I just started learning myself. c:
Here's a walk cycle I'm working on:
It's 24 fps, but when I save it as a gif it slows it waaayy down for some reason. :c
This is like...my third attempt at animating something. ><' It's taken me like 5 drafts to get the damn thing to stop limping lol.

Nice work! I'm such a noob at flash animation but it is so much fun! the most I ever do Is like 2 second loops XD  I seem to have the same problem with you do with this one. In the program he was breathing much faster. I wonder what slows down animations like that?

Haha, that is awesome. You don't even have to animate it much to get the feel of the image. :0
Yee, I have a friend who's good in flash, maybe if he gets on I'll ask him to solve this mystery. xD'

Flash and a whole lot of time and patience. xD
You can do it with anything really though; tracing paper, regular paper, photoshop, sai....as long as you can find something to make it into an animated gif it'll work. Some people even use movie maker to animate their still images.

Line > Rough (like you see here) > Clean up/Fixing
Then next sectioonnnnn......
Time to clean this one up, then add ears, then head fuzz, then color, then I'll be done! Hurray!

That's pretty freaking epic!
I was in an animation class... i passed the class... but failed with animations ^^;
I'll have to show you my video sometimes! it's pretty sad. lol

that looks really good : D It runs very smoothly. I have three lil animations Ive done myself, but the way I do it gets messy and confusing X D, although once I get a tablet, it will be easier to animate.
