The Shakky's Rip-off Bar (シャッキー’S ぼったくりBAR, Shakkī's Bottakuri BAR?) is a bar opened at the Grove 13 of Sabaody Archipelago by Shakuyaku (Shakky). This place is infamous for its high prices (hence the name Rip-Off Bar), and how Shakky beats up customers who refused to pay. It is also where Silvers Rayleigh can be found, if he is not out doing other things (such as gambling).
The Straw Hat Pirates stopped here to find Silvers Rayleigh after arriving at the Sabaody Archipelago to get their ship coated.

"The Gentle Demon""I've seen it all and done it all,As the sun began to set, a figure could be seen walking out of Shakky's Bar. It was none other than Lucas, it has been approximately three weeks, since the incident he caused at the Marine Base. "Hmmm, where should I go next?" he thought to himself as he walked away from the bar and looked around, "I should probably keep my promise with brother and head towards the New World, but I need to find another ship first" Lucas continued as he remembered that his own ship or should he say dingy was destroyed in the conflict at the Marine Base. "Well, I guess I'll just have to 'wing' it" he said aloud as he transformed his arms into wings made of blue fire and began to flap.
[OOC: ] but that doesn't mean I can't do it all over again"

Aomi had made it to the islands after a rather brisk swim she dried off and tossed on a long blue cloak that hid all of her arms but two she then adjusted her skin tone to appear human before strolling into the bar. if her intel was right her target should be here.

"The Gentle Demon""I've seen it all and done it all,Just as he was about to leave, Lucas noticed this beautiful woman coming towards the bar. It was as if she had just appeared out of no where. "Well, I guess I can wait a little." Lucas said as he landed a few feet in front of the woman, "My dear angel, you should not be here, it is dangerous around these parts. I here that a dangerous man is located somewhere nearby and I wouldn't want such a lovely woman such as yourself to get harmed. May I escort you back to town?" Lucas asked as he smiled.

"I am actually pretty thirsty but I find myself a little light on money could you buy a girl a drink I'm sure i could think of some way to repay you" She said smiling a little before biting her lower lip. She hadn't expected her target to actually find her but this would work out quieter then the violent take down she had planned.

"The Gentle Demon""I've seen it all and done it all,Lucas smiled as the woman had such a wonderful voice, "Uhh, sure I'll by you a drink." Lucas said as he then took the woman's hand and and gently led her back to the bar, "This is Shakky's, I'm sure you'll enjoy it here. Just don't provoke Shakky, she'll beat the crap out of you, hahaha" Lucas laughed as they were now at the door, "But don't worry, I want let anyone lay a finger on you." Lucas then stopped and walked in front of the woman, letting his defenses down and then began to open the door.

Aomi pulls the mans hand genitally enough to not seem overly strong but it would still put him facing her with his back to the door. She leaned her body against his and kissed him on the lips. she then pulled on of the pistols from her belt with one of her other arms and held it to his ribs before changing back to her normal skin color. " Lucas Bluestone your under arrest for crimes against the world government" She said with a slight smile. by now his face would start to feel numb once her recognized her he would quickly figure out he had been poisoned.

"The Gentle Demon""I've seen it all and done it all,As the woman kissed him, Lucas was caught off guard, but enjoyed it nonetheless, that is until she pulled a pistol on him, aiming right at his ribs, "Damn, I should have known that it wasn't going to be that easy to meet someone like you" Lucas said aloud, as he then watched as the woman's skin turned to an completely different color, "Well, well. I should count myself lucky, an Admiral is here to arrest me personally." Lucas said as he then realized that his face was going numb, "I figured that it was only a matter of time, but am I glad that it was you. That arrested me, my beautiful." Lucas said as he knew that there was nothing he could do, with him being poisoned, he would stand no chance against her, "Well, I guess I know choice, I surrender, my love" Lucas said jokingly, "Too bad, I would have shown you the time of your life, hahahaha"

"Keep that up and today will be the last day of yours" she said grabbing him by the shoulder and slapping the handcuffs on him with her other set of arms before pulling out a long needle and stabbing it deep into one of his nerves on purpose and sending the anti toxin into his body. She then pushed him ahead of her back to the marine base keeping a pistol trained on him the whole time. [exit to marine base]
