So.....I just finished watching Kamen Rider Chou Den-O Trilogy(Episode Red,Blue and Yellow)....I also watched Kamen Rider Chou Den-O and Decade:The Onigashima Warship and Kamen Rider Den-O Final Countdown.
All in all..they were good....but since the guy on Youtube (I think) post them in correct order...i was wondering if any of you have watched these and know them in correct order....

Anyway this forum is here for you guys to discuss and share thoughts on Kamen Rider Movies....

Actually you got the order reversed. It was "Final Countdown", "The Onigashima Warship", and "Chou den-o trilogy" (wich goes into this order: Red, Yellow, Blue), just think japan traffic lights or when accell goes to trial form.

Now i have seen many kamen rider movies, including the one with black rx and black. Personaly i loved lots of them...heck the one for kamen rider hibiki was far better than the series itself stare . Anyway I liked episode blue of the trilogy for the sheer factor that di-end gets his ultimate form. granted it was short lived but still it was awsome!

Currently i am waiting for a chance to get the kamen rider double forever: A to Z/the gaia memories of fate. and of course i wanna see the kamen rider x kamen rider with double and ooo.

Wait...wasn't it Red,Blue then Yellow cause the intro of the trilogy starts of with Red....Blue......and Yellow and didn't DiEnd get his final form in Yellow?.....And thanks for putting the movies in order.....i was trying to figure it out becuz i watched final countdown last and they already met Koutarou in Onigashima and Trilogy so i was confused so thanks for clearing that up......

The Chou Den-O Trilogy order is:
1. Episode Red (Zeronos)
2. Episode Blue (NEW Den-O)
3. Episode Yellow (DiEnd)

The full order of Den-O movies are:
1. I'm Born! (ties in with TV show)
2. Climax Deka (with brief appearance of Kiva)
3. Final Countdown (introduces NEW Den-O and the Chou Den-O line of movies)
4. Onigashima Warship (with brief appearance of Decade)
5-7. Chou Den-O Trilogy (Episode Red, Episode Blue and Episode Yellow)
8. Let's Go Kamen Riders (not yet released)

Besides the Chou Den-O movies i didn't care for the older ones like Climax Deka and I'm Born...but maybe i'll get into to that....
Anyway I also watched the Decade movies and I must say I was impressed and though I do wish the series had more episodes but its the directors decision....
Besides those....I've watched nothing else...
And BTW if you want to talk about series as well...go ahead.....

I'm Born! was good to me, at least for the most part. I really enjoyed how strongly it tied into the series and it gave me all the forms known to that point side by side which was great.

Climax Deka is easy to skip in my opinion. It feels too outside the flow of everything and for a team-up movie there isn't enough Kiva.

Final Countdown was so-so to me. Not a big fan of NEW Den-O or the whole Chou Den-O vibe overall I guess. It didn't leave a big impact.

The Onigashima Warship one is the same. Infact I recall liking the bad guy monsters that can henshin more than the movie itself. Another one that really didn't impact me.

Episode Red was decent, I liked extending the Zeronos storyline but I didn't like how flash-back filled it was and the action could have been a bit better overall but it was good.

Episode Blue wasn't bad. More Den-O feeling than most the movies but it still wasn't too impressive.

Episode Yellow was pretty good. A few holes to it for me but I enjoyed a lot of it. Especially the final battle when DiEnd powers up.

This got me curious:
I have seen the Decade Movie(s?) ... or two (parts?), of which one is supposed to be the ending of the series, and it continues into a team-up with Double ....

How do those connect with the ones mentioned above, if at all?

Well what do you mean?
This is a discussion on movies...it doesn't matter if one talks of another movie which was discussed when another goes to another movie....

I mean, i have seen the Decade movie, it is in two parts:
The first part is an attempt to be the ultimate final to the Decade series, and the second is a team-up with KR Double, that is also a final(i think) to the Double Series.
If i remember correctly, Zeronos is involved.

So i wonder, is this movie a part of the Chou Den-O Trilogy or the Den-O movies, or do their stories overlap, or, in the Onigashima Warship, is Decade there after his own movie ..... ?

Chou Den-O Trilogy is only the ones listed as Episode Red, Episode Blue and Episode Yellow. They were released shortly after each other and all linked together in a way, so its technically one big movie if you can watch them in a row, otherwise three separate ones that connect slightly. They are part of the Den-O/Chou Den-O movie series.

The Chou Den-O movie series is just a way to extend the Den-O franchise in movie form after Den-O had ended and they decided to make Decade instead of doing a second Den-O series. It's any Den-O movie past Climax Deka I think, when they added NEW Den-O. It is still Den-O, the Chou part is added since they are mostly movies intended to exploit how popular the series was and extend it as far as they can past when the series ended.

Decade so far has three movies for himself. Kind of.
1. Onigashima Warship
2. All-Rider vs Dai Shocker
3. Movie War 2010

The rule of thumb to me is that if its a teamup movie involving Den-O, then Den-O will be the main star. Onigashima is one of those instances, since Decade and company are barely in it.
According to Wiki: "The film takes place between episodes 15 and 16 of Decade." Episode 15 was the end of the Den-O storyline in Decade. So I suppose you could take it as a situation where Decade didn't fully move onto the next world until after helping deal with the warship.

All-Rider vs Dai Shocker I'm pretty sure ties into the series though I don't recall how well it does, if at all. Double appears briefly in the movie but it was more a way to show off/hype up the next rider before Decade was over.

Movie War 2010 is the real team up with Decade and Double. It was actually part of the series I guess, since Decade ended with the intention of the story being finished in this movie. Double was still out at the time and their half was more trying to explain how Double got their belt and prequel-y things like that.

Really wish Decade had been more popular, but I doubt we'll see him be in another movie as the star. The upcoming anniversary movie doesn't even use him much it appears, with the previews I've seen focusing mainly on Den-O, OOOs and the original two kamen riders.
