I don't think so. Having direct contact with Keith just kinda ruins the mystery of his identity.

There's always the possibility of a prequel, but I do agree that it probably won't happen. Not soon at least.

Well, seeing that it made such an a**-load of money there is a good chance they'll make another one. And you know, what about other countries and what not? North America we've seen is pretty wrecked, but what about a different continent or something. Or even if you want, just another area type. We've had urban/indoor, and outdoor/rural. Northern mountains, Southern Deserts, etc. To Canada/Mexico!

Snow blocking vision, slowed movement, wind making it hard to hear infected, night time without even lights outside since it's complete wilderness. All you get is your flashlights and the moon. Good luck with that campaign on hardcore with the hardest difficulty.

I'm thinking they could do a L4D3 they haven't touched the west coast yet at all. It's all been southeast
