I had one in the dead of night last night. It was painful.
We also had a few rounds of stick fighting. Also painful

yay finally theres actually people who really do it on here, i thought i was the only one. armor is ok but it slows you down a bit.

my freind uses cheap flexible armor but i kinda broke it on the first try. sweatdrop

u ppl r idiots. sure, its fun, but its not exactly the medieval age. collecting swords, fine. sword fighting? kinda retarded. you wont get very strong. nd the pain isnt worth it. dont get me wrong, i love swords, but when r u ever gonna fight someone with a sword? not when you can bring a gun and kill them much quicker.
PS. dont have gunfights. even stupider than sword fights.

PS. dont have gunfights. even stupider than sword fights. uh if you get in a fight and they use weapons(pipes,4x4's,ect.) you can use them against them pretty muuch like a sword. and its fun

I fight with wood katanas (not shinai) and sticks. Normally I'll practice with someone who is decent at fighting with them. No armor, no fists, just wood...and sometimes metal, but hardly. I normally reign my battles to the point of noone being able to beat me, except when someone used my Wakizashi...stupid things are hard to block.

PS. dont have gunfights. even stupider than sword fights. Apart from the fact that guns are incredibly hard to come by in England, plus the fact that it is totally Illegal to carry one around. Fighting with stuff is fun, I don't actually often fight with swords; usually more easy to come by objects, like sticks. And if you can control yourself, it shouldn't hurt much at all.

Beyond that, my better swords could take someones head off... whereas most concealeable guns make relatively small holes.
