Sato Shibuya. A while ago very few knew that name, she was a solitary creature who didn't venture far from home, far from the father that longed to keep her and her sister seperate from the world. But in such a short space of time that had all changed.
It had begun with a dream. A dream of travelling, of knowing more than just the company of her father and sister and the dark damp cave they called home. A dream to see new things, to meet people, to explore... to be free. Well, Sato got just what she wanted. She found Zeeke, fell in love and now found herself wandering the forest below the mountain they called home. The trees were green here, their ever green leaves not effected by the harsh cold winter, but now spring was starting to show. An eruption of colourful buds ready to pop and bloom. She smiled and nosed several of the buds. Wondering if her own life had once been like these buds, closed and contained...... one day she was sure they would learn the truth of the world too.

Kore Life was bland on top of the high peeks that Kore called home. Even if he lived up in the harsh conditions to hide himself away from judgemental eyes there were always those urges to come down and stretch his legs. He never ventured far, though today was different. Today he wandered a little further out than his normal routine of a day out. The cause of wandering further than expected was probably due to the fact that he wasn't thinking of where his feet were carrying him. Instead, his mind wrapped around one thing. That sweet mare that he had met the other day. She was so intrigued by his unusual looks. Not frightened or distressed, but actually curious about him. His mistress, the figment of his imagination, always told him that others would be cruel about his looks, but this one mare seemed to be proving Mistress wrong. Kore had been so terribly lost in though that he didn't even notice himself nearing another. His eyes locked on the thin sheet of snow that seemed to disappear all together when stepped on. Signs that winter was coming to an end. The stallion seemed to loose all sense because it took him until the point of brushing against her to realize he was in the company of another. He was so stunned that he shuffled back and reared up slightly, giving her a soft glare, as if she was the one who jumped out in front of him so suddenly.

Sato had heard hoof prints, her ears registering the sound automatically as her head turned towards it. She had been told that these forests were home to the wolves, a pack that were determinded to destroy the Imp herd, her mates herd..... and now her herd too. So she half expected to see one, she knew from the stories that they varied in colour, grey, gold and brown.... but what her eyes fell upon was.... blue? She blinked. Took in the horns and the teeth. She supposed that he could look like a wolf, but suspected he wasn't one of their number. The stranger seemed so lost in his own thoughts that he nearly walked into her, she gasped and took a step back just as he did the same. For a moment she just continued to observe the stranger, she had never seen someone like him before... but considering that not too long ago she had never seen much of anything it was to expected. Coughing to clear her throat she spoke, "Hello."

Kore The blue stallion, with his solid blue eyes stared at her for the longest time after the greeting. She was scared. Of course, she would be. She was just approached by a stranger. In Kore's mind it was because of his looks. He bowed his head, "Staring... why do you stare?" It never even ran across his mind that it was because she was curious. Because he was a rare beast she had yet to see before. This insecurity was all it took to bring his psychotic imagination out. 'She is terrified of you, love. Look at the horror on her face. You better take leave before she calls her herd to come dispose of your wickedness,' her snake like hiss came from the back of the stallion's mind, causeing him to flare his nostrils and shake his head, attempting to get her voice out of his mind. "No, go away," he muttered under his breath with frustrated grunts before quickly snapping his attention back to the female. "Hi..." he answered back in a bold yet bland voice. He wasn't used to these sort of interactions and didn't know how to show much emotion, though it was something that could be learned, right? Hopefully. "You... you're not running..." he stated the obvious and took a step closer, hesitantly though of course.

Sato heard the first question. Why was she staring? She blinked, blushed and looked away mumbling an apology. "Sorry, I didn't mean to stare." She felt embarassed by herself, she had always strove to do the best she could, to be the best at everything... of course that had changed recently too, with her wing still tender from being broken -by her own stupidity- she had been forced to rely and depend on others. When the strange blue stallion told her to go away she gasped again and looked to him. "I....I..... this is my forest too." She said, stomping a hoof to the ground, a sliver of her old confident and stubborn self shining through. Then he spoke again and again.... and her eyes went wide with confusion, she didn't understand him, didn't understand what he was trying to say, It was almost as if he was having two conversations at once. Nodding softly she smiled delicately at him. "No, I am not running.... you do not appear to be a wolf and so I do not believe you mean me harm...." Of course she was not 100% certain about that, after all he was 'different' to those she had come to see as normal.
