a recently made guild with a ton of potential, so says everyones favorite Mizukage.
No, actually, I'm serious. I've been rping for 7 years now and I'll say, this does have a lot of potential, just starting guild, the background story is excellent and the first arc is currently in near completion as I hear.
we have few people, so I'm asking the community of NUR for help, I really do hope you guys can pull through for me and this guild.

If it has anything to deal with recruiting of members, then it must have permission cause you are taking members from the guild and recruiting them to another.
