Normally, while walking towards the demon dorms, the little she-wolf would have a bounce to her step and a smile on her face. But not today. No today she seemed to be...almost off. Lost in her thoughts. She was running more so on autopilot as she entered the dorms and headed towards Gabrian's room. This...was going to be interesting.
Her brothers had called (yes, brothers...all five) and expressed how they missed their dear little sister. Also, they wanted to meet this boil she was dating. So, after talking it over with Gabe, they were going to visit her family. Something that should be an amusing adventure. Poor Gabe.
At his door, she knocked lightly once before entering. LW worked to force a more excited look on her face but didn't think Gabe would buy it. "Ready for an adventure?" At least her voice was normal. Right?
In fairness, she couldn't help but think on the last family venture she had been on not too terribly long ago. To visit Ren's family. The she-wolf didn't think this visit would be quite as...tension filled. Hopefully. It would definitely be a little on the chaotic side. Five brothers wanting to meet the boilfriend. Plus her father. Yep. A lot of males under one roof was bound to get a little crazy.
However the family trip with Ren, it still haunted her. Not that she had said a word of this to her best friend. Or any of them for that matter. But she was...LW couldn't find the right words. She was starting to understand, just a little, how the gryphon's mind worked. Especially where his friends were involved. That was what was getting to her.
"It is only fair warning, that I remind you, dear demon." LW sighed and tried to focus on the present. "I DO have five brothers. Five. Rather large wolves, at least in wolf form. Well...except for Irving." A pause as she struggled to find the right way to describe the youngest. "He...uhh, is very special. Very very special." Another pause with a slight bit of annoyance entering her voice. "And then there is Savannah." Oh she was not looking forward to seeing her sister. Or her mother really. Mom would glare at her lack of feminine ways. Vanna would just glare. Annnnd glare. Maybe glance at the hot demon her younger sister was dating. Then more glaring.
"Even after all this, if you're still prepared. Let us get a move on it then." A little of her usual spark started to return as she flicked her tail tauntingly behind her.

Unlike LW, Gabrian was not feeling particularly fussed over the prospect of visiting the wolf family. They were canines, and surely... being canines, they couldn't be all that bad; didn't dogs usually thrive the most when they were being social? To be fair though, he hadn't really given the idea much thought; his ghoulfriend had come to him looking much worse for wear from Ren's house than he'd expected (a fact he had not yet addressed, but planned to at some point in the future), telling him that her family wished to meet him. As such, his inmediate answer had been something akin to 'sure, why not?'. It hadn't really occurred to the demon that meeting her family meant potentially setting him up against six male werewolves that might have a thing or two about the nix dating the young female of the household.
Nope. None of this had really occurred to him. But then, that was because he'd forbidden himself from thinking about it; if he pondered this whole charade over, he was likely to chicken out of the idea and that simply would not do. Not even LW's words seemed to phase him when she entered the dorm, but he had a good excuse for that; he was on a mission. A rescue mission. As she spoke, the nix turned his head to glance at her, looking for all the world... much more serious than anyone that was currently on all four, checking under their desk, had any right to be. For a beat, he held her gaze, and then straightened up to his full height. It looked like he was about to offer some sort of wise imput on the situation at hand, but then... he lifted his hand and scratched under his horns, "I can't find my left sock," this was said so flatly that it was probably amusing, but in his defense, Gabrian thought this was a deeply serious matter at hand that he was handling. He had to rescue said sock before he left the room, or otherwise he would come back to chaos, anarchy in his room! Or then again, maybe it was all an excuse his mind had conjured up for him so he wouldn't have to focus on the fact he was about to spend the day with more than a handful of possibly angry male wolves.
"Seriously though; I can't find my sock. Help me look. I'm not leaving without it," no sooner had he said this, that a soft, amused 'churrrrrrrring' sound could be heard, and out of the ever growning pile of pillow emerged a certain florence. Or.. Gabrian figured it was his floresce; he couldn't initially tell, because he'd somehow stuck his head and half his body inside his left sock, which he was currently sporting as if it were some sort of hand puppet, "Oh, gimme that!" the demon snatched the garment off the minipet, whom looked up with wide, innocent eyes, "And don't give me that look. I know what you're doing, and then answer is 'no'," apparently the creature seemed to understand the last word, because he let out a soft, mournful whine, as if he were being strangled to death before collapsing over the pile of pillow, writhing in what appeared to be agony, "Oh, for the love of-" Gabrian turned to face the she-wolf as he put on his sock, "Can he come? He's not being very subtle."

She had started out coming here quite forlorn and not herself. But upon discovering Gabrian on all fours searching under his desk was enough to make the she-wolf stare ate him in a bemused manner. Just what was the demon doing down there? And that serious expression on his face as he stood to his full height. LW had fully expected him to call her out on the sullen mood she'd just been in. She was not expecting the question he did ask.
The she-wolf blinked. Blinked again. Once more just for good measure. And busted out in hearty laughter that she definitely needed. His look! It was just so...serious and...LW was already holding her stomach from laughing hard.
"Alright. I'll...help you...look!" She gasped out and got in a couple steps before she heard the familiar sound of the little charmer. LW glanced towards the pillow pile (whaaaat? she liked pillows, ok?) as...Gabe's left sock rose up. With Davy shoved inside. Sort of. Such a little charmer.
"Oh look. There it is." LW kindly pointed out the obvious and snickered at the nix. The look Davy gave him though, that sent her right back into a fit of giggles. Really, the floresce had picked up quite a few tricks and dramatics from his master. But she wasn't going to share this with her boilfriend. "Awww, why so mean to the poor charmer?" LW moved to crouch down and scratch behind Davy's earfins (after he'd quit moving long enough so she could). It didn't surprise her to hear that Davy wanted to come too. "Well...I don't have a problem with it. None of my brothers will hurt him. In fact, Irving will probably spoil him."
Standing again, after offering her arm to the floresce, LW turned to look up at Gabe. "They'll love you, by the way. Don't let them scare you." The she-wolf gave him a soft smile. "They just have to make sure you're one of the guys." Her tail flipped around to smack against his leg playfully as she made to prance just out of his reach. "Are you ready yet?"

The fact that the floresce wanted to come hardly surprised the nix, really. He was well aware that despite the fact minipets could not really understand the spoken language, they were horribly intelligent. Or at least he thought so, "I'm hardly mean to him; he's just an attention whore. Look at him!" said 'little charmer' was still curling around, writhing in 'agony' on the floor, though the squirming around got suspiciously weaker as soon as LW placed her hand on his head, scratching away at his ear fins. Gabrian rolled his eyes as he flopped down on the pile of pillows, shoving his foot inside the sock before stretching to grab his shoe. When the wolf asked if he was ready, he lifted one finger in the air, as if to ask for just one moment, and then put his shoe on, "Ah hah!" he placed his arms ajar on his waist, as if retrieving his sock and finally putting on his shoe was some sort of significant victory, "Now I am," came the smooth reply, as if he hadn't just been crawling on all four three minutes ago.
That said and done, the demon pushed himself up to his feet and walked to the bed, where he'd sat his acoustic guitar down previously, before LW had entered. He stopped his fidgeting with the instrument to look over his shoulder at his ghoulfriend, "Yes, uhm... about that. What exactly does being 'one of the guys' entail?" because honestly, the first mental image he was getting was a rough and tumble battle, rolling around on the ground in wolf forms and while... sure, his serpent form was big, five to six male wolves was way too much for him to take, "I hope I don't have to demonstrate any sort of physical prowess..." he turned back to the guitar, which he held by it's strap before be slipping it over his shoulder, making sure it remain secure, "Because I'm... I don't have much of that," He'd have picked up the violin instead, but then, something about the countryside and outdoors made the nix think the guitar was far more appropriate, "Okay, no wait, now I'm ready," he said as he turned to face the wolf, and then walked over to the door, opening and bowing before it, "After you, my dear."
Meanwhile, the floresce had stopped writhing and had decided that LW's extended arm probably meant he'd won this battle, and with a soft, triumphant 'chhhuuuuuurrrrr', he slithered up and settled himself around the ghoul's neck, as if he were her own personal scarf.

Oh the she-wolf was looking at the floresce alright, scratching at his earfins and smiling at his reactions. Attention whore was the perfect name for the charmer. "Hmmmm...he does love attention." She agreed and eyed the nix. "Kind of like someone else I know." LW teased as she watched Davy slither up to take his perch around her neck. A warm smile was directed at the floresce and she patted him once before standing and looking down at her boilfriend.
"Good." She said in what might have been a coy voice. It had been soft so it was hard to say, really. And that tail! Ooooh she was very much aware of it moving back and forth slowly. Yes. She was taunting him. And knew very well that she would lose this game. But that didn't keep her from trying.
At his question about what it meant to by tested to see if he was 'one of the guys', LW stopped taunting him. She crossed her arms and looked thoughtful. "Well..." LW frowned trying to picture just how her brothers would go about this. "I don't think you have to worry about the physical aspect of it." Her violet gaze met his golden one. "More like they'll just want to make sure you aren't using me." She gave a slight shrug and an accompanying smile. "Really, don't worry about them. They are just oversized furballs."
Her eyes locked on to the guitar that was slung around her shoulder. She did love hearing his music. This family trip shouldn't be too terrible, right? Not like...LW caught herself before even thinking it. No. She didn't want to go back into that sullen state of mind again. Not while she was with a happy Gabe. No need to ruin his mood. She didn't mean to, but it might have appeared like she hurried out of his room faster than was needed when he bowed after opening the door. LW just didn't want him to see her face.
Hoping her expression was back to normal, LW turned to give the nix a playful look, flipping her tail to and fro. "Let us be on our way then, dear demon."

Gabrian offered his ghoul friend an almost flat look, "Haha... funny," he drawled at her as he smoothed out his clothes; in fact, it was probable the only reason he didn't grab a pillow and toss it at her face was the fact he'd have to lean over and stretch for it and frankly... he didn't want to do that with the guitar strapped to his back. His gaze did indeed fall on that tail of hers and for a moment it hooded over, but then he managed to tear it away and moved out of the door, following after the she-wolf. His own tail flicked behind him as he clicked leaned to take on last look around the room, offering the Death charm (who had been watching them silently from a corner this whole time) a pointed look. Charm, in turn, grunted softly, but seemed to nod to his master before curling up to resume his interrupted sleep.
Satisfied his room would at least be protected, the demon nodded to himself and clicked the door closed behind him, "Eh," he said as he turned to face the ghoul with him, wrapping an arm around her shoulder, guiding her down the hallway, "The fact they're wolves and they kind of outnumber me sort of... it's enough to make me mildly anxious, little wolf. I'm not looking forward to having to impress them or having to show them that no, I'm not a villain off to steal their sweet ghoul's virginity before moving onto the next," oh yes, he'd just gone there, but he seemed to sweep right on past that with the flick of a wrist, releasing his hold on her shoulders as they stepped outside of the demon dorm buildings.
The way her demeanor had changed within his room had hardly gone unnoticed, actually, but Gabrian had decided to ignore it for the time being. However, now that they were outside and well away from prying ears, he turned his head to look at LW, "So then, tell me my dear. How'd that visit to Ren's parents' house even go? I've been left in the dark and...." his eyes narrowed a notch here, "It makes me think you two are hiding something from me. Don't make me suss it out of you myself through other means. Tell me what happened," a pause as he lifted a hand in the air, "Telling me 'nothing' happened, by the way, is not really going to get you anywhere. I've met his sister and given what little information I gathered that day from Ren's talking about his background, I very much doubt 'nothing' happened. Specially given how somber you are," an idea struck him, and a growl rippled through his chest, "Did they touch you? Or Ren?" after all, Medieval had slapped Ren in Gabrian's presence. It wasn't such a stretch to believe something might have happened.
As they walked, the floresce wrapped tighter around LW's shoulders and nuzzled her face, feeling like the conversation might be stressing. There was silence around them as they walked out of the school, almost as if their surroundings understood how deeply important this conversation happened to be.

LW gave him an angelic look and didn't say anything else on the matter of who was the bigger attention whore. She didn't think that could be answered, actually. The she-wolf waited patiently as he checked to make sure everything was in order before closing the door to his room. Before she could take any steps away to continue teasing him, he wrapped an arm around her shoulders and she sighed which turned into a snort of amusement. "Really, Gabe...they aren't going to be tha-" He did not just say that. LW all but tripped over her own feet. Thankfully she had a good hold on her boilfriend. "I-I...lied." Skulls! Her cheeks were probably flaming red right now. "You have reason to worry." No. Her voice was not in squeak levels already.
"Actually..." She tilted her head up to meet his eyes. "You will probably find that you like Nightstalker. He is the more.." LW tried to find the perfect word for him and couldn't come up with anything impressive. "The more mature brother." That was good enough for now. He'd find out soon anyways.
The she-wolf seemed to sense that something had changed in their conversation now. And it only took Gabe's first words to confirm this. She faltered a little in her step but tried to hide it. Jackdamnit. "No-" The word died pretty quickly as he continued on. Wait. Gabe had met Medieval? LW watched the ground instead of the demon next to her or the scenery around them (not that there was much to this right now). Had something happened? Yes. Did she plan on telling him? She wasn't sure yet. But if he had met Medieval...
"Did they touch you? Or Ren?"
The growl surprised her. This time though, her step didn't falter. LW stopped moving all together. A single image filled her vision. Deathly cold crimson eyes. It made her hands curl into fists. Made her heart ache at the absolute fear she'd seen in her best friend. Made her body tense as if expecting that hand to have connected with her face. Something did touch her face and the she-wolf flinched before realizing it was only Davy. Not the hand that had been only an inch from her.
One hand reached up to pet the floresce as she started to walk again. She stopped next to him, gaze still down but a hand hesitantly was offered out for him to take as they walked. It took her several minutes of warring with her emotions before she finally spoke. "Whatever...he told you about his family, I'm sure it was the sugar coated version." LW said quietly. "They...you said you met his sister? She is probably the most 'gentle' out of them." And that was saying something. "His mother and sister are similar, but there I felt that his mother could be much worse than Medieval. And his father..." She shuddered with the fear she had tried to suppress while confronting that gryphon. But her eyes burned with anger. "Be wary around his father." Was all she managed to get out.
And then...she couldn't keep it to herself. LW leaned against the demon and told him the truth. "His family is hateful. They don't accept him for who he is. And his father is abusive, but Ren will never say that. And Ren..." She closed her eyes. "Ren just doesn't understand...we are more than just his best friends. Yes he is starting to, but..." He didn't really grasp this. Not yet.

When the tone of their conversation changed, Gabrian decided to keep it up. In his mind, it was probably for the best they address this particular subject before they move into slightly more cheerful things. He wanted to get the information out of her, seeing as how it had been absolutely impossible to penetrate Ren's thoughts for the past few days. The gryphon had brushed every single one of the demon's tries and frankly, Gabrian was growing quite worried. He figured his ghoulfriend would be slightly easier to maneuver in a satisfactory way. It wasn't like he was expecting her to have been hurt in any way in that trip (not with Ren there to protect her anyhow), but surely she'd be able to tell him what had happened. The more he waited though, the more he was starting to fear he had been wrong to assume she hadn't been hurt. Something had obviously happened, if her body language was any indication, and the growl that persisted in rumbling through his chest as he watched her keenly seemed to make that more than clear.
"I'm not sure I like thee fact your body language is giving more away than your words, Little Wolfe Tamaroc. What, exactly happened back there?" apparently, no, he wasn't about ready to drop the subject for the time being, and as the ghoul stopped walking, so did the demon, watching her. When she finally spoke, he reached up a hand and rubbed his temples slightly, "No, actually, I got the gists of what went on in that house. What he described to me was abuse, quite frankly. Which is why I'm going to ask you one last time, LW," he lowered his hand and narrowed his eyes, "To tell me precisely what happened. I'm not going to do anything, love. But I need to know to what extent the damage is before I can at least figure out a way to heal it," he fell silent as she explained, and then scowled, though the expression was not aimed at the she-wolf.
Instead, he walked the couple of paces separating them and wrapped his arm around her shoulder once more, slowly leading her back down the path; it'd not do her any good to just stay there. He figured walking might help, "Why?" he drawled out, though it was quite clear he was having a bit of trouble keeping his emotions at bay, "What did his father do, that makes you say that?" he was looking at her out the corner of an eye as he spoke, and then, softly, "His sister slapped him, you know. While I was in the room, sleeping under the pillow pile. She came really close to having my jaws clamp around her head, actually. She's just lucky I'm not the most violent of creatures; I snapped them close inches away from her nose," a pause, followed by a cold, almost deadly smirk, "Her scream was quite satisfying at the time," he raised a hand then, coughed into it, closed his eyes and attempted to school his features back into some resemblance of calmness.
He held her as she clung to him and then slowly raised his hand, running it through her hair in a gesture reminiscent of what he'd done to Ren that day, "Shhhh..." lowering his face down, he planted a soft kiss on her forehead, "He told me as much. Not with such words, but he did," and then a pause as he raised her face by hooking a finger under her chin, "He knows. He might not say it outloud, but he knows. Let me show you something, actually," he took a moment to sink his hand into his pocket and withdrew a shinny emblem that was quite obviously not his, "See? He knows, little one. Give him time and don't tear yourself apart with the thought."

It was near impossible to mask her body language. She was a wolf, after all. Body language was a huge part of communication among them. It was like the issue with her tail. She just couldn't help it most of the time. In fact, her body language had been something she relied heavily upon during that trip to visit the gryphon family. And Gabe was reading her like a book. But she would expect nothing less from him. He was her boilfriend, yes. But he was also a close friend that knew her well. And, like her, he also wanted to do what he could to help out Ren.
She listened to his words, not saying much more than she already had yet. LW knew what it was he wanted to hear. Knew she should tell him what had happened between herself and that b*****d of a gryphon. But she couldn't get the words out yet. Mostly because she was afraid too. On some level. Though she knew very well that Ren's father's actions would not make Gabe look at their friend any differently. But some small part of her feared this. Feared that telling that dirty little secret would cause problems. That just maybe, by telling of how his father almost hit her, it would make Ren look bad.
"Doesn't surprise me that she did." LW murmured. Something in her did perk up a little at what the nix said. So he'd tormented Medieval too? Her lips twitched at how he was quite satisfied with her scream. Oh Lw knew that scream. "She does have some lungs on her." The she-wolf managed a small smile, not bothered or surprised at all by the sinister look Gabe wore.
The gesture was small as a whole, but it eased the tension that had built up in her body and allowed her to make decisions. "I'm glad he told you. It means he's making progress." Her gaze met those golden eyes, so very different from the crimson ones that haunted her. His words spiked her curiosity and when he pulled the little emblem out of his pocket her breath caught. The sight of it and what it meant...LW felt something in her snap, like a rubber band that had been too tight and begging to burst. He knew. And he was taking very big and frightening steps. LW felt a warm smile spread as she looked back up at Gabe. "Thank you. For showing me. It...I don't think I can tell you quite how it makes me feel knowing this." But it eased that part of her mind that was tortured by not knowing what to do for her bestie.
Raising up on her toes, she placed a tender kiss on his chin. For a moment, she just stared up at him. It was clear by her eyes that she was deciding on something. "Ren's father is very proud and powerful, Gabrian." She said slowly. "He is in charge and knows it. He will not tolerate things that don't go his way. And Ren is a constant thorn in his side." A hand rose up to brush against her cheek. "He believes Ren is a failure as a son. But he is a failure as a father." She sighed heavily and spoke in a softer voice. "Tread carefully when speaking with him. He is not afraid to put you in your place. By force if necessary." Even softer, "I'm very lucky Ren found a small bit of courage to stand up to his father. That hit would have done some damage."

There is was; what he'd been wanting to yank out of her, now finally out in the open. Granted, it was exactly what he'd been fearing had happened and yet the fact he'd suspected it... hardly prepared him for the wave of anger that hit him. The growl sounded again, this time lower in intensity, but much more dragged out than the first ones had been, "I don't like fighting fights I can't win," he told the she-wolf, his hand still running through her hair in an attempt to sooth both her and himself, "I don't like fighting period. Don't worry, I'm not going to do something stupid," at least not unless he was confronted with the need to do so; he wasn't planning on going to visit the gryphon family himself, but if they came here and did something in front of him then... well, he really couldn't be held responsible for his actions. He'd probably strike out, even with the knowledge he was outnumbered and overruled. A sneer formed as LW continued to talk and the demon allowed himself to snort, "You're not telling me anything I didn't already know about the man," and then, after just a beat more, he placed a finger on her lips, hushing her, "That's enough. I got what I wanted. Don't worry. I've always thought Ren was just fine the way he is. Those that don't think that... really don't know him well enough, or have just not taken the time to do so."
As he moved his hand through her hair, he calmed himself down, the growl non-existent by the time he pulled away from her, "You're welcome but cheer up now, yes? Let's move onto greener pastures," he lifted the hand that held Ren's enblem in the air, tossed the small sphere up and caught it before pocketing it, giving the ghoul a small wink, "Now," his head turned to look at the path, "How far, exactly, is that place of yours, my dear?" and then, he bestowed her with the belated smirk he should have shown her earlier, after she'd told him maybe he did have something to worry about, "Why do you say I have something to worry about, by the way? Because they might think I'm out to deflower you or something?" why yes, Gabrian could in fact mood whiplash quite effectively, why do you ask? He felt that the best way to stray the tension out of the conversation was to drag it back onto uncomfortable territory (albeit.... entirely different in it's uncomfortable...ness). It worked with Ren, so why shouldn't it work with the she-wolf? "Now then, lead the way," he turned her around with his arm and slowly began to push her lightly in what he hoped was the right direction before retracting his arm away.
After a moment of thought, the nix then reached up and unstrapped the guitar, holding it in his arms as they walked, striking some random notes with his fingers, "How say we make this trip just a little bit more musical, then. Would that cheer you up, love?" it was probably the word 'musical' that roused the florece up from his resting place. He peeked a crystalline eye open and 'churrrrrred' softly in appreciation to the few musical notes.

The anger she picked up off of him accompanied by the deep growl should have made her feel uneasy at seeing such a display on the normally light natured nix. But it didn't. If anything, it made her respect him more. Knowing that sure he was a goofy idiot most of the time (like Ren), but inside lurked that dangerous beast. A protective dangerous beast.
LW sighed against the finger placed on her lips and nodded. Yes, he got what he wanted out of her. But she felt...better having told him. Much better. "I'll certainly try, dear demon." She watched him toss Ren's emblem in the air and catch it before pocketing it again and giving her a wink. A smile tugged across her lips.
Blinking, she glanced around to see where they were. "Not far walking. Ten minutes tops." She looked up and started to point which direction when she caught the smirk. Uh oh. One couldn't trust such a smirk. And she was right. No trusting smirks when they came from this nix. "Why? Well because..." He'd brought it up twice now. And just like the first time, her cheeks lit up. "Yes! No. I mean. Wait." LW gave him a suspicious look, turning this around on him. If she could. "Do they need to be worried, dear demon?" Her tail flicked teasingly behind her as he turned her and gave a light shove. She didn't fully take her eyes off of him as she checked to make sure they were heading in the right direction. They were.
She gave him a coy look, falling right into the trap of playing this game with him. "What makes you think you'd be 'deflowering' me anyways?" LW gave him a wave of her hand and a tail swish. "There may or may not have been others before you came along." She pointed out, already knowing she was a)going to lose, b)obviously telling lies, c)one very dead puppy if he got his hands on her.
Mention of music earned him a flash of violet eyes. "It...might." She offered, hand reaching up to pet Davy. "And Davy can dance with me." Not that this wasn't dangerous in its own way. Especially if she kept taunting him. But she did want to hear him play something. It was always pleasant and relaxing to hear, no matter the tune. Plus, they had some time to spare.

The ghoul's reaction to his words was priceless, and Gabrian found himself wondering why he'd never thought to start up a point tally sheet for whenever he interacted with either Ren or LW. Mostly because he was starting to become rather curious of just which of them came out on top; something told him it was more or less strangely equal for the most part though. However, he had to admit the ghoul was thankfully predictable in that she'd taken his bait and as such, seemed to have abandoned the more somber thoughts for the time being, "Good girl," this was murmured as he granted her a small, true smile, and it was possible she might not have heard the words.
Lifting a hand, the demon made a show of shielding his eyes from the light and squinted down the path, "Hmmm... a good ten minutes tops then, right?" lowering his hand, he allowed himself to strum the guitar a few more times, as if testing the sounds out. Alas, not even the soft tentative music he was working was able to hide LW's near squeaking and Gabrian found himself chuckling openly, his head turning so he could arch a brow at her, "So, is it a yes, or a no, little wolf? I'm starting to suspect that my talking about such themes is making you nerv..." he was mildly distracted when she flicked her tail up in the air, causing him to miss a note or two, "Do you really think this is a game you want to be playing with me?" he asked as he he recovered himself, his hand once more working against the strings, "Maybe they should be worried. Or they would, if they knew what a tease their smallest wolf was," his own tail twitched behind him but for the time being, he seemed not to be willing to take her bait.
As she said the word 'deflowering', the nix only just manages to keep himself from snorting in amusement; his hand raised in the air and he used it to cover his mouth, coughing in an attempt to mask it. His gaze slid over to her and he found himself arching a brow as he slowed his pace enough to fall on par with her easily, "Yes well," he drawled out as he leaned into her, his nose almost nuzzling her air and ear, "I would be much more prone to believe your words if you didn't blush like a virgin every single time I came within three inches of you, love," this was whispered in her ear before he withdrew, his hand strumming at the strings as he smirked down at her. Oh yes, if she wanted to play that game, he had no problem with playing along, "You're quite cute, but certainly not what I'd call experienced," then again, neither was he, but she didn't have to know that, now did she?
Still smirking to himself, he sped up his pace slightly so that he was walking ahead of her, his own tail twitching in light amusement as he pondered what song to start, "Davy can't dance. He wibbles. Horribly so, might I add," he drawled over his shoulder, "He can sing though, and actually sounds rather decent for a floresce, in my opinion," something about his master's words seemed to make the floresce feel like his reputation had been put on stake and he 'chuuuuuuurred' disapprovingly before arching slightly in the air, wibbling to the the few notes the nix was strumming, "See what I mean? He looks like jello."

She heard him murmur something, but didn't catch the actual words. Then again she was a little busy playing around and teasing the nix. Really, he was to blame for it. If he didn't tease her so much, she wouldn't feel the need to get him back. Maybe. Alright that was a lie. She had fun doing it!
"Yep. You'll know which one it is too." She muttered. The houses around her family's were nice and pristine for the most part. Nothing like the gryphon's house, but compared to her home...yeah. Her home was a little beat up. But that was to be expected when you have so many wolves living under the same roof.
LW glanced at him through her lashes, the angelic smile present. "Hmmmm...I don't think I want to answer that." A snort of laughter escaped and she graced him with an eyeroll. "Wait until you meet my sister." And oh she caught his utter amusement at what she tried to throw back at him. LW scowled at him that quickly disappeared and changed to wary suspicion when he leaned in to her. Jackdamnit! His words were proven true as, surprise surprise, she blushed. But it was close enough to actual nuzzling...and she was a sucker for any thing nuzzling, snuggling, cuddling. Yep. She failed. Every single time. After a slight shiver raced down, she scowled at him again. Which he probably found cute.
Violet eyes watched as he sped up to walk in front of her, eyes narrowing slightly. Oh so he thought he was going to win this round, did he? LW snorted softly and patted the floresce. They were both getting points marked against them. "I think you're wrong. Davy will be a fine dancing partner." A small giggle did escape when he did indeed wibble. But she found it adorable. And her eyes were still distracted by...something else. How many times had he snagged her tail now? Either to point out how much of a 'distraction' it was...or just to pet it? "Play something sweet." LW said before she shot the floresce a devilish wink as she put that light dancers step to good use.
Balancing out her weight, she moved quickly and silently until she was directly behind the demon. Eyes bright, she reached out to gently grasp his tail with one hand, letting the fingers of her other hand drag along it lightly. "Mmm...I finally remembered to return the favor." She whispered loudly to the floresce on around her shoulders.
