rayden's carriage pulled up outside the house "here we are home sweet home i suppose" he said as he walked to the door and opened it then handed the driver another bag of money, he leaned in and picked her up and pulled her out of the bed then looked at her and smiled "hold on" he said as he took a step and sand formed around his foot making something to stand on. Rayden said it again "hold on" he pushed off and the sand exploded beneath his foot acting as a boost so he could reach the ledge which was 25foot off the ground when he landed he sat her on her feet "for safety measures" he said about the height

Mana's breathed rushed out in a gasp as they flew through the air "o my" she squeaked as they landed "your just full of surprises aren't you" she continued as he set her on her feet. The instant her feet hit the ground she was hit with fatigue causing her to stumble against him "oops" she said softly straightening

"easy now, the altitude can be rough if your not used to it" he smiled one hand on her back as he started walking to the house, it was clean for the most part but it was obvious he wasnt trying to impress anyone "i will have something installed for you so you can get up and down with ease" he replied as he yawned the ride made him tired

Mana looked around scrutinizing the place it wasn't filthy but it was obvious he wasn't a great cleaner seeing him yawn out of the corner of her eye she turned to him "why don't you go take a nap?" she suggested sweetly already forming a list in her mind of the cleaning she was planing to do and where she planed to start. "Really I won't wander off the side of the house" she joked a half smile on her face

he laughed a little "alright then" he smiled as he looked around the building "yeah sorry for the mess u dont have to clean it" he said as he walked over to a room and opened the door it held a tempur pedic king size bed "you sure?" he asked walking in and taking his shirt off throwing it on the ground as he crawled in under the blankets

Mana nodded seriously "get let me take care of this mess I'm strong I can do it" she said flexing her slender arm a smile tugging at her lips. Turning away from him she went in search of the kitchen looking for cleaning supplies. After a lengthy search she found them in a small closet near the bathroom. After which she attacked the mess in the house with gusto sweeping, scrubbing, and working her way through the house slowly. Whew thank god the house isn't gigantic she thought as she scrubbed the toilet in the bathroom pausing to wipe the sweat off her forehead. She hadn't touched his room yet and wasn't sure if she should. That's enough for today I'll finish tomorrow she thought picking up her supplies and heading to the kitchen to get a drink.

rayden slept for a few hours and awoke "2pm" he said as he sat up and walked out of his room he didnt mind his messy house, when he saw the cleanliness his eyes were wide "um wow thank you but i told you, you didnt have to" he still didnt have his shirt on

Mana looked up from her spot at the table where she had a small bowl of rice in front of her that she had been picking at. She took in the sight of him mussed from sleeping and still shirtless "yes I know that's what your mouth said but your eyes begged me to clean" she joked smiling at him. "I just figured you would be happier in a cleaner home that's what I'm here for to make you happy" she said seriously the smile gone

he laughed a little "i view you as a friend alright mana? not a servent or slave you dont have to do anything if you dont want" he said turning back around going into the bathroom and turning the water on then put his head under letting his hair become drenched he then turned off the water and grabbed a comb. Rayden combed it all to the back of his head revealing the widows peak on his forehead and a tattoo of chains "im serious alright your my friend"

Mana nodded though he couldn't see it unsure if she should believe him or not "ookkaayy" she said slowly exaggerating the word as she thought what he said over.Standing she cleaned up her mostly uneaten food the clothes of his she had borrowed after her shower bagging off her. "Umm I hope you don't mind but I borrowed some clothes I had nothing clean to wear and well you have no girl clothes" she pointed out as she appeared in the doorway behind him catching sight of the tattoos but not commenting on them. His baggy clothes hid the worst of her bruises

"yes its fine we will go shopping later" he smiled "you Look good in them though" he commented and walked to his room again and grabbed a white over coat and threw it on before walking back out "is there anything you would like to know? we will be living together" he said as he walked and sat on the couch

Mana plopped onto the couch beside him offering him some food "well I still vote I do the cleaning" she said half joking half serious "if we are living together I want to live in a clean home" she said with a wink looking around at her handiwork. "So,,, can you cook?" she asked pointedly "cause if not then can I do that to?" she asked with a sweet smile

She looked down at her arm where a purple bruise extended from her forearm and disappeared behind the sleeve of her shirt, tearing her eyes away she looked up at him "I'll be okay the injuries will fade.. might take a while though" she said softly thinking of the rest of the bruises he couldn't see. Shaking her head she re-focused on him "eat" she said offering him a forkful.
