Emer had looked at the gloomy sky,
It was another dark,gloomy, rainy day.
The harsh wind blowing through the fields blew off emer's hat and was force to go inside. Emer ran in and shut the door fast " damn, its so cold. " emer said as he then began to walk upstairs.

Rentu was already up in the boys room. He had been thru much to get here. He was cleaned, fed, and dressed ok before coming to his new home. He had Rentu had been a slave before, but everyone found him un-worthy. He did not want to be dis-owned again, and saw in his new owner's room awaiting his arrival.

Emer had walked to his room, finding another in there. " Who! Who-who are you! what are you doing here?! " This was the first time emer had came to live with his father, since most his life he lived with his mother, he was excited to finally have activities with his dad. ' Is my dad rich?, so rich he can afford a butler--or slave? " well anyway im, emer.. uhh... nice.... to meet you. i guess. " Emer wasnt exactly interested in him, but was kind enough not to scold.

Rentu looked up. " Hello sir, my name is Rentu, and uhh.. Im your slave. Your wish is my command." He looked up at him with a sigh. He hated being a slave, he only dreamed of having a normal life.

Abel had noticed the rain and knew his son would be cold when he got home so he was in the kitchen making hot chocolate, with whipped cream of course. he had melted some peppermint candy into it to make peppermint cocoa and it was almost done when he heard the boy come home. "Emer there's some peppermint hot chocolate if you want some to warm up!" He hollered because he had heard his son going up to his room. "The new slave is waiting in your room to meet you! I think you'll like him! He's a Neko and will fit in with our collection!" The Tepes family had the power to talk to animals and had quite a collection of wild animals roaming around from wolves to panthers.

" your pretty nice, " Emer exchanged a smile as he glanced through the window " this rain.. it's .. annoying isn't it? " emer said soflty as he turned back around crossing his arms " wonder when the rain is going to stop.. honestly.. " Emer ran down stairs, not to upset his father " coming father! " Emer yelled as he almost tripped on a stair, and stumbled on a step. Managed to arrive safely he ran to the counter and grabbed the cocoa " thanks dad.. or daddy.. or father.. or.. yeah! "

Rentu stood up, and his eyes turned green. " The rain will stop in two days." He said sitting down, as his eyes turned back blue. Rentu saw the boy run down, and he was again alone. He hated to be by-him-self.
