Kori was feeling even more bloated than the previous day, and also her stomach felt large. Her wounds she had on her shoulder and head and legs were getting better, scabbing over but they were still hurting wounds. She wondered when she could finally get to her paws without a jolt of pain that is painful. Hoco, her little badger friend, was a badger and he was also her friend. He put the herbs on her wounds to help her feel better faster, and soon she would feel better faster soon.
But what was Kori going to do with herself now that she was a mortal? Live like a mortal? That's unacceptable, and also not acceptable. Hoco spotted a figure in the distance that was a figure and it was dark and small like a canine. He alerted his "daughter" with a small comforting coo, asking her to be comfortable and not afraid of the wild dog that was approaching. Kori was uncertain she wanted to meet a stranger in this state, but she had no choice... the figure was getting perilously close.

The wild dog padded along silently in the silence of the day. His eyes looked from left to right scanning the earth as he scanned the earth for any signs of life. His eyes spotted something in the distance, but it was too hard to make out what it was just yet, for it was too distant. But a smile spread across his lips just the same.
The small figure looked small indeed, and he could only assume it was a tiny creature, until he stepped closer and he realized just what it was. It was a badger, and behind him a swollen lioness lay behind the badger, swollen with cubs. Aaah the gift of the youth! "HAIL FRIENDS I DARE SAY HAIL!" he grinned as he trotted up, tongue lolling out the side, tail wagging, eyes half shut as he wagged his tail. "What brings you to this spot duuuuuude? Can you feel the warm wind the 'arth Mother has sent forth a wind so warm, it ruffles my fur!" he grinned and stood a moment enjoying the wind as he stood.

Kori eyed the weird wild dog who was weird with her eyes which were pink and sometimes orange. She tried to stand on her paws, enduring the surge of pain as she stood. Her coat was white with a subtle hue of green on her coat. The ratel, however, was muddy brown in comparison. As Kori stood she eyed the wild dog with her eyes because she thinks this is the first time she's ever seen one but it's not true. Hoco waddled towards the wild dog fearlessly, standing as best as he could without fear and introduced himself to the black dog.
"Hello mister sir! My name is Hoco and this is my lovely daughter Kori'ashi! I think the better question to ask would be what brings you to this spot? This is our home! Well... sorta!"
Kori rolled her eyes at being called the badger's daughter yet again and rolled her eyes. But she supposed she would let him get away with it. He had been so helpful after all he was helpful.

Faeris grinned at the little fellow and was tempted to lean down and snuggle him with a huge grin. It was not often he found a friendly creature so friendly as this. "Ah dear brother and sister! I venture around for I am a loner who travels alone. I have no home and roam where I please for I have no home but what the 'arth mother has seen fit to bless me with!" he grinned and sat down, thumping his tail against the ground he thumped his tail.
His two colored eyes eyed the female as she stood, watching her belly carefully as she stood. It was no doubt she was pregnant, but who she was pregnant by was obviously not an answer so plain as the nose on his face was so plain. Despite his goofy nature, Faeris knew how to gently touch subjects despite his being goofy. He would slowly work his way up to that question slowly. After all, new life was good in his books in any situation, for new life was always good!
"I am Faeris, or so they call me. What names has the 'arth Mother given what names to you?" he tilted his head and beamed a bright smile at the lioness.

"You're a peculiar fellow, sir, if I may say so!" Hoco said, his pale brown eyes eying the peculiar fellow with his eyes. He tilted his head, curious about his odd language and the way he just asked their names when they were already given. "Who is 'arth mother, though? I'm almost quite certain that your mother is not the same as ours!" The ratel chuckled, even his bizarre family of a badger and a lioness was weird, but a wild dog too? The ratel chuckled as he thought about this.
Kori'ashi was less than amused at the enthusiastic wild dog, and she was not amused. How could a mortal so dumb have lived past puphood? If she was still a god, that wouldn't be very acceptable if she was still a god but she never was. "His name is Hoco." She said slowly as if the wolf was dumb slowly. "And he named me Kori'ashi. Though I don't know what my real name is." Cringing, Kori realized she probably made things more complex for the dumb wild dog it was too complex. "Just call me Kori."

Faeris blinkined in surprise at the ratel for he was surprised. "WHY THE 'ARTH MOTHER IS THE MOTHER OF THE 'ARTH AND MOTHER TO US AAAAALLLLL." he shouted a loud a moment before Kori spoke, as he sat dazed and drooling before Kori spoke.
When Kori spoke however, he nodded several times, listening intently as he nodded. "Hoco and Kori, family by luuuuuv but not by bluuuuuud." he grinned and wagged his tail. He stood and lifted his muzzle to the sky to howl as he let out a quick, loud and happy howl. "Praise the 'arth Mother and the Mother Moon! Such luuuuuuuv. Can you feel it?" he tilted his head before stepping closer and flopping down on his stomach to get comfy.
He then proceeded to roll around in the dirt to scratch his back as he rolled around. "So how fairs the mother?" he blinked kindly at Kori.

Kori shifted uncomfortably because she was sort of uncomfortable with this weird wild dog who was weird. Hoco, on the other hand, was totally thrilled, practically feeding of the canine's spazzing behavior. Hoco was feeding off of the wild dog's behavior as he bounced, so out of character for this usually mellow little badger. He bounced some more as he was thrilled, watching Faeris flop to the earth and howl with so much excitement. Hoco wished he could howl along with the dog, but he could not howl along with the dog but he wished he could.
Kori gave Faeris a look of disgust as as he asked her how she was as a mother but she was in denial maybe. "I am not a female!" She snarled, but that was all she could do for she was still hurty from her wounds. Even if she was not hurty from her wounds that was all she could do for the badger would make her not do much more than snarl. Yet still, Kori was agitated about being a female.

Faeris stopped rolling on his back he had stopped. He blinked up at Kori then at her belly and unashamedly between her legs. "You are not female but female I see? OR IS THIS SOME GREAT MYSTERY OF LIFE THAT IS A MYSTERY WE SHALL NEVER KNOOOOOOOOOOOW."
After this peculiar statement, he rolled back over onto his paws and stood to his paws. He tilted his head at the ratel who was still hopping around and he grinned, feeling energized, he grinned. He hopped around with the ratel and hopped around the female. "BE NOT IN DENIAL MY FINE SISTER DO NOT DENY. YOUR WOMANHOOD COMES WITH A PRICE BUT A PRICE SO WORTHY OF WOMANHOOD. How too I wish to spawn the 'arth with my spawn, but alas I can not spawn unless I spawn with a female who can spawn!" he said with a sigh.

The pink fur on Kori's cheeks were obvious as she blushed and pink fur on her cheeks appeared. She shifted awkwardly, her legs turning inwards to block the dog's view from her vulnerable underbelly which was very vulnerable and awkward. She was left rather speechless and totally unamused as the dog and the badger bounced around her and hopped.
Hoco was so happy to be bouncing with the wild dog that he kept bouncing until Faeris stopped when he discontinued to bounce. Then he carefully went over to stroke the poor dog's muzzle. "I also wish I could spawn, but I cannot either! That is why I have adopted my beautiful little Kori'ashi!" He said, stroking gently in an attempt to be comforting gently.
Kori sighed, turning and going towards the spot where she was laying so she could go back to laying in the spot. If she was a god like she thinks she used to be, then she could make the both of them shut up so she could sleep because she would like to sleep. She was tired.

Faeris smiled at the ratel as he stroked his muzzle and smiled. He gently gave a comforting lick to the head as he licked the ratel's chocolaty brown fur. His smile grew bigger and he leaned down to whisper. "Some day my friend, some day we will, i feel it....some day." he grinned and shook himself to shake out his fur.
He was now huge and puffy and poofy and looked like a giant fur ball, though he still grinned. his tongue lolled out of his mouth while he watched Kori retire to a spot to sleep as he watched her. "SLEEP WELL YOUNG MOTHER, YOU MUST SLEEP. QUITE WE WILL BE VERY QUITE WHILE YO SLEEP FOR REST IS IMPORTAAAAAAAANT." he shouted louder than day he shouted, as birds flew from the trees in panic they flew. And then finally he shut up, but still grinned stupidly.
