Conga
Nicknames: None
Titles: None
Size: Small
Status Inflictions: None
Weakness: Fire
Habitat: Jungle and Swamp
The Conga are medium size, pink-furred Pelagus that inhabit the Jungles and Swamps. The alpha leaders of the Conga are the Congalala and Emerald Congalala. There exists a similar ape-like monster called the Blango, who are lead by a Blangonga. Although Green Congalala exists, there are no Green Conga. The reason Emerald Congalala are green is that they ate more plants than meat. This may be a Pelagus trait, as there are Copper Blangonga but no brown Blango. It may affect only certain monsters, depending on what events occur to them.

Blango
Nicknames: None
Titles: None
Size: Small
Status Inflictions: Freeze
Weakness: Fire
Habitat: Snowy Mountains and Tundra
Blangos are Primatius monsters that inhabit the Snowy Mountains. They can burrow underneath the snow in wait for prey or stalk the rock and ice above. Blangos frequently hunt in packs. They have a red face with large manes above them. The alpha male of a Blango pack is the Blangonga. There exist similar primates to the Blango; these are called Conga. Although weak when fighting alone, Blango will fight ferociously when led by a Blangonga. If the Blangonga enters Rage mode the Blangos will follow suit and enter rage as well, throwing ice chunks at hunters that can cause freezing.

Blangonga
Nicknames: Blanga
Titles: The King of the Mountains, Ruler of the Snow, Snow Lion
Size: Small
Status Inflictions: Freeze
Weakness: Fire
Habitat: Snowy Mountains and Tundra
The Blangonga is a Pelagus class monster that inhabits the Snowy Mountains. As the alpha-male of the pack, the Blangonga is twice as large as the average Blango with a much more aggressive appearance. Its strong, muscled limbs allow it to run and leap at a startling speed, and its powerful roar can catch hunters unawares without adequate hearing protection. By calling out to its pack, the Blangonga can summon Blangos to fight beside it in battle. Its deadly speed can bewilder the novice hunter, as they can perform a dive that can send them rolling into their foes and deal out massive damage. Blangongas can break ice at their feet and hurl it at hunters to inflict freezing, or break it into ice shrapnel that can send foes flying.
There is also a Copper Blangonga which is slightly more docile than its counterpart.

Rajang
Nicknames: Super Saiyan
Titles: Golden Thunder God, Great Golden Beast, The Rage Entity
Size: Small
Status Inflictions: Paralysis
Weakness: Ice
Habitat: Almost all
Rajang is a Pelagus brown minotaur-like beast with two large horns on its head. Rajang strongly resembles the Blangonga in its appearance and movement, even borrowing some of its attacks, but Rajang has broader muscles, a hairy-tip of the tail and possibly, an electrical sac in their body system. They are rarely seen in the wild due to their lonesome lifestyle. The Rajang's most notable attack is its ability to shoot electricity from its mouth, either as a blast or a beam. They are hated by some hunters, due to their speed, aggression and power.
They are also known for their rage mode, in which much of the fur on its front body rises and becomes yellow.
Rajang is found in a wide range of habitats; the Volcano, Snowy Mountains, the Gorge.

Aoashira
Nicknames: None
Titles: None
Size: Small
Status Inflictions: None
Weakness: None
Habitat: Forest and Mountain Stream
It's very fond of honey and will attack any hunter trying to gather it. Aoashira is seen regularly by Yukumo villagers in the Mountain Stream. Despite its size, it can attack with both power and agility. It mainly attacks using its muscular arms with sharp claws and spikes. Though it inhabits the Mountain Stream with the Jinouga, the two do not compete for food, as the Aoashira eats fish and honey while Jinouga is a large predator.
It often hangs its tongue out of its mouth, presumably to help get rid of the immense amount of body heat it produces.

Urukususu
Nicknames: Thumper
Titles: None
Size: Small
Status Inflictions: Freeze
Weakness: Fire
Habitat: Snowy Mountains and Tundra
Urukususu is a monster that is often seen sliding freely in the Tundra area. Urukususu is a member of the Pelagus species. An Urukususu's belly is made of a low friction material and is shaped so that it can slide on the snow like a sled. Because of this characteristic, it suggests that the Urukususu has adapted to snowy areas. An Urukususu has superb hearing so it can hear even the slightest sound moving in the Tundra. Fortunately, that also leaves it vulnerable to loud noises, such as Sonic Bombs. It attacks by throwing chunks of ice, swiping with its claws, and sliding around on its belly in order to ram hunters. To traverse from area to area it slides on its belly.

Bullfango
Nicknames: Fango, Bully
Titles: None
Size: Small
Status Inflictions: None
Weakness: Fire/Thunder
Habitat: Swamp and Forest
The Bullfango are aggressive wild boars. These Pelagus are sometimes found in packs and will charge all intruders once noticed. They are very territorial, and can be a considerable nuisance. Although these creatures aren't much of a challenge for veteran hunters, they can be extremely dangerous to beginners, and can even be a threat to more powerful hunters when they attack in groups. Bullfango can be extremely irritating when fighting a large target monster in its territory; their unexpected charges knock hunters to the ground, canceling the hunter's efforts and leaving him or her at the mercy of the larger monster. There are leaders to the Bullfango pack: larger-sized Bullfango with a few tufts of silver hair known as the Bulldrome, which can be almost two to three times larger than the typical Bullfango.

Kamu Orugaron
Nicknames: None
Titles: Echo Wolf Black
Size: Small
Status Inflictions: None
Weakness: Water
Habitat: Swamp
The Kamu Orugaron is male, proved by its female counterpart the Nono Orugaron, much like the Teostra and Lunastra, or the Rathalos and Rathian. Interestingly though, these new monsters are designed for a new kind of combat, as it would seem that unlike Rathalos and Rathian, who just fly around and occasionally meet, Kamu and Nono stay with each other. It also seems they can attack almost simultaneously, with either the same move or moves that could cut the hunter off. The Kamu appears to be stronger than the Nono. Kamu can also be hunted on its own, and will occasionally separate from its partner.
The attacks that can be identified as of now is a wind blast, a spinning move, jumping high and throwing spikes from his back, or jumping on top of the hunter, a forward lunge followed by it turning around and lunging again, a 180 degree bite, and most interestingly, a roar which increases the attack power of each other, while dealing a large amount of damage. The helping nature of this attack could mean that they help each other in more ways than just harming the hunter, say if one was weak, then the other may defend it as it sleeps.
The Orugaron's wind blast are both straight and forward, the difference is his blasts have a longer reach. When enraged, Kamu Orugaron starts with a strengthening roar with red aura appearing, then its legs and its mohawk turns bright red.
