Lillie had to double cheek that her clothing was perfectly fine when she walked out onto the platform. She didn't want to seem like whore in the clothing she wore. It was just the popular look. She of course had her potions and her bow and arrows as well as the dagger and a few herbs to go with her in the fight. She didn't think she would make it this far, but, she had. It was a miracle.

[8 Xander DelMaer 8] -Species: thunder/lightning demon Grade: college freshman Abilities: thunder/lightning manipulation, R.E.M.R.-'no! no! don't press the red button!' Instead of re-using his appearance from the last round - which he was rather surprised that he won -, Xander simply opted for strolling leisurely out onto the platform, R.E.M.R. safely in its holster(which hung from a belt loop on his black jeans). "...?" Casting a glance upwards through the mess of jagged, brownish-orange bangs that hung into his face, the thunder demon noticed that his opponent for this round was girl--...wait; didn't he recognize her from somewhere?
Shrugging to himself - he'd have plenty of time to figure that out later -, Xander crossed his arms over his chest, allowing his opponent to strike first.'...I wanted t'press it~'

Lillie notice her opponent. She looked him up and down. She needed to make sure who she was against. It would increase her chances of winning again. Whatever chance there was. The boys clothing was not suited for fighting at all. Those jeans could rip without a problem. She didn't want the boy to face embarrassment while he won or she did. "I'll wait till you get a chance to change you clothing." The elf told the boy. She looked away and started to look at the crowd. Searching for faces while he changed his clothing in the locker room.

[8 Xander DelMaer 8] -Species: thunder/lightning demon Grade: college freshman Abilities: thunder/lightning manipulation, R.E.M.R.-'no! no! don't press the red button!' "Hey." He shrugged lightly, hands in the back pockets of his jeans. "I fought th'last round in these clothes, I'll fight this round in 'em, too." One could assume that Xander wasn't all that worried about his clothes ripping in the middle of a fight.
"So we gonna fight, or not?"'...I wanted t'press it~'

Lillie pulled and arrow from her quiver and drew it against the bow. She then turned back to Xander. "If you feel your clothing choice if fine then lets behind." She pulled the bow up and released the arrow. Aiming at Xander's right shoulder.

[8 Xander DelMaer 8] -Species: thunder/lightning demon Grade: college freshman Abilities: thunder/lightning manipulation, R.E.M.R.-'no! no! don't press the red button!' "Whenever you're rea--" Apparently, his opponent was ready now; quickly drawing an arrow from her quiver, she drew her bow, then released the afore-mentioned arrow. A side-step to the left meant that Xander remained relatively unharmed. 'Relatively', because the arrow did manage to scratch his right shoulder(presumably where it should've gone straight through, had the thunder demon not been thinking quickly).
'Oh-kay, then...' Balling his hands into fists, the thunder demon's entire body became covered in a thin, almost invisible, electrical film. 'Let's hope I can keep this film up long enough for some hits t'get in...' He grabbed the R.E.M.R. from the holster on his belt, a bit of a plan coming to mind...'...I wanted t'press it~'

Lillie knew this battle could become hand and hand soon if she didn't think of something. Her only hope was that he would stay back because of the arrows. She again grabbed an arrow from the quiver and drew her bow. She released it after aiming at the boys thigh. She had to think of what she packed into her pouch that would protect her. She could stop him from crossing a line or a smoke screen. That would keep some distance between them.

[8 Xander DelMaer 8] -Species: thunder/lightning demon Grade: college freshman Abilities: thunder/lightning manipulation, R.E.M.R.-'no! no! don't press the red button!' At least his opponent managed to figure out that one of his specialties was close-quarters combat - if he managed to land a punch with his electrical film up, he'd also deliver a (mild)electrical shock. Said shock probably wouldn't feel very pleasant.
Xander could figure out how to get closer to his opponent later; right now, he had to figure out a way to counter these arrows. Another slight side-step, and the arrow grazed by his thigh, leaving a relatively decent-sized scratch(He'd probably feel its sting later). But for now?
Clenching his hands into fists as they hung at his sides, several arrows made of pure electricity emanated from Xander's electrical field, a good portion of them aimed at Lillie...'...I wanted t'press it~'

Lillie moved towards the arrows. She had been around the weapons all her life and knew a few tricks to avoid injury. She ducked when they got close enough to fly over her body. It was a bad move to use the same weapon against someone who knew it well. Lillie got back up and aimed another one at the other leg. She could take him out one limb at a time.

[8 Xander DelMaer 8] -Species: thunder/lightning demon Grade: college freshman Abilities: thunder/lightning manipulation, R.E.M.R.-'no! no! don't press the red button!' Xander was focusing his attention on the arrows - which Lillie managed to dodge -, so it was almost expected that he didn't notice the third arrow from her. Of course, one would expect that he did notice it when said arrow made contact with his right thigh.
'Gaah!' Xander squeezed one of his hazel-hued eyes shut, in an effort to block out some of the pain. Bracing himself - and gritting his teeth -, he grabbed the shaft of the arrow. 'This'll probably sting~.' With a mighty yank, he pulled the arrow from where it was embedded in his thigh, letting out a breath he didn't know he'd been holding.
'Note to self.' Part of the electrical film surrounding his body converged on the puncture wound, beginning the (somewhat)lengthy process of repairing the damage. 'Never do that again.'
Since thunder-arrows weren't going to work against Lillie(as an after-thought, he reminded himself that arrows of any element against an arrow wielder were futile), Xander went for a different approach. He pulled the R.E.M.R. from its holster on his belt, and with a flick of his wrist, the metallic device doubled in length, glowing a bright yellow.
Let's see her take this down~.'...I wanted t'press it~'

Lillie saw his new plan of attack. She knew her arrows wouldn't work if he was in close range of the young man. She had no living plants around to ask for help and she couldn't summon them. The only thing she could do was think of a quick potion that could help her survive a few attacks before she could move away. She had thought of a rock armor, but the thought of that didn't please her enough to touch the hard surface. What else was eletrcity bad against.

[8 Xander DelMaer 8] -Species: thunder/lightning demon Grade: college freshman Abilities: thunder/lightning manipulation, R.E.M.R.-'no! no! don't press the red button!' If Lillie had a plan in mind to counter-act the amplified electricity in Xander's signature weapon, she would have to act quickly. With(pardon the pun)lightning-quick speed, the thunder demon was all but upon her in moments, (presumably)landing blows on the same three limbs that she struck with her own arrows - her right shoulder/arm, and both legs/thighs. This fight was just getting good~.'...I wanted t'press it~'

Lillie started to limb a little as she moved away. She had no choice by to turn the arena into a fog screen. The girl pulled out a bottle and broke it on the ground. From a wave of fog covered the area. She had five minutes till it would all disappear. She again limped away. She would use her ears to hear the guy move. When she found a spot way from him she then sat down and pulled her bow in the ready position. Ready to attack when she heard him move.

[8 Xander DelMaer 8] -Species: thunder/lightning demon Grade: college freshman Abilities: thunder/lightning manipulation, R.E.M.R.-'no! no! don't press the red button!' Xander quirked a thin, brownish-orange eyebrow as a cloud of (presumably thick)fog enveloped the entire stadium. "...?" So at least Lillie knew some defensive techniques; he'd have to give her that.
He'd also have to find a way around this fog problem. Charging in would be stupid, since he didn't exactly have his bearings at present(thanks to the afore-mentioned fog). After mulling over a few more options in his head, he came up with only one conclusion...
...wait out the fog, and see just how many arrows Lillie had.
He plopped down onto the ground of the stadium, sitting Indian-style, with his arms crossed over his chest. Using his electrical film to do so, he created a Spark Doppleganger(a name he came up with himself). The Doppleganger charged forward, in Lillie's presumable direction...'...I wanted t'press it~'
