Long ago, in a land far far away, there was a Kingdom with many nobles and a Prince who reigned over the land. Everyone seemed happy too. Except for some of those under the betrothal laws. Every young gentleman and maiden of noble birth are betrothed to another. Some like it, others don't. What will happen though as the days to the Prince's ball whined down. Will he announce his engagement to Lady Musica? Or will another Princess still his heart?

Short Bio:Musica is rather quiet and doesn't care much for her status. She is always compared in beauty to the others of her rank and two older sisters(who now hate her for being chosen to marry Darius). She hates being unable to control her own fate.  "And swish and flick!" Chiyuki repeated over and over again. She was practicing her flying spell today and was actually picking up on it quickly. She couldn't wait to tell Ruski, her magic partner.Momimi strolled down the dirt market street, following her Step-mother and Step-siblings. It was sunny afternoon and the air was just right. Not too warm and not too cold, just perfect. Her mind was in the clouds, like it was usually when she had the palace in her sights. How nice it must be to live there! And to see the Prince every day. She was a bit jealous of Lady Musica, being betrothed to the Prince and everything. "Momimi! Hurry up and carry these!" Her Step-mother called. The silver haired girl nodded and ran ahead. Aniken sighed, leaning back on a tree and watching the others practicing their jousting. He was getting impatient and wanted it to be his turn already. How was he suppose to be a knight if he didn't train enough. It would have been easier to stay home and practice on Roy, his mustang."Miss Musica!" Oscar smiled and bowed to the black haired Dutchess. "How is thee today? I'm surprised you're not with Prince Darius. After all, you want to get to know who you're marrying, right?" He gave a stupid smirk. He knew the two weren't fond of each other, so it was amusing to make fun every once in a while. Austin is doing stuff...

 Darius stepped out of his carriage and there was an eruption of girly screams as he stepped out onto the street. Girls immediately swarmed to swoon over the prince. He smiled softly. "Hello ladies." Musica turned to see Oscar not far behind her. She scrunched her nose lightly. "I am to marry Prince Darius. It does not matter if I do not like him." She turned back around and straightened out her dress. Maka looked around before sneaking out the back kitchen door. She laced up her boots and ran for the town before her parents noticed she was gone. "free! Finally!"Damon did something. Lucibelle knocked lightly on the library door with a tea set in hand. "Lady Musica I brought you some tea since Pri-" She stopped as she looked up and saw it wasn't just Lady Musica anymore. "Oh, Sir Oscar I was not aware you were in. I-I'll bring more tea cups."

"Ruski, look look!" Chiyuki did the new spell again, "Isn't it so wonderful! I learned a new spell!" She danced around happily, "This is just one step closer to my goal! I'll be the best fairie Godmother ever! Just like Cinderella's!" "Don't forget the prime roast and potatoes!" The older woman ordered. Momimi nodded and looped the bags around her arms. She gave a light grunt, as the bags together were quiet heavy. "There's definitely more than meat and potatoes in here..." She mumbled. Th girl wobbled forward, slowly following the other three before they soon disappeared out of sight. "Oh dear, where did they go?" Aniken is pisseh!"Now now, Musi, I know you don't like his highness too much, but he really is a nice guy, honestly. Why don't you give him a chance?" Oscar asked, following the girl into the library. The door then opened again behind them and there stood Lucibelle, one of Darius' servants. He smiled, "Thank you very much, Lucibelle, that would be lovely." Austin is doing stuff...

Maka strided down town with her dinged black fedora on her head pulled down just low enough to hide her face. To live out here would be so much more fun. She grinned and joined in with some little kids playing hopscotch. Musica looked back to Oscar. "It's not that I do not like his highness. We get along fine. He's just not the one for me." He was to kind all the time and he just wasn't exciting enough for her. She would never find anyone anyway so it didn't really matter what her type was. She turned to Lucibelle and smiled. "Thank you but I actually have to deliver a letter for my father to the Lord Rohdes. It's a rather personal matter so I'll see to it myself. Good day Oscar." She said before escorting herself out where her carriage was waiting for her. She steped in and rode the short distance to the Rohdes estate. Of course she would get sent to do father's bidding. Her sister's were to pretty and fragile. They needed to spend time fiding suitors and buying more clothes. When they pulled up she noticed her sister's carriage here. 'Probably here to watch the boy's joust again.' Honestly she had never watched it. Never found the need to really. It kind of angered her that her father just couldn't send the letter with the twins. So ridiculous. Her sister's hated her already for taking their Darius obssession away so now they were obssessed with Count Rohdes. She'd never seen him and honestly, she didn't care much. She was escorted from the carriage through the gates.Darius carefully snuck away from the girls and accidently bumped into a gril with many bags on his way out. He easily caught the bags she was about to drop and her before either could fall to the ground. "Please accept my most humble apoligies my lady. Are you alright?" He looked down at the girl before steadying her back on her feet. This girl had so many bags, he's suprised she was even standing. "Out of courtesy please allow me to relieve you of some of these burdens. It would do my conscience well seeming on how i so rudely trodded into you." Damon did something. Lucibelle forced down the small blush threatening to adorn her cheeks when the Duke smiled at her. She bowed politely as Musica left and she straightened. What does she do now. She stood there awkwardly for a moment. "Um well, here's tea if you'd like it." She quickly set the tray down on a table and bowed hurriedly as she turned for the door.

Chiyuki looked out her window and smiled, "I wonder what Master Don is doing. That was a quick lesson today." She gazed at the clouds and watched the birds sing. It was so pretty out! "I think I'll go into town today. Maybe I'll find something good. We should have a little celebration dinner every once in awhile when I get a spell right, right?""I wish they would wait for me some-" Momimi was cut off when someone collided with her, the bags slipping from her arms, Her eyes grew wide. Oh no! I can't let them fall! Mother will scold me! but to her relief, she and the bags were caught before either of them could touch the ground. She let out a sigh of relief. "Oh please, you don't have too." That was when her eyes met the one who bumped into her. Her face turned red in embarrassment. "Your Highness! Oh, I'm terribly sorry." She bowed before the man, "Please, don't trouble yourself. I should have been watching where I was going. It's my fault, I'm sorry." "Come on, Roy, let's practice ourself." He patted the black mustang and climbed onto his back, "We should show these novices what a real knight can do." The horse grunted in agreement and he trotted out of the stable and onto his personal track."Thank you." Oscar said before the girl disappear. He laughed and shook his head. The girl was so adorable. She was always so shy. It was cute though. He took a sip of tee and sigh happily, "Delicious as always." Austin is doing stuff...

Maka is playing hopscotch. Musica sighed. Of course the Lord wouldn't be in so she had to find his son. Just great. She was told he was probably out at a personal jousting course. Great, she get's to meet the Count and see jousting all in one day. She made her way out into the yard and stood behind a protective barrier as some guy on a black horse rode around. "Excuse me?" She called out but it didn't seem to be loud enough. "Excuse me?" She called louder but he still didn't hear her. Finally she picked up one of the apples she presumed was for the horse and hurled it at the guy's head, knocking him off the horse. She walked over to where the guy lay on the ground. "Can you tell me where I may find Count Rohdes?" She said with no courtesy for just impalling him in the head with a fruit moments ago. Darius shook his head and quickly quieted her. "Shh. Please quiet down." He chuckled lightly. "it's alright. It wasn't entirely your fault." He smiled. "The only trouble you'll cause me is if you don't allow me to assist you. Prince or not, it is a gentlemen's duty to help a young lady who so apparently needs it." He bowed respectively. It wasn't long before an elderly couple had noticed them and were watching. Soon the girls would join them as soon as they saw him. Damon panted lightly as he finished tending to the gardens of Master Don. "Man, today sure is especially hot. Don't you think Percy?" he said to one of the other gardeners and they nodded. "i'll meet you down the road. I'm gonna clean up the rest of these tree branches first." he waved as the rest of the men went off for ales in town. Lucibelle hurried down the hall and back to the kitchen. She sighed as the door closed behind her. She laughed lightly at herself. "You always get so flushed around him Luke. Get over yourself. There's not an ounce of noble blood in you. It'll never happen. Plus Lady Shelby is so pretty and lucky." she sighed and went to clean dishes.

"Too the market!" Chiyuki cheered. She skipped out the door and down the road towards town, but noticed the new garden before she could even get a foot away. "Wow! It's so pretty! Master Don sure loves the garden." She admired the work of the gardeners, sniffing the flowers happily.."A-alright." She nodded. She took back two of the bags and lead the Prince away. She could feel the glares of the other girl bore into her back. she couldn't imagine what her Step-sister Eliza would do if she saw her with him. Or her Step-mother! Those two were still determined to get Eliza married off to him, despite the fact that he was betrothed to Lady Musica. "I'm sorry if I lead you in circles. I lost track of my family in the crowd." Aniken rubbed his head, "Geez, yeah. He's a couple of towns over on business. He'll be back soon though." He stood up and looked at the girl, "That wasn't very lady like, you know."OOC// Gasp! You complimented Shelby! "Oo! So interesting!" Austin watched from above as a few children play a weird game with a young woman. "What is that? I wonder if Don knows. I will have to ask him when he finds me." The young Prince was avoiding his escort in the human world and was loving the chance to see what humans did.

"Maka!" Maka turned eyes wide as if she'd been found out. And that she had. Here came her father's butler. "Ugh! Sebastian leave me alone!" She took off in a sprint. "I'll lose him in a crowd." OOC//Aniken is the count remember? Lol. We'll just do it that he's pretending not to be so you don't have to edit your post//
Musica let out a light frustrated sigh. Great. She came here for nothing. When he called her unlady like she turned back to look at the boy. He was quite handsome she noticed. "I'm sorry." She bowed in apology. "I've just not been having a good day and I guess I took it out on you." She looked around. No one else was around. She looked back to the boy. "If the young Count is not in, why are you in his personal course? Are you perhaps a stable boy?" If he was, he was a well dressed stable boy. But maybe that were their standards here. She didn't know. Darius smiled. "Tis fine." He wanted to get away for awhile anyway. He followed her through the crowd. "So please assure me these aren't all your bags. I will never understand why a lady needs so much..." He muttered the last part to himself. Damon grinned as he watched a girl smell the flowers. "Well I'm glad some one actually appreciates my work." He said before taking a long drink of water. Lucibelle is doing dishes....

"They're beautiful." Chiyuki smiled. She always did like gardens, "You certainly do a wonderful job Mr..." She looked up to see if she could name the gardener. And she could, she just couldn't believe who it was. "Y-you're Mr. Damon!" Her eyes light up and her grin grew to spread across her whole face, "Oh my! I've heard all about you from Lucinda and the others! You're that gardener with the magic touch! It's such an honor to meet you, sir!" She exclaimed."No, of course not." She chuckled lightly, "There is my mother, sister and brother too. Plus we have to feed the care takers too." Her smile was quickly turning into a frown. Still no sign of them. Maybe she should just head home ahead of them. Then maybe she could make lunch so they wouldn't be too angry with her. She had other work to do too. I could get a head start on the laundry too. She thought. OOC// Haha, I thought you were talking about his dad! Lol
Aniken smiled, "You could say that, Miss. I'm helping the young lord with his training." He leaned back on the fence, "So, are you another woman here to flirt with him? We've been getting a lot of young ladies like that lately." OOC// Gasp! You complimented Shelby! Austin chuckled, "Looks like I'm not the only one running from escorts. Speaking of which..." The fairie Prince disappeared as Don came into sight, heading in the same direction as the girl. He hid in an alley and waited till the girl appeared. "Here, let me assist you, Princess." Quickly, he grabbed her and pulled the young lady into the alley with him.

Maka gasped lightly as she was suddenly yanked into an alley. Her hat fell off and her brown locks spewed out from where they were hidden, to fram her face. "Ah, thanks a bunch-" She trailed off as she looked up. Wow, did this guy, glow? Her eyes went wide as Sebastian came by the ally and she quickly grabbed the guy and pulled him infront of her to make it look like he was kissing her against the wall. All Sebastian could see were her legs. "Easy youngins. Not in public." Sebastian laughed and then was gone. Maka let out a breath she was holding. "That was to close for my health..." She then realized she was still holding the blonde haired man. "Ah, sorry." She quickly let him go and moved. Musica scoffed lightly and pat the horse's mane and fed him the apple she had picked up off the ground. " Not me I'm afraid. From what I've heard he's nothing but a pompous jerk who cares nothing for anything but jousting." She smiled softly as the black horse pushed it's muzzle back into her hand as it wanted more affection from her. She rather loved horses. But being a lady, she was never allowed to ride. She didn't want to tell him who she was or he might not talk to her so casually anymore. She rather liked not being called lady and having to not act so proper. "I'm actually here as a servant for the Bayard family." Her teal eyes never left the horse as she spoke.
ooc// have you seen ever after?? their couple is what im going for with aniken and musica. so neither of them know their rank and they give false names.Darius smiled lightly to himself as the girl went off into her own world. "Hello? Miss?" He waved his hand infront of her. "If we cannot find your family, where shall we head?" Damon rose a brow. "I've been talked about? Hmm. Interesting." He laughed. "It's nice to meet you to Lady.." He trailed off as he didn't know her own name. Lucibelle is doing dishes....
