healers home that was rumored to use magic to cure people with ailments no ordinary medicine could handle. One day the woman was exposed to the Aerescia guard and her home burnt down, her belongings destroyed and her throat cut. Now the building stands alone, the wooden fence that bordered the home is cracked and the pathway leading to the still intact door is overgrown with moss and weeds. The windows are smashed, leaving jagged pieces of glass that are not to far from the teeth of a beast. Ivy has found its way upwards and curls around the few wooden beams that are visible from when parts of the roof caved in during the fire.
No one knows why the select people who enter the building do, but some say it is because beneath the burnt out shell, lays a group of people who still practice the art of magic.
