This is the largest area within the Leaf Village. All of the villagers besides for the Hokage live here and all of the shops and businesses are also located in this district. The area is broken up into smaller sections where specific clans and business types are located. The larger your clan is the bigger the area you get. Some of the smaller clans and families are required to share areas so they can allow more room for other larger clans. As for the businesses, each area represents a different type of service, anything from food and groceries to weapons and flowers. Every twenty years this area is redistricted depending on population changes. Also located in this area is the building which contains the tailed beast Gobi, that is protected by each generation of Guardians. The Tortoise Gate is in this area.
