Like, No DBZ characters or Disney characters. No Sailor Moon ones ether. Sorry.When you want to play a character from some anime/game or something other you have in mind, state which here first to be approved. If you are going to be playing something of a enemy that will be...normally very powerful, we do have to ask to fix the character you are playing in the story so they aren't -that- powerful.


Xaiyou here. Due to some characters and creatures becoming either over powered or under powered. i will now show some examples of each and some examples of proper readjustment.
WRONG

OVERPOWERED: As he walked towards the building. he noticed 5 swordsmen coming at him from all directions. he placed his hand up and put up a barrier. none of the attacks could touch him. as he did he placed his hand in the sky and blew them away as he also summoned Bahamut.

Or.

The creature ran towards it. just as it did. a fire spell came at it from a far distance. but the creature could take it.

Or.

The machine fired its twin cannons just as it got fired upon by the enemy ship, its shield would reflect anything and everything

UNDERPOWERED:
(This is in Response to the Xenomorph attacks and i know i was guilty of doing this just as much as anyone)

As the Xenomorph stalked closer to its prey it lunged. as it did Xaiyou teleported in front of it and Fired a Firaga spell directly in its face and teleported away as it squirmed and died.
(yes Xenomorphs are weak against fire but doesn't mean that it takes one hit to kill them.)


PROPER ADJUSTMENT

As the mech got closer its shields came up and blocked a blast from the air ship. the warrior stopped because he knew that if he didn't find its weakspot it wouldn't go down. he jumped up and ran up the top of it. slashing his sword at the roof gaining entrance to the machine and destroying the pilot inside
Or.

As Akito came towards the xeno he used his new angelic ability to add fire attribute to his gunblade. he ran up to the xenomorph and attempted to slash. just as he ran up. the Xenomorph hit him with his tail. he blocked the tail and cut it a bit. acid ran down on the ground. burning a hole as it did. Akito knew he had to do something. he held his hand up and fired a firaga spell at the Xenomorph and watched as it set ablaze. but as it was running around on fire. it jumped and decided to kamikaze itself onto Akito splashing him with Acid. Akito ran towards the lake and jumped in rinsing the acid off. as he got up his clothes had dissolved and he teleported away to get new clothes.

some last minute notes: Overpowering your creatures will only make the RP no fun if everyone has to create over powered creatures to stop your own. everyone should make things fair and let your characters grow. no one is invincible, well maybe Deathwing but he is a giant Dragon who is going to kill us all.

Bio: Zero has been known as a hero from times past in several era's, he has known several rebirths through time, wich means he's known several deaths in time, He has been herald as an ancient hero from time memorial. his first appearance was in the past when machines and humans raged a war because of the sigma virus. he saved the world from the virus several times in a row, until he met his first death. 10 years later he was revived cause the world needed him again and he yet agian saved it, he came upon his second death after being used by a great evil, he was revived yet again to save the world again 3000 years later. he has long thought dead since his last great battle but some say he will return.

Master of ariel combat and electricl attacks he has control over electrical systems and can form clouds that drop acid rain his attacks include sevel electic based sword attacks and thunder rods that he send bolts of electicity in arc all over the battle field
MINO MAGNUS

Bio: a minitor type repliod that excells in magnetic disturbensses, slow and non witty this repliod is all brwan and no brians
TECH KRAKEN

Bio: a former unit of the phantom east team, this squid like repliod can fire, missiles and use his tenticals to claw at foes, he can also bend space to appear behind his foes((only seen in water))
POPLA COCAPETRI

A cockatries like repliod that is a master of hacking and virus tech. his main attacks include several missles including acid ballistic and temperal freezing {stops time} and has the ability to turn anything to stone
FENRI LUNAEDGE

Bio: this lupine like repiod is a master of ice and sword combat his blades of unbreakable ice on his elboews can send forth beams of the blade, he can creat ice clones to duplicate his attacks
NOBLE MANDRAGO

this plant like repliod uses her powers to erode the earth its self, she can send forth bio like robots to fight alongside of her and her drill can give major damage to foes
HEAT GENBLEM

Bio: this turtle like repliod has the power to create particle beams from his shell along with fire that he uses as his weapons
Bio: this DR is an insane man bent on controlling the entire world with his eight most loyal servents the numbers. he rarely fights for him self he rather have his men do the fighting. zero killed him several years ago but for some reason he has returned

Abilities: Can manipulate a Person and bend them to his will through mind tricks, can create Gnosis out of people by touching their foreheads, and can summon them with a snap of his fingers
Personality: Wilhelm is an incredibly calm individual, seemingly never surprised by much that happens. He seems to take pleasure looking at the events that unfold around him. He is extremely manipulative, considering the fact that he manipulated all of humanity to save the universe. Wilhelm looks at each and every event, as if each is a single act upon a stage. To him, life seems to be a game.
It is also possible that Wilhelm is a sadist, as several events that took place that involved Shion, he seemed to enjoy the torture he put Shion and her friends through. At the end of Episode III, Wilhelm also spoke of the fact that he was not as generous as Kevin and thus, had no intentions of showing remorse.
All in all, Wilhelm is an incredibly mysterious person who seems to find entertainment in watching the world as it revolves around him, as though he has seen everything many times before and expects nothing to change.

Sparrow Counter: a fast upward strike followed by taking flight and stabbing downwards with both blades at once.

Whirlwind: whirling strike that drawls in things close to him before hitting several times while the skill is active.
Chaotic Strike: an aerial skill matched with 2 downward strikes ment for the targets wings.
Ghost Falcon: an aerial attack covers the user in a dark purple aura sending them flying and dropping down with 6 strikes

Tiger Blitz: 1 quick but hard strike
Twin Moons: 2 skyward swings
Armor Pierce: 1 strong jab with the blade then 2 sings where the jab was at intended to brake armor
Bone Crusher: 2 strikes with the blunt side of the weapon intended for crushing armor.
Tiger Strike: 3 fast strikes
Shell Breaker: Takes a running start, leaps into the air and spins his body to gain momentum to hit with 1 devastating strike.
Armor Break: 4 hard hitting rappid strikes for crushing armor

Flick Reaper (scythe)
Wicked Strike: 2 quick strikes that circle the user to get some distance
Lotus Flower: 1 strike upward to lift his foe into the air then 3 full round strikes while in the air
Reaper's Touch: 1 strong strike bringing forth dark power into the user that is lashed out in 3 more strikes
Heavenly Wheel: 1 hard upward strike filling the user with dark power unleashed in 3 aerial strikes
Blood craze: 7 light speed strikes
Reapers Dance/demons reach: tares open a portal under the user, one leaping swing lifting the claw of a demon from the portal to strike all around and attempt to drag there target to another realm.


Dual Gunner
Justice: a dashing strike forward 2 strikes afterwards and jumping back off his target firing off the bullets left in the guns.
Judgment: can be used after using any other skill, reloads both guns with super charged ammo and fireing off several handgrenade like shots at his target

Haseo gets consumed by a supernatral force and becomes an abnormal creature that is far stronger then what he can become on his own

Slash: Turns the 7 swords on his back into one large scythe to launch up to 4 energy waves at the opponent.
Chakram: By charging his scythe, Skeith can fire a disk-like energy blast from his scythe after his 3-slash combo
Slash Shield: The scythe can be used as a projectile deflector, by slashing at the incoming projectiles.
Energy Machine Gun: Rapidly fires energy blasts out of both hands. May stun the opponent.
Homing Shot: A multi-shot and multi-target homing projectile weapon that uses the 7 sword-like projectiles sticking out of Skeith's back.The longer it's charged the stronger it gets. May stun the opponent.
Data Drain: Skeith transforms the 7 swords into a data drain cannon. On firing, the cannon opens up to reveal the data drain eye of which launches a huge ball of energy at his opponents when they protect break.
