Type of Battle: Test of Rikus power (to determine place in squad)
Battlefield: A large grassed field
Weather: No clouds in sight, 5% humidity, 23 F
Conditions: This fight is to test: Literacy and Roleplaying abilities
It does not matter who wins in the fight. There is no threat to anyones position in the squad.
Post your Profiles.
No godmodding (abilities that make you invicible/ unable to take damage)
No auto hitting (No unavoidable attacks)
Time Limit:2 Days
JUDGE: not really needed, but any of the mods can jump in if interested

 Riku smiled and pulled out his dual zanpakutos and Riku's eyes turned from orange to crimson red. He looked at Yuudai with speculation as to how he fights and his zanpakuto looks , he put him self in a battle ready stance and waited for Yuudai to make his move Riku said Ready when you are! He grinned largely and thought to himself This should be fun....

Yuudai smirked, "First things first. Surround your blades in spirtual pressure,so we don't kill each other,it'll hurt like hell if you get hit, but you won't get cut."

Riku did so and channel some of his spiritual pressure to his dual zanpakutos , there was a light coat of red wind surrounding the swords giving them a red tint he smugly grinned and said I am ready when you are, oh an by the way I used to a Vice Capitan as well so don't go easy....

Yuudai smiled again "I dont intend to.", Yuudai did not draw his sword, instead he concetrated some of his reatsu into his fists, he then launched himself forward at incredible speed,closing the gap in a matter of seconds, he then threw a powerful uppercut at Rikus stomach...

Riku spun in a 360 motion attempting to block his attack with his sword Riku then flash stepped behind Yuudai and said to himself already taking into to account his speed and close combat abilities , I see good thing I have experience with shinigami like you... Riku then made an x shap with his blade struck Yuudai's back , the purpose was not to injure him but to push him away to get time to the think of his next move.

Yuudais smile spread across his face "Congrats, anyone below forth seat wouldn't have avoided that attack,ready to try out for seat three?" without waiting for an answear Yuudai quickly drew his zanpaktou and adopted a low fighting stance, his blue spirit energy danced up and down the blade, giving the impression that the blade was alive..

 Riku's mind snapped as he noticed a slight rise in intensity, he grinned smugly and shift his dual zanpakutos facing behind him so he could access to punch and strike with is blade he thought I got to keep all my options open to fully analyze his abilities once I do I can reach full potential for now. Riku noticed his zanpakuto and said You sure know how to make your zanpakuto look pretty intimidating. Riku then took a firm and still pose ready for Yuudai to come at him with all he got. Now all I do is wait....

Yuudai smirked he had seen this kind of person before analysing abilities from a distance, he also knew that if you reduce the amount of time they spent analysing, thier tactics usually fell apart. He built up a small amount of spirit enegry and used this as boost to launch himself at Riku, at the last second however he used shunpo to teleport behind him and dealt a powerful blow across the back of Rikus legs, then instantly used shunpo again to get out of striking distance

Riku tried to flash step out of the way but was not quick enough to dodge or evade the whole attack he only managed to half way dodge the attack so the damage that was dealt was not as critical. Riku panted a few times from the slash marks he had on his legs he neede to catch his breath, he thought to himself again I hope he does not think that I am the type to get knocked of his feet so easily, though if that is his plan than maybe it can be to my advantage..... Riku grinned largely and more deviously than before , Riku although was not going to unleash his shikai so easily, as soon as he caught his breath about 1 minute later he flash stepped above Yuudai and swung his dual zanpakuto's at Yuudai's arm, he flash stepped to both his sides and swung at his left and right torso area he knew that this way he can deal damage while still getting so information about Yuudai's body structure, he thought to himself once more Kill two birds with one stone right?....

'This guy is good....' thought Yuudai, his attack had been to test Rikus reaction time and, from what he had gathered, it was very good. Just in time Yuudai saw Riku use flash step,Yuudai guessed that Riku would try to immobilize his arms,Sure enough Riku appeared and swung for his one side of his torso, Yuudai guarded against this easily, he then saw Riku attack his other side, to try and counter this Yuudai swung his sword in an upward arc, slamming the hilt into one of Rikus wrists, this managed to stop one blade cold, but the other continued leaving an angry mark across his chest. Without giving Riku any time to recover, he charged forward swinging his sword in an incredible fast combonation, 'Lets see him block this,' thought Yuudai mischeviously...

Riku and seen Yuudai come rushing towards him with his zanpakuto, Riku looked down and noticed a great chance to block his attack Riku flash stepped beneath Yuudai and as he missed his attack Riku flash stepped once more but this time 20 feet away from Yuudai and he started to look for blind points he thought to himself I don't see any obvious blind spots , and it would be best to use my shikai yet.... Riku then started to dash towards to Yuudai's back until he reached two feet away from him, he then shunpoed in front of Yuudai and point his dual zanpakuto's in a horizontal line , and spun in a 360 motion , mimicking the movements of a tornado, as he was spinning the thin coating of his reistu that covered his katanas thickened by two inches.
