It seemed odd this that the secretary was not as his desk throwing paper airplanes. Or even stranger that Hellma's office door was open, and discounting of course the acceptance bin - happily munching on random application forms - both usual suspects were well, missing.

Thus is was even odder still when a couple of students - who were probably attempting Breck's shed for the nth time, found the secretary nosing around the outskirts of the Weeping Forest - notorious to some students for the mishap that happened last time - picking up tree branches and muttering to himself. He continued this action for a good few minutes, suddenly looked up as if aware of the students staring at him, and glowered, shuffling deeper into the forest until he seemed to have disappeared entirely.

Was it their imagination or was the secretary trying to cover something up? If students hadn't experienced the Weeping Forest fiasco the last time, they must have at least heard something about it, but it did seem oddly suspicious that the secretary, the one who had told them not to mess around the Forest, was boldly walking in that direction like noone's business.

((THIS IS AN OPEN RP. It is open to any student! If your student chooses to participate, have them wandering around Breck's shed by the time this starts, and choose upon a course of action.
- Once again the forest itself is OFF LIMIT to students, so its best not to wander too far in .... for now. ))

Junko was on her way back to the school dorms when she saw the school secretary wandering around the edge of the forest. What the...why was he there? He'd just told them not to go there! Hell, Junko had gotten detention for just being over there when everyone was playing Truth or Dare! That just was not fair. Then again he was a staff member and not a student.

But...but still!

"Mister Arel?" Junko called out, stepping closer as he disappeared. Wait! Disappeared?! Why did he just disappear? He wasn't a ghost! That didn't make any sense! "Mister Arel?!" She called out again, eyes wide and looking around. Wh-where did he go?! Junko could only bring herself to stand at the forest's edge, gaze wandering all around for some sign of the secretary. Did he get taken to that place too?! Oh no!

Carthusia had prepared herself this time - she'd brought a backpack full of supplies to try and outwit that Jacking shed. Brows furrowed and jaw clenched to actually do this thing in some sort of fashion, the Pride demoness had stomped her way into the shed. She'd been gone for several minutes, not even noticing that the secretary was nearby before she had entered. No, she was on a mission. Mission: Improbable. She'd decided at that time that the shed would not best her, no siree. She'd even packed Pumpkin Spray for those nasty weeds in there.

But for all her preparation, one trap did get her - the springboard. Out she flew through the front door of the shed, hair and wings and dress flying everywhere and she careened into a stain on the front lawn of Amityville Academy.

Picking herself off, she sputtered and spit some of the turf from her mouth. Jacking hell...

Riley had been heading to the office to hand in some paperwork concerning her and Aksaja's.. agreement, when she realized, as she put the paper down, that the office itself was empty. The absence of the secretary didn't catch her attention so much as the open door to the Headmistress's Office did. She peeked over just slightly to confirm her absence as well, and then flickered her eyes around the office carefully.

She couldn't reach a single mind in the room or surrounding areas to ask them where everyone was - it was clear that the office was completely abandoned. This left her with a wonderful chance to go snooping in Hellma's office and find some evidence as to the real reason behind their trip to Christmastown (because, it just couldn't have been to steal Santa for a play. It just couldn't have been!). She took the high road, however, and decided to leave the office untouched. As she passed one of the windows, a flicker of movement caught her attention. The secretary had quite a unique look to him, and she recognized him easily as he disappeared into the forest.

.. Into the forest?!

Leaving the office in a huff, she headed out towards Breck's shed, stopping just beyond it. There was a familiar sense of foreboding that told her Not Again, but the secretary had known something that day they'd returned. There was more to this than they were being told. If he felt comfortable enough to go in safely.. so could she.

So she followed where she had last seen him, hoping beyond hope that she wasn't about to make the same damn mistake all over again.

This time West was prepared. The last two times he had attempted to enter Breck's shed, he had been trounced by a bunch of b*****d seeds barely larger than the nail on his pinkie. But this time. Prepared. In case you hadn't heard.

It was a bit of a shame that he was so prepared, because as soon as he got within spitting distance of the dastardly building, he heard an apprehensive voice calling a vaguely familiar name. Well, crap! He wasn't going in there now with someone else so close by.

He began to quietly make his way toward whoever was sneaking around, but he didn't get more than three steps closer when a certain Pride demon fell out of the sky directly in front of him. Well, not the sky exactly, more like off from his right somewhere, but it was still impressive.

West took note of her pack of shed supplies and smirked. "I gottya beat," he quipped, gesturing to the beekeeper's suit he was wearing. He pulled off his face mask and offered Carry a hand up.

Various wanderings around the campus always provided a great deal of interesting results. A few times Belladonna had made friends, others she had found new pets and the rest, well, they had at least proved a good source of light exercise. The fact that this trip had provided neither of the first two prompted the young witch to venture to an area she had visited once, gotten her fill of and avoided since: Brek's Shed. But a desperate want of something to do provided for desperate measures and the witch was now idly meandering her way over.

"Junko! What a surprise! I didn't expect to see you here!" The red kimono and wild black hair wasn't hard to spot, so the witch spoke up a good many paces from behind the girl. "Have you tried entering the shed before? I did it, it didn't go so well. I was chased by these really scary dogs. I ran all the way back to my dorm room and Binx scolded me and-- Are you listening?" Probably not. Most people were starting to tune her out she was sure. But something very strange and blue caught her eye. "Is that... Is that Arel? What's he doing in the forest? We're not allowed in that forest are we? I didn't think we were!!"

Making sure to wind one of her arms with Junko's, Belladonna sidled up alongside her and advanced at the same pace as she did, though with a bit of trepidation. Hopefully nothing too dreadful was going on... At least there weren't any trains this time...

It had been some time since Jericho visited the shed and explored its secrets. Perhaps it was about time for him to revisit the place and see what else it had to offer, if anything. He knew of the traps, and managed to avoid them rather easily the last time around, so it wouldn't be hard to make his way through again. At least that was what he figured.

When he drew near, he heard the murmurs of a few other students nearby. Most likely they were looking to tackle the shed as well.

However, he saw a peculiar person heading into the forest. The very same one that had sent him and a handful of others into the human world. Furrowing his brow, the dragon decided to forget about the shed for the time being as he began to go to where he had seen the secretary walk. The guy had to be up to something.

Carry spat out more of the dirt she'd come to know and despise and took West's familiar hand. She swatted the hair out of her face and pulled her dress straight before she'd even noticed his... getup. Carthusia blinked at the Wrath demon, fellow sin extraordinaire, and suppressed a girlish giggle. "Nice... ensemble. There aren't any bees in there... Just that Jacking springboard I can never seem to avoid..." If there was anything even remotely worth it in that stupid shed, she would have it! Eventually.

If she wasn't a Pride demon, she'd be West's sister, definitely. Especially with how angry she was. "You going to try again?"

He wasn't going for the high road, and if he thought that breaking into Hellma's office was going to help him get the blasted pin off his head, he would have. However, he knew that he would get in a worse mess if he messed with the clearly open and vacant office, and feeling that he was being set up to fail, he turned tail and left. A few students were looking into the office, having similar thoughts, and a few either looked as if they were going to snoop around. Calder HAD been looking at the secretary's scarf for some time – even if blue stripes just weren't as great as plaid.

It was on his out to check on Ren's garden (he wanted to see if the carrots were ready yet) that he noticed a few students around Brek's shed. It HAD been some time since he attempted that blasted place, and he went closer to see if he could spot a few failed attempts to perk up his day. What caught his interest instead was the same secretary he remembered from The Other Bathroom and other mishaps looking very suspicious – and a little grumpy. Maybe one of those sticks he was picking up had went up his - oh, well, he might as well not go into detail. Still, he got a devious idea. If the secretary was up to no good, then maybe he could blackmail the faculty to prove they were just as bad as he was. HAH! That would have been a great idea. Caught them doing bad and either blackmail them to let him swim or say that they should get punished too.

He could really go for a swim though. :c

Instead, he tiptoed closer, but was wary of the fact that the last time he went to the forest, he fell out of a tree. Yeeeaaah..maybe he'd just see if he could spot the secretary again from around the shed and see if he could see him doing anything incriminating.

Alcyone had just snapped back from a strange daydream and realized that she was dreaming about Breck's shed and how close she was last time to reaching the end. She wanted to see the inside of that shed! Her curiosity got the best of her as usual. Though, she knew that she needed a game plan before she even attempted again. But then she just remembered that she needed to go ask for Arel's permission to use the demon common room for Sin and her gathering. Putting on her usual attire, she flopped off of her bed and headed for the secretary's desk.

Ruminating on the fact that she had been unable to get to the back of Breck's shed, Alcie almost forgot where she was going and when she reached the familiar desk, she realized that nobody was in sight. Even Hellma was out? It was just strange... Out of the corner of her eye, Alcie saw something moving outside of the window next to her. Was that Arel? Why was he going into the Forest? Wasn't the forest off limits to everybody?

Again, her curiosity got the best of her and Alcie hurriedly went downstairs to see what he was up to. He had almost disappeared out of sight when she had reached the forest. She tried following the secretary but soon found herself unable to hear or see him anymore. Alcie knew what happened last time though she hated having to be cautious. For some reason, there was no part of her that was worried about getting in trouble again.

Rosciel had heard about the groundskeeper's shed and had taken this moment of free time to check it out. No, he wasn't planing to try and break in, he wasn't stupid. Walking into trouble was the last thing he wanted to do.

And as such, he was several feet away when the overburdened demoness (Carry) came flying out the front door. Arms crossed over his chest as he raised an eyebrow at her as another demon (West) offered her a hand, before something else caught his attention. It was another ghoul, yelling at someone. Arel, the headmistress' secretary? His head turned in the direction the ghoul (Junko) had been walking towards just in time to see the older demon disappear into the forest.

A glance around showed him more students showing up and while his first instinct was to get out of there, he was curious as to what was going on. Had he missed an announcement or was everyone just as curious as he/intent on the shed?

"Hm. Yeah th'place's a Jackin' nightmare." One day he would get through, that he was sure of. That day would probably not be today though, judging from the number of students coming out of the woodwork all of a sudden.

"I was gonna, but..." He made a bit of a face and gestured to the gathering horde. "Seemswe all had th'same idea." The last time something like this had happened, he'd ended up in the human world with a bunch of losers and a broken wing. It had been pretty awesome, all things considered. "Let'sgo see what they're doin'."

Aedan was pondering strategy for a new attempt at the groundskeeper's shed, making a half-hearted effort to sneak towards it, when he spotted the secretary (whose name eluded him), behaving very...oddly. As he tried to figure out just what that might mean, he caught sight of a number of other students, all of whom seemed to be here for the same reason as him--and who seemed, to varying degrees, to be equally curioius as to just what the secretary was doing in the forest...

Was there a party or something that I wasn't told about? he couldn't help but wonder.

Draven hadn’t been to Breck’s shed in ages, so clearly it was time to go again. Curiosity really did get the better of him, and he wanted to see what was in there. He had been headed straight to the shed, well almost. He didn’t know if approaching it head on was a good idea, so he was going about it in a slightly round-about fashion.

He was almost there when he noticed he wasn’t alone. He caught a glimpse of the secretary-the one who’d yelled at them last time he’d been near the woods (Draven still didn’t know what to make of that whole event). He watched as the secretary actually entered the woods. Well, that seemed odd. Especially after what had happened last time. This was most curious, and Draven really couldn’t walk away now. Not that he wanted to rush into the woods. That hadn’t ended well last time, and he didn’t want to get caught in the woods. That would be trouble, too. Perhaps he could hover around the edge, behind a tree or two, and see what was going on?

As he attempted to get close to the woods without getting caught, he noticed that there seemed to be a few other students milling about as well. What was going on?

Alcie couldn't resist the temptation of wandering through these woods again even though she was very curious about where the secretary was going and what he was doing out here. She saw Calder in the distance and waved to him wondering if he would remember her from swim tryouts considering their interaction was brief. Continuing to look around and keep her wits about her, Alcyone didn't want to get caught off guard by Breck's dogs or something. She had enough trouble with them when she was trying to break into his shed anyway.

And then there was another student that was walking closeby to her though she didn't recognize him. That never stopped her though. It was lonely walking out here by herself anyway. Walking up to Aedan, Alcyone asked, "Any idea what Arel is doing out here and why?"
