Don't really have much of an idea, but you can ask Thor1005 through a PM...or he could just waltz in and notice this topic and post a reply, lol.

Gonna go to bed so this reply may be a bit rushed... Well, as of right now I have no direct plans for new crew but,
at the time that I promoted my current crew, the guild was relatively new and they were the most active members... and since then they have been loyal and really helped me out.
So the only advice I can give is to try to gain my attention... Post often in the forums and have meaningful posts rather than just two-word crap.
& if you gain my trust... you may one day become a crew. (:
