◌ Konohagakure Dojo ◌
Located in the outskirts of the village, the Konohagakure Dojo is a place for many aspiring shinobi, new and old, to train and develop their techniques. Only one story high, the dojo is made up of 3 long rectangular rooms each excatly the same. The floors of the dojo are alined with many water absorbant tatami mats and the walls are made of the usual sturdy oak wood pillars and bamboo walls. Sliding doors at the side of each room help to connect all 3 dojo rooms together. Within each room are closets filled with training equipment of all kinds such as training dummies, large logs, punching bags to hang from the ceiling, etc. A first aid kit is also provided in case of emergancy. Other common ninja weapons are also placed on display to one side of the room.

As Itsuki lead the group towards the Konoha Dojo located in the village outskirts, she pondered over the actual idea of giving both challengers a promotion. Sure, she had mentioned several minutes prior that Zin was properly elegable for such a promotion but she had partcially said it in a way to dull the darkness that surrounded Zin. Though she had no specific leads to its cause, Itsuki wasn't a complete fool to rule out the village, mainly the annoying, old council members, as a reason. In the past, the council had been the main cause behind tons of inner conflicts and it would seem as if things have still yet to change. 'Even after all these years...'
Reaching the dojo, Itsuki made her way over to the attached dojo on the far left and silently walked up the steps. Sliding open the door, Itsuki stepped it first and left the door opened for the other two to follow. Wordlessly claiming the corner to the right as hers, Itsuki began stretching as a way to pass the time as well as to provide Taiji with a hidden hint to stretch and warm up. 'Let's see if he's all that he claims to be. He has to do really good if he hopes to impress me. Besides, this will also work in my favor since I'll get the opportunity to see Toijiro-san's fighting style.'

Chuunin | Katon | Konoha [From The Hokages Office] Taiji stepped into an unfamiliar Dojo, after Following the others. He paused as the Hokage began to stretch. He smiled to her, and took her tip as a sign that maybe she had begun to warm up to him, even in the slightest. Placing down his bag, and removing his cloak he revealed to be wearing a very flashy outfit, Covered in the symbols of his clan, given to him by the Cats that watch over the original compound. His clothing stretched effortlessly with him as he made sure his legs, followed by his arms, neck, and back were all rolled out, and properly stretched. upon finishing with a short roll of the shoulder, he took a seat on the dojo floor. Taiji began to meditate, having stretched his body, he felt it necessary to excercize his mind. Running over the techniques that he had watched zin use in the Chuunin exams, he tried his best to play out several simulations of what could happen in his bout with zin. He didn't seem too happy about all of this, and furthermore, he realized the trouble he would be in if zin could somehow catch him off guard with that evil looking blade of his. "Named after the black flame that this eye could one day hold", He thought, and smirked softly without moving. He felt a slight tingling in his stomach. not for fear; but for excitement. which bothered him even more.

Natsu followed after Itsuki, lagging behind. He had his hands crossed behind his head. His eyes were closed, and happy flew just over his head, making circles every now and then. Natsu kept track of where he was going by scent, and entered the dojo after Taji and Itsuki. He opened his eyes, and glanced around, enjoying the simple, spacey design of the place. This was a place to train his body. He walked over to Itsuki, stopping next to her and folding his arms across his chest. It appeared that he was upset, as a frown had settled into place. In truth, he was jealous. Zin had been a good sempai, and he wanted to fight against him too. Instead, he was told to watch. Yes, he would learn some things, and that was all that was keeping him going.

Legs straight and pressed together, Itsuki bent forward, arms outstretched and griped the tips of her black boots. As she held that position, Itsuki spotted a pair of feet next to her. 'Hm...Natsu-san? Guess he's not to happy about his training getting interupted.' Releasing a deep breath, Itsuki began raising her upper body slowly, making sure to keep her breathing regulated. Itsuki first released her grip on her boots and then she began to trail her hands gently up her legs, along her sides and finally upward towards the ceiling. She held that position for a second before bringing her hands back down to her side. Turning to face her student, Itsuki couldn't help but smile slightly at his expression. 'Yep. He's definiately depressed.'
Releasing a sigh, Itsuki placed both hands on her hips as she tried to come up with a way to relight her student's enthusiam. 'Hm...should I promise him more training? No, that wouldn't work since I already intend to...maybe...' Eyeing the dojo and the young Unchiha lad meditating in the other corner, Itsuki got a new insight as to why her student might be frowning aside from the fact that his training got interrupted. Speaking in a soft tone of voice, Itsuki tried to reason with her usually overexcited student. "Hey Natsu-san, I know that this isn't your ideal training method nor do you like to sit things out but if you like, I call in an instructor to train you or you could watch the match and then I'll have some stronger come in and fight with you? What you say to that?" Still facing her student, Itsuki wondered if what she offered was enough to spark his fire? If it wasn't, she could only hope Zin would arrive soon and distract him with what should be an interesting fight.

Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Jounin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu Zin after walking to the outskirts of the darkening village, being quite surprised that the Dojo would be so far from the main thoroughfare, he finally arrived to the simplistic place. But for a Taijutsu-ist, such simplicity is all one needs when it comes to training in the methods of building strong bodies, increasing one's strength and speed, and creating impressive defense through the hardening of their trainings. Sliding the door to the side, Zin blinked a little as he saw his student Natsu, Itsuki and surprisingly Taiji to whom he has not seen since they graduated. He had always wondered where the Uchiha had disappeared off to, as indeed he was one of the kinder one's that treated Zin beyond his appearance and his proud past. Zin had noticed him in deep meditation, wondering what he was preparing his mind for but decided to dismiss it for the time being. It would seem they were preparing for some form of training though with how disgruntled his student looked he wondered what could possibly be bothering Natsu.
Placing his right fist into his right palm which stood straight but somewhat covered his fist, Zin gave a bow of respect to the training Dojo before even setting his feet in the area. It was something his grandfather had taught him during his time at earth before he had to 'return' to the promise land that was waiting for Zin when he achieves the requirements to enter. Closing the door behind him as he finally entered, Zin sighed as he noticed that the mats that laid on the floor held no walk ways for people to go through if they wished not to step on the training mats. Slipping off his Chinese styled shoes which had a cloth like top but a rubber bottom, Zin walked onto the mat after giving it the same bow as before, before walking towards Itsuki. One could tell upon the child's face that Zin had a tad bit of agitation on his face; not that he truly didn't want to be there... but he just didn't didn't want to be there. There were so many notes he had to further acquire from that book plus the other book that he has yet to read and he was on a set time limit to bring his first 'patient' to evaluate his virus. Then again, Zin wouldn't have been in such a sour mode if that blasted ANBU kept his eyes and business to his own; it only made Zin want Nagi to track his scent and have him be his first patient instead. Coming before Itsuki, Zin gave a little nod though respectful as he spoke; voice not showing his agitation as it truly wasn't for her that he wished to exert it on,"Itsuki-sempai. You requested of my presence?" Zin asked as the child adjusted the heavy satchel full of books a bit higher up his shoulder so he could relax a little and try to keep his mind off of the highly upsetting incident.

Chuunin | Katon | Konoha Taiji broke his meditation, as zin entered the dojo. "Great...We're really going to have to do this." Standing up; he faced the boy, and shuffled through his pouch. He had brought the child something back from the Compound. They were weights; but fashioned to look like Simple arm wraps, that were actually filled with a thin layer of iron sand. These would provide zin with a little extra for his strength training, and be somewhat inconspicuous. As he handed them to zin, he said to the naga boy, quite regrettably in fact; that- "today they were to have a match, for promotions." Taiji wondered what zin could be thinking, considering his own feelings on the matter.

 Kaji ShunsuiKonohagakure | Iron Sand | Jounin| Deadly Flash of LeafKaji begrudgingly walked into the Dojo, his pink overcoat fluttering behind him slightly. Some poor Chunnin had woken him up from his daily afternoon nap and that said Chunnin was now taking a nice dirt nap himself. However, before he had passed out, the Chunnin said that Lady Hokage had requested his presence in the Dojo. 'What could she possible want....' he had wondered as he ventured to the Dojo. He had known her since childhood with them being the same age and all, hell they were in the same squad at one point. He had been immensely happy for her the day she became Hokage, he knew she deserved it, what with her work ethic and loyalty to the village. Kaji himself was almost the polar opposite, he was considered to be a tactical genius amongst his peers, however his lazy demeanor and slightly rebellious nature had always really held him back, he wouldn't have it any other way though. He let out a slight sigh, this being the first time he had seen Itsuki since her becoming Kage, he had been off running mission against his will or actually training recently, 'I guess I should greet her formally then...' He thought as he got on a knee and bowed after he had closed some of the distance, " You summoned me, Lady Hokage?" "If it‘s me, it‘s a waste not to dance, no matter what."

As she awaited her student's response, Itsuki suddenly sensed Zin's now familiar presense approaching the dojo. Shifting her gaze to the door, Itsuki had to wait only a moment before Zin showed himself. Smiling in approval as he went through the proper rituals when entering a dojo, Itsuki playfully scolded herself in her mind for not doing so. 'Oh well, even superiors need a break from tradition every now and then.'
Once Zin finished all the proper preparations, Itsuki watched him walk towards her with slight agritation in his features. 'Can't blame him, I told him to take the night off and here he is called for a late night mission, test, evaluation.' Though Zin was definately not to happy about the situation, Itsuki still kept a polite and warm smile on her face glad to see that her student had still arrived nitherless. At his greeting, Itsuki returned the nod and was surprised at his respectful tone of voice deprived of agritation. 'Guess he's not too mad about me being the one to call on him though I'm sure he's ticked off about something...wonder if the ANBU did anything...' Pushing that thought aside, Itsuki nodded once more in response. "Yes, I did request your presense Toijiro-san. I know I have promised you the rest of the evening off but something unexpected has come up that required your presense. It's as Uchiha-san stated, you two are to have an offical face off to determine your current strengths."
Pausing for a bit, Itsuki deemed it neccessary to explain the situation to Zin. "You see Tojiro-san, Uchiha-san here came to me a few minutes prior requestion for a promotion upon his return back to the village. As you know, I was recently given my position and as such, I know not his abilities and capablities to handle the responsiblities of a Jounin. To be fair though, I desided to conduct this test. I honestly didn't think I would live up to my promise so soon but if you prove yourself worthy Tojiro-san, that promotional offer still stands." Done, Itsuki eyed the two competitors and was about to mention something else when the presense of an high ranking shinobi entered the premises.
Her head instictivly whipped towards the door, Itsuki's body went into auto mode as she treated the approaching presense as a potential threat. As the owner of the unknown, yet strangely familiar presense stepped into the dojo, Itsuki felt herself relax as she reconized the man. How could she not, even at 23 he was still wearing that ridiculous pink overcoat. 'Oh well, it's one of his many trademarks, who am I to argue with that.' Taking a good look at the man, Itsuki took note of some features that she was sure weren't there two years prior. 'Sure, I saw him every now and then during my travels but they were always brief and I never really noticed how much he's changed. He's gotten taller again and he's definately kept himself in good shape dispite his lazy self. Still don't know how we managed to get along for as long as we did.' Itsuki first met Kaji when she entered the academy at 13, of course back then she was still her closed off self and she thought of him as a weird kid with a strange fondness for the colour pink. What she found more unbelievable was how she got stuck with him in the same squad. 'I used to find him such a nusience but he did turn out to be a pretty decent ninja as well as a good opponent in our first chuunin exam as a squad.'
Awaken from her throught when he spoke, Itsuki stared at him blankly as she tried to figure out what was going on through that man's mind at the moment. 'Surely he doesn't think that just because now I'm Hokage he has to treat me like that does he? If he keeps this up, he's definately getting a beating and a large pile of missions to keep his lazy a** moving.' "You better by high on something Kaji or Kami help me, I will kick your sorry lazy a** into tomorrow for what you just did. You know how I feel about fomalities, expecially from close aquaintances." As she stared him down, Itsuki suddenly recalled that she was in the presense of students and quickly cleared her throat in a lame attempt to regain order and when she spoke again, it was in a more professional manner. "And yes, I did summon you here. Actually the order was to get you to report back to me the moment you returned from your latest mission and I guess since your here, you can help me referee this evaluation. They are both being tested for the right to be Jounin." Crossing her arms across her chest, Itsuki wondered just how many rules she offended with her little display. 'Ah, who cares, I hate acting all professional anyways...'

Chuunin | Katon | Konoha | Sharingan : Active | Growing exceptionally tired of the crowd of people who were supposed to watch over this fight, Taiji decided that the bed thing for him to do; would to be an instigator; and speed up this process, before more people had the chance to venture in and drop by. Taiji Took a lazy stance as he bid Zin to come at him. "C'mon Zin; Let me see exactly whatcha got. I'm wondering just what you can do with that Snake blood of yours." In a completely toying manner, Taiji finished those last few words. He was slightly insulting but left it playful enough that zin should have gotten the message. "Let's have a fun bout eh? and afterwards; I'l treat you to a Jumbo bag of Gummy worms." He smiled and Then Activated his Clans Legendary Sharingan.

Kaji gave her a good going over, it had been two years since they had last really seen each other. 'She sure has blossomed, just like I knew she would. Not only has she become Hokage, but she's become quite a beautiful woman as well.'Kaji chuckled internally as memories flooded his brain of him playfully flirting with Itsuki which normally resulted with him ending up on the ground in the fetal position." Well, it's nice to see you again, Itsuki." Kaji smiled as he rubbed her head lightly, something he had always done when they were younger. He then turned his attention to two precipitants of the match, " Jounin...man...can't believe I'm letting youngsters catch up to me..." "If it‘s me, it‘s a waste not to dance, no matter what."

As Kaji chuckled at her expense and made the cliche comment about how power changes people, Itsuki could only roll her eyes. 'Sure, power does alter people but he should know me better than that. I always hated the social heirarchy and being placed at the top changes nothing of that fact.' "Not everyone succumbs to power Kaji..." As she uttered that Itsuki couldn't help but glance towards Zin, not in a judging way, more in a concern way. She knew the boy had darkness and she wondered if more power would only help to fuel it. 'He has so much potential...I would hate it if I would every need to draw a blade against by own shinobi...may that day never come...'
Groaning when she felt Kaji light rub her head, Itsuki raised her left hand to slap his away but by then he had already released his hold. Fixing her hair with her already raised left hand, she heard his comment and could only giggle in response. "That's what you get for being lazy. If you had actually tired, you would've been made a Sannin just like I was when we were 20." Turning her gaze to the dojo, Itsuki watched as Taiji iniciated the first verbal attack as an indication to start. Listening to his words, Itsuki made note of how he mentioned Zin having 'snake blood' and that he promised him jumbo bag of gummy worms. 'Guess kids will always be kids though that snake blood comment...I know that Zin always had some snakes around but...could there be a connection...'

He folded his arms across his chest as an idea entered his head. He laughed at the absurdity of it, but he decided that it couldn't hurt to ask. " Well hey, your Kage now! You could always just appoint me Sannin you know!" He joked with her, knowing almost for a fact that it wouldn't be that easy. " I'm just kidding of course, I know you don't have the ability to just appoint me on a whim." He felt Itsuki's concern as his voice lost it's playfulness. " You seem kinda edgy...is something amiss?" "If it‘s me, it‘s a waste not to dance, no matter what."

Breaking away from her distressed thoughts when Kaji made his crazy comment about promoting him, Itsuki couldn't help by scoff at Kaji's eccentric suggestion, Itsuki knew he was kidding but it was still funny to see him try to weasel his way up a rank. "You wish..." Face turning solem once more when she realized he noticed her edginess, Itsuki released a sigh and simply shook her head. "Its fine, don't worry too much about it. Just focus on evaluating them...you still part of the hidden operatives?" It was a lame attmept at changing the topic but Itsuki really didn't want anyone else sticking their nose in the matter regarding Zin. 'He seems defensive and if I bring more people into the picture, this might really get out of hand. If possible, I want to handle this matter myself.'

Kaji chuckled as he brought his attention to the two lads getting ready to fight. " That one....the younger one...he bares a resemblance to Orochimaru..." Kaji's tone again turned serious. Kaji was a history buff and he had studied up on many of the legendary figures to emerge from Leaf. " So....what's the story behind that one...." Kaji couldn't help but ask, his curiosity had been sparked, and once that happened, he normally never backed down until satisfied. "If it‘s me, it‘s a waste not to dance, no matter what."
