Arrosent Bay is located near dead center of the Hyouto lands, opening to the northwest, in prime position to sail for trading routes between the East and Astraena, as well as being a bustling port for trade and resupply.

Arrosent Bay has many attractions for the curious traveler. Come with me, and you shall see.
Here, upon the far eastern coast of the bay, is the gentle beach, and busy dockworks. Ships from all over the world dock here, as well as merchant fleets sailing from Arrosent itself. As the main commercial dock of the city, there isa lways something interesting going on. Here you can see exotic goods from lands as strange and far away even as Deinos Castle itself! How exciting! Where else can you get a look at the goods and people of all over creation?
Upon the far Southwestern corner of the bay, is the infamous Amayuki Naval Base! It is said that the legendary Captain Kyoko Amayuki first landed upon the land of Hyouto at that very same spot! It is only fitting that now there is a heavy reinforced harbor, state of the art, which can moor up to 20 ships at a time! From this stalwart harbor our brave sailors and marines set out, bringing justice to those pirates that plague peaceful trade! Look, even now you can see our Super Frigate, The Storm, setting out from the harbor! It is the first of many, using technology given to us by our allies. Marvel at those clear, clean lines. See, no sails, it's powered by a magical engine!
Now if you'll just skip by this jumble we'll get onto something more....
Oh, alright, you want to know about that?
Well, any city will have some, dark areas, where those who are less fortunate must life. Arrosent Bay is where they live in this city. I would keep my hands and feet inside the boat, if I were you, I can't guarantee your safety if you wander the ramshackle rafts and small boats that clog this part of the harbor. While you can traverse from boat to boat, most of the bridges between them are rotting planks, the boards are slick, sometimes you have to jump. It's not entirely safe to travel the slums, nevermind the people.
If you have the money, toss them a coin or two. Bless you all. They're good people, just a little less fortunate.
Oh, now here we come, beyond the slums, near the city proper, you can see one of the great marvels of the city. The world's only Arena Floatilla. Ringed by 10 large barges set with grandstands, inside the Arena, an area of nearly 1000 feet, grand battles are played out for the audience on ships, and even on a small sandbar island that was raised by earth magi! Battles there are truly amazing, I suggest anyone with the coin, see about getting a seat at least once during their time in Arrosent. And make sure to try the fried fish while you're there, they are to die for!
And here, on the other side of the Arena Floatilla, we come upon Arrosent Proper. Here you can find all the merchant shops, extravagant homes, and marvels you may wish! The tour of the bay stops here, be careful disembarking onto the peirs. Remember, this part of the town is built over the bay, so please do not try to dig through the streets less you fall in on the other side.
