There is a single road that makes its way threw the forest, to leave this rode would be unwise for many have lost their way and ended up mad, dead, or if they are lucky back at the tavern. The forest is home to many mythical creatures, many are unfriendly, many will try and kill you. The shadows are ever moving, and the forest is ever changing.
OOC: I will be adding more later.

Alex leaned against a tree and sighed softly. "Every one looks down on me for being a half breed." He shook his head slightly before he looked towards the tavern. "Lets hope Lord Azreal is right about my fathers blood being stronger then most vampires, and I hope more so he is right about the effect of training." he chuckled faintly before electricity sparked from his body body for several seconds. "Hopefully this Soddus fellow will train me." Alex closed his eyes before he removed the mask covering his eye to reveal markings around his eye simaler to the markings any one who trained with Azreal develiped.

Alex sight before clenched his fists. "Focus your thoughts." He muttered softly to him self before his fists sparked slightly. "find the emotion that brings power." His muscles tensed as a look of hatred crossed his face for a split second." Control it." he slowly reopened his eyes. "And then let the Ki flow." He opened his hands releasing powerful sparks of electricity up his arms before he smiled calmly. "Now." he began to move his arms in a fluid pattern gathering the electrical charge between his hands before the lightning vanished. "Damn it..... I really need practice." he sat down panting slightly. "Its easy when im fighting to charge, why is it so hard when im not."

The beast ran through the forest, its dark eyes flashing back and forth as it searched the shadows. It was being hunted, it knew, for it had hunted travelers for many long years. It had taken up shelter in the ever-changing forest around the castle long before the dragon had come back and rebuilt the castle. It stopped in a clearing and watched the white shadow flicker on the edge of its vision. Turning to catch the white image just in time to see it fade into the darkness once again. The ogre snarled and wrung its large dark hands -- if it could only get hold of the shadow, it thought that it could win. The ogre stopped, standing perfectly still. It twisted around suddenly, swinging one great arm like a club. An explosion of cold agony ran across its arm as it stared in disbelieve at the pale, tall, thin human looking man that stood clad in white before it. The ogre felt the pressure over its heart as the strength in its great limbs slowly faded away. There it stood motionless staring into the cold emerald eyes of the man. It looked down at its own chest to see the blade that gleamed white like sun bleached bone. The ogre knew it had not the strength to keep its eight hundred pound frame standing. It knew that the man standing before it was holding it there effortlessly. The emerald eyes of Tiefer seemed to smile at the ogre. The otherworldly glow was bright in the darkness of the night. He held the ogre before him with one arm outstretched -- his katar-like weapon had pierced the Ogre's heart, the twin weapon in his other hand having severed the arm cleanly. The Silent Lord had gifted this servant Mercy instead of Torment, which was the weapon most often used by Tiefer Folter. Tiefer smiled at the irony -- this ogre had caused so much pain and yet was being allowed a painless death for its many crimes.
"The Silent Lord has granted you mercy for your service to him. Be grateful, it is not often he grants mercy."
Tiefer's voice seemed hollow, cold and empty, much like death itself. Pulling the blade from the ogre's heart, Tiefer turned, walking into the forest, the shadows wrapping round him, pulling him deep into their dark embrace. Tiefer felt the chilling touch of death as he entered the river. Looking back over his shoulder, he watched as the world of the living faded from his view. The river tugged at him, drawing him deeper into death, drawing him to the one place he could always come back to. He let his weapons fade away and drew out his flute. Bringing it to his lips, he played the haunting song, the same one he always played. The song echoed out over the river and back to the tiny glimmer of light that lead back to the world of the living.
In the forgotten forest, the song echoed out. It seemed distant, as if coming from afar. The song echoed off the mountains, throughout the forest, across the castle and out over the lake. The song slowly faded until it seemed that the wind itself was simply playing a song as it blew across the peaks of the mountains.

Alexander lifted his head slightly hearing the music, the haunting music struck a cord inside of him, the undead half of his genetics responded oddly to the sound but the human half reacted in a fashion it should, a natural fear, he sensed death. "What the hell." He slowly rose to his feet gathering energy, the Romani genetics where trying to react and make Alex feral but he fought that off for now. His vampiric aura slowly began to ebb from his body, Alex from experience knew most of the things Azreal had him do and the people he met in his training all some how responded to either his vampiric aura or the Ki training he had begun under Azreal.
Alex slowly clenched his fists feeling the electrical charge begin to build in his body creating sparks around his hands. the pull of the flute where drawing him but he tried to fight it until he knew what it was but the sound was intoxicating in a frightening way. Alex closed his eyes and set his jaw as he clenched his fists. "Alright....this is a losing battle..." He slowly re-opened his eyes. "Remember the Illusions you where forced to live threw."

Feeling his powers pull on another type of dead nearby Tiefer opened his eyes, he still stood in the cold insistent pull of the river. Looking around he pinpointed the dead that stood in life trying to resist the call of his flute. Taking a step towards the point in the river where he could pass from death into life and be about fifteen feet from the dead.
Stepping into life he took the flute from his lips his emerald eyes gleaming with otherworldly energy. He stood there studding the Youth, wondering what the connection to death he possessed. Tiefer stepped forward as his arms disappeared under his cloak. It was clear that Tiefer did not fear the Youth before him, but like always his weapons were ready to be called forth the instant he wished them.
"What manner of creature are you? I have come across beings that are similar in nature to you, but they had a stronger tie to death than you do."

"My name is Alexander Tepes, I am half vampire half Roma." He looked at the man relaxing physically but his guard was clearly still up and he was weary. "What manner of entity are you, my teacher appears like that, and effects me in a similar way but his is his eyes." the Danphir relaxed his hands but the electrical charge in his body kept building slowly. "you met some one like me?" He raised his uncovered eye brow slightly, if this man knew of the Achanti teachings he would reconise the marks of there training on the young half vampires body and his aura.

Rain started to walk around the forbidden forest, her hands behind her back and walking in a daze with her sky blue eyes closed. Not noticing the two men talking, she walked past them in a slow, swift walk. She stopped and sighed and stood with her back turned against the two men.

Just past the entrance to the forest, Brise took Maverik, sheath and all, from her belt and tossed him infront of her. A quick flash of light and a man towering a full head taller than the mixed girl stood with hood up. "Feels like forever since I was in this form." Maverik's voice rang out, stronger and more freely. "Hm? Oh, right." Brise halfheartedly answered, her eyes somewhat blank. She had been back in the elf forest, on the outskirts where she had met the vampire. His cape fluttering gently in the slight breeze, Maverik guess her line of thought and shoved back his hood. His jet eyes traveled over her face, still young in appearance, yet only a century or two younger than he. "Let the past lay, Brise. Washing old wounds in the water of the oceans will not help them heal." He sighed, rolling his stiffened shoulders a bit. "Aye, only make them sting." She finished, looking up into the tangled braches above.

Anastasia walked along the edge of the forest. She had just arrived in the Crimson Underground and did not know where she was. This place seemed rather peaceful though and so Ana decided to follow the forest until she ran into someone or some civilization, whichever came first. Ana hummed softly to herself as she walked.

Maverik sensed a female at the edge of the Forest, an elf if he was correct.
"Brise, do you think you'll need me in Weapon form for a while?" His voice was dark, almost deadly.
"No, we were told this was a safe place, I should be fine. Brise answered, puzzled by his question until she sensed the elven essence glimmering from the edge of the trees. She sensed nothing ill from the girl. "I can still use my abilities, Maverik. I'm not completely defenseless." She leveled him with a cool gaze as she started to walk toward the open, toward the girl.
Maverik stayed still for only a moment, tagging along behind his young Mistress. She never ceased to amaze him, no matter how long he knew her.
When Brise reached the girl, she put on her most winning smile and introduced herself.
"Greetings, I am Brise. Might I ask your name?" It came out sounding more old world than she would have liked, but it couldn't be helped.

Ana looked up when she heard someone approach, her light blue eyes scanned the land ahead until they landed on Brise. "A pleasure to meet you Brise." She spoke, smiling back. Her light brown hair fell freely down her back. "My name is Anastasia, but everyone calls me Ana. I seem to be a bit lost. Could you tell me where we are?"
