Members can create any topics in the guild forums but they cannot create topics inside squad forums only the capatain can create the topic.
If there topic is offensive and violante ignore that piece of trash, the captain will fix things.
And respect the captains especialy the main captain Zair. And respect the other members this is a harmony guild
