[For the following students: Whisper, Malodore, Junko, Amrita, Carthusia, and Alwine!]
Malodore studied the sign-up sheet, pleased - it knew several of its group members. Junko and Amrita for sure, and it was at least acquainted with Alwine. Whisper and Carthusia were new to it. Apparently, the assignment was to create FEAR candy. Malodore gave Parassiti a sidelong glance - it wasn't really sure the scrags deserved candy, at all, but an assignment was an assignment.
For now, the plague doctor padded over to the newly rearranged desks, peering at the cauldron with interest. Perhaps this technique could also be used to create medicinal applications...hmmm...

ROUND ONE
"Come on, Truffles, let's go!"
Alwine stood next to the cauldron, tugging on the pig's leash.
"Doctor, it's good to see you again. I'm sorry to say that I've never done this before... I hope I do well! So, shall we go ahead and start?"
Alwine reached down and gently pat Truffles on the head before wrapping a hand around the large spoon and starting to stir.
Perhaps it was beginner's luck, and perhaps it was because not many people had arrived yet... but Alwine concentrated on her breathing, and let a steady stream of FEAR enter the concoction.
"I hope I did alright..." Alwine sighed. "I'm not sure what it's supposed to feel like. It didn't feel like too little, but I don't know..."
Truffles just grunted.

ROUND ONE
"It is good to see you again as well," Malodore said, pleasantly - and pleased at her calling it 'Doctor'! Even if it was really only one by right of species at the moment, it still felt good. "Si, let us attempt..."
It watched as Alwine made her attempt, then spread its hands out over the cauldron (it felt right, at least, and looked appropriately impressive). Closing its eyes, it concentrated on releasing just a bit of FEAR into the blend...
... Hmm. That seemed okay. It opened its eyes and peered at the cauldron's contents with open curiosity. "This seems to be going well so far, I think..."

ROUND ONE
Junko made her way to the cauldron she was directed to go to, bringing dragging carrying an annoyed foxsquirrel along with her. If Aoi refused to walk, fine! She'd carry him! She was so glad she was in a group with students she was at least somewhat familiar with, though this seemed to be becoming commonplace which pleased the ghoul greatly. The less people that were strangers the better, right? It meant she was making progress with herself! Granted the only student on this list she actually knew was Malodore; she only knew Amrita through passing, she'd never heard of Alwine or Whisper, and Carthusia was merely an acquaintance as well. She felt like she should know her better but she couldn't quite remember...and why? Because Carthusia was at that damned truth or dare game.
She was never playing truth or dare again.
"Hello everyone!" She greeted Malodore and the...the...headless ghoul...? Alrighty then! Um...how did...how did she see with no head? How curious! Junko put Aoi down but kept the leash around her wrist; thankfully the leash was long enough that she could stir the cauldron without constantly choking and releasing Aoi. She sat down at the cauldron and grabbed a stirrer, trying to remember the lesson from the lunchlady's home ec class at the beginning of the year to get a hold of her FEAR. It wouldn't be too hard, right?
At her feet, Aoi stared intently at Truffles as if to say 'Hey. Hey. You there. You want to help free me from this leash.'

Round One
Amrita shuffled over to the rest of her group and their shared cauldron. So far, she really only recognized Malodore (how could she not, the Doctor was helping her out!) and Junko; if she had seen anyone else, her fail little brain forgot (apologies to everyone who played Truth or Dare with her!). Oh well, it was always good to meet new people, right? Right. Smiling shyly at the rest of the group, the little Vetala moved, putting her hands over the cauldron to try her hand at adding FEAR to their creation.
Hopefully she wouldn't screw it up!
DC had been a good little pet and followed his Master, looking around at the group and the other pets in the area. Everyone seemed to pass his first inspection - which really only meant nobody seemed to want to harm, scare or startle Amrita or himself - and so he merely sat down near the Undead girl with an uninterested yawn.

Round One - FIGHT!
Carthusia stepped over to her group, watching as her purple crow Amethyst floated alongside her. The crow knew something was going on, and that something possibly involved food. Therefore, this something was Very Good. The demoness didn't recognize a great many of the students in her group, but she gave them all a polite curtsy before stepping up to the cauldron. Put their FEAR in it, eh? Carthusia had to concentrate to do her best on this. She couldn't mess up in front of people she didn't know!
Amethyst, meanwhile, lit by the Deathcharm to study him. She hopped all around him to get a good look, squawking her interest and commentary on his form.
(( EDIT - Ahahaha a ten is bad. XD 9 to 10 is bad (control of FEAR output-wise). WHOOPS. ))

Round one~!
Whisper finally joined her group, and Curse seemed to follow behind her quite nicely. Normally the bad luck cat wasn't so well behaved, but she was sure he would act out soon enough. Perhaps the allure of treats would keep him in good manner. Whisper hadn't met really anyone in the group, but she hoped they would all work well together. "I'm sure we'll make the best of all the groups if we really work hard! I think we'll kick some serious butt."
She hoped her confidence would keep them stay positive, as negativity never helps any situation.

ROUND TWO!
That had seemed... decent enough? Malodore watched the mixture inside the cauldron swirl about. "I believe we can begin the second infusion now," it said, after a moment. It held its hands out over the cauldron a second time.
The FEAR seemed to come to it more easily this time - definitely more rapidly than in the first infusion! But it still felt manageable. "Va bene," Malodore murmured. "Who's next?"

ROUND TWO
"I'll try again, if you do not mind..." offered the headless haunt.
FEAR sputtered from her hands for a moment, before a rapid flow jolted towards the mixture. The bandages on the ghost twitched and shivered, and Alwine jumped back away from the cauldron.
"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! Oh, I'm so terribly sorry. I must have gotten excited-- oh, I'm so so so so sorry!"

ROUND TWO
"It...It's alright, I'm sure! It's our first try, sooo..." She trailed off, hoping that was enough to comfort the bandaged one. Hopefully it was; she couldn't think of any other way to make the ghoul feel better. Words were not a strong suit for her today, it seemed. "M-my turn, then...?" Amrita murmured, stepping up next to put her hands over the cauldron, letting her FEAR seep out from her fingers.
Death Charm's ears swiveled back when the Corrividus flit by him, his head tilting at the squawking the creature was doing. Curious and curious. White eyes glanced up at the Undead it fancied as it's Master, and then back at the glowing purple bird; it didn't seem interested in hurting Amrita, sooo...playmate, maybe?
The Charm let out a low growl that sounded infinitely more ominous than it should; it was feeling playful, but to anyone unfamiliar with the beast the tone suggested he'd rather eat the other pet. It crouched it's front down, it's oddly angled chin nearly touching the ground, and started stalking after the bird that insisted on hopping around him, his tail thrashing behind him.

ROUND TWO
Junko grimaced, not having a good feeling about her own FEAR. She didn't want to mess this up for everyone!
Meanwhile, Aoi's attention had turned to one of the newcomers; the flaming cat dragon rock thing. His ears perked and his eyes widened, having never seen anything like it. He had to see what that thing was, creeping closer to it with a curious sniff. It seemed the little s**t could be appeased by curiosity. He jumped a bit and skittered back as the corrividus came hopping up and got the thing's attention. Oh ho! A fellow lover of the hunt, was it? Perhaps they could be allies against the ghoul who insisted on constantly leashing him!
The futakuchi-onna paid her foxsquirrel no mind, trying to concentrate on just adding in her own FEAR and giving a good quality. This was hard! She watched as Malodore, then Alwine and then finally Amrita added in some more FEAR, swallowing hard. You can do this, Junko! "I'll go next, then." She said once Amrita's hand was out of the way, reaching out over the cauldron herself. You can do this, Junko! Just concentrate!

ROUND THREE
Amrita was looking around; nobody else was going up to the cauldron, again? ...W-wait...did she...did she not pay attention and missed everyone else going?! WERE THEY WAITING ON HER?! They must have been waiting on her. There was no other explanation. None.
Whimpering out an embarrassed and out of place apology, she shuffled to the cauldron and focused as much of her FEAR as she could into it.
DC, on the other hand, noticed the foxsquirrel and gave it a playful whine, though the noise itself sounded infinitely more hostile than intended. The Death Charm had no 'cute' sounds, apparently.

LATECOMER ((Demanded I jump in by Dragain!! and Enoh!!! )) 9 6 1 bad, Perfect, Bad
Christof hurried towards a caldron where he saw people he recognized, eyeing Maladore excitedly, but ultimately managed to slip in beside Amrita, huddled low and looking embarassed about his lateness. Anxious to catch up, he concentrated as hard as he could as he practically dropped his spoon into the caldron while stirring, Fear practically dripping from his face... but unfortunately not in the way they were looking for. He relaxed slightly as he spied the others having their own troubles or successes, but ultimately drew in a breath. Just... let it flow, like the professor had said.
Second time around, he could feel the spoon tingling as he slowly stirred, somehow managing the perfect balance...
And then he noticed the growling firey beast from the depths of Christmas come to burn him alive and the spoon went flying. So much for his third attempt.

ROUND THREE
Malodore nodded to Christof as the patchwork came over, opening its beak in what it hoped was a reassuring smile. It took the spoon smoothly from the boil after he was done stirring, then concentrated on focusing its own FEAR into the mixture.
... Ah! That felt more the thing, for sure. As if it had been close, but not quite, each other time it had tried, and finally dialed in the correct amount. It held the spoon out to the next member of the group, pleased.
